Ordered a chicken madras. Chicken was tough, sauce like water, no flavour. Worst curry I've ever had. Partner had dansak. She said was average.Both had stomach ache and trots following day....

great food, delivered hot and on time.

This is my 1st and last time ordering here. Pictured is the salmon tika starter £9:40 😧 for 2 small pieces!!! It was very nice.. shame The korma and butter chicken had no seasoning very disappointing and the salad was hot because because it was placed on top of the hot food.. The roti was stone cold- it was not a roti😅 Overall a wasted £39:65

We are so lucky to have this restaurant on our doorstep. The food is always excellent Really tasty, fresh dishes, beautifully cooked. The manager is always happy to recommend a dish according to your preferences and is gradually getting my teenagers to become more adventurous! Excellent service, friendly, efficient but never rushed. Great value buffet deals during the week too. You will always get a warm welcome. Very spacious too so good for larger groups.

We moved away from the area over a year ago, but went to pick up a take away when visiting relatives. The food was excellent, portions good sizes and we even got money off for a collection. I was greeted like a long lost friend. Really miss this restaurant, even had to take a portion of chicken Dhansak back to Lincolnshire for my husband. Service always excellent.

Arrived earlier than estimated, which was a good thing. One meal was nice, the other a bit bland. One big gripe was the Paneer Shashlick starter at £9.40 which was just two pieces of paneer, an onion and a tomato - seemed very expensive for what it was :(

The food is absolutely incredible, the food is very fresh. wide variety of choices, the naan bread was amazing! I 100% recommend this restaurant, you will enjoy it!

Lovely quality Indian food delivered in good time.

Turned up on Wednesday, so made use of the buffet option (five items) Staff were friendly and food was tasty and plentiful.

Always great food at Sonagoan but tonight the Sag aloo was lacking spice/ curry flavour. the chicken didn't seem freshly cooked and succulent as usual and the stuffed paratha not the same as usual, not crisp and was falling apart. Vegetable rice excellent! Maybe a different cook tonight?

A nice restaurant, attractive decor, clean, good food and helpful staff. Prices: We went for the Sunday buffet, which was averagely priced (and great value). Parking: on the narrow slip road or one of the adjacent roads. Venue: nicely decorated, very clean. Food: a good selection of food, and everything we tried at the buffet was great. Summary: well worth a visit, I've been a few times and I'm sure I'll return again soon.

This place was recommended to me but I was not impressed at all. We had a take-away/delivery which was super fast. The chicken in all dishes was very dry, and the sauce in my Dansak was extremely sweet. I had to add some lemon juice to make it edible. The naan breads were really thick and doughy. None of the dishes were anything special. Definitely not worth bothering with.

Delicious and hot as always. Favourite new Indian. We spent £50 though and a couple of free popadoms would have been a thoughtful gesture as the food is on the expensive side.

The food is great and it’s a nice business. However the prices have suddenly become eye watering. Inflation isn’t easy for anyone but £15 for a takeaway curry dish is too much. No papadums included in what ended up a £90 order (3 curries, mixed grill, 2 rice, 4 naan = 90). I hope the business is ok but sadly won’t be ordering again at these prices.

Food wonderful service good reasonably priced would recommend

Poor quality take away, I’ve eaten in before and been very happy with the food and thought it was one of the best I’d had locally so I decided to try it at home this evening. Sag aloo was just boiled potatoes in a weak sauce, veg curry was boiled veg in weak flavourless gravy, onion bargee dry and inedible, lemon rice just not nice. Sadly I’ll not do it again

We always get our takeaways here when we can’t eat in it’s just fantastic food and a great price honestly I can recommend this restaurant

This place was decent. Enjoyed the experience, the food was good but had flavourful Lamb Madras elsewhere. The staff were great and very attentive and the cost didn't break the bank.

Have been going here for years and is hands down the best Indian. Tony and all the staff are amazing could recommend highly enough.

The best Sunday buffett I've ever had great choice of starters and mains with lovely sides kingfisher on tap amazing. Staff are very friendly and well presented I would thoroughly recommend this restaurant.

