Soprano's Pizzas in Redcar and Cleveland

Wouldn’t recommend getting food from here ordered tandoori chicken. Received it burnt to a crisp rang up complained wouldn’t offer a refund said they would come bring me a new one I said that’s fine ended the phone on me before I could give my address called back and gave my address to which I was advised a new one would be sent out then received a text saying I’d have to come collect. Shocking service and even worse food.

Ordered a kids portion of donner meat and chips which was £5 and got 4 pieces of freezing cold donner meat and about ten chips shoved in a box that looked like it had been stood on My partner got kids parmo and chips which was the same price and twice the size bit ridiculous if you ask me

Rang to place an order to have to deal with a snotty, snappy girl. Clearly in the wrong job. Every time I tried to speak she just kept saying "anything else" Like i wasn't talking quick enough. Because of her ignorance and terrible customer service she managed to get the chefs and the delivery driver to deliver the wrong order. Once the food arrived I rang not once but twice to