Good food. Good service. One of the best Indian restaurants in the wider Bromley area. Tuesday night buffet night is great value allowing anything to be picked from the menu and a fixed price.

3rd time visiting and honestly can not find fault with anything. Food is beautiful and the service is second to none, the staff take time to get to know you and are on hand to help with suggestions for your tastes. Yet to sample a take away but I'm sure if their sit down experience is anything to go by it will be a winner!

I had the chicken madras that wasn’t very nice, the sauce was thin and bland, the garlic Nan burnt, no complimentary salad or poppadoms, unlike all the other restaurants that we use in the area, we thought give them a try, never again, we stick to zeera spice, or INaga

When I lived in West Wickham this restaurant was my goto Indian Restaurant. It set the standard for all other Indian Restaurants I have subsequently used. None has exceeded it!

Only the second time I've been here, the last time being a few years ago and my review then was that the food was fairly bland, not very tasty - and that's still the case. The fish curry I had just didn't taste of anything. A couple of the guys I was with said the same thing, unprompted about the dishes they were eating. In a high street with half a dozen curry houses within half a mile, there's better options for better food.

Just had a lovely Sunday buffet, the staff are very friendly, service was great and the food was amazing. Definitely recommend for family dining. We are looking forward to coming back on a tribute night!

we ordered from Sonargaon Tandoori (as we have been to the restaurant many times) we ordered 2 x Chicken Tikka starter as we have many times, unfortunately we received 2 x legs in a Tikka covering ( not chunks that we ordered) & hardly any meat on them, the chicken Korma we ordered looked like Chicken soup so runny we could have drank it !, My sons Masala was fine. Its a shame as like i say we have eaten in the restaurant on may time, the staff & food are excellent every single time. its almost as if they are using different chefs or recipe for the takeaway,we wont be ordering a takeaway from here again, if you want excellent food from Sonargaon go to the restaurant you wont be disapointed.

Good food good ambience great service

Regular Customer, it’s only been just recently instead of collecting our order we have tried out the delivery service. Although it’s quicker to order and collect, we were still impressed with the temperature of the food when it arrived. Also I left a note for my order to be changed as they didn’t have meat samosas option on the online menu, I asked if i could change the vegetable samosas and have them made meat, my request was granted.. very happy customer yet again!!!! THANKYOU, I rate this restaurant highly, Such friendly welcoming service, with tasty dishes, lovely korma dish, vindaloo is just on point too especially after recently stepping up my game and moving away from madras, the level of spice is fab..Thankyou again for another great 5⭐️ meal!!

I asked for bombai aloo instead of a veg curry. I still got a veg curry. The whole thing was bland and tasteless. I should of got a microwave curry from Co-op.

Customer service was really bad this week, never had problems before. The issues have been raised to the restaurant but not addressed. Check your bill and make sure it's readable and your not over charged! ( No refund offered!!) Don't let the rude waiter who clearly needs more training on speaking to the public put you off too much, the food was ok.

This restaurant is somewhat local to us but we've managed to not dine in here so far...until today! It is clean and nicely set up with a welcoming ambience to the place. The staff were ever so warm and polite from the very start right through our meal. We had the assorted indian hors d'oeuvre, a standard for us, which went down a treat unsurprisingly! The chicken Chettinad was tasty and my daughter finished off her buttered chicken dish without a complaint. My wife enjoyed her Agni Korai too. It was relatively busy and from the pleasant chats the staff were having with the customers, it was obvious that the restaurant has its loyal clientele. Overall, a pleasant experience and they might just have added one more convert because we'll be back!

The Sunday curry buffet is a must. Lots of choice suitable for vegetarians too. Staff are friendly & gave a free drink at the end of our meal. Reasonably priced. Good wine selection.

Good to be back, fantastic food as always.

Booked a table online last week for Sunday lunch today. Drove a 20 mile round trip to the restaurant to find a note on the window saying closed due to unforeseen circumstances. We could see several staff stood inside who didn't open the door. No email from them to cancel booked table, so we went to Diwana down the road and had a lovely curry there instead. Don't bother visiting.

Quality restaurant good menu range in particular curried fish. Excellent staff & service. Regular visitors.

Best curry house in west Wickham/ Croydon! Amazing.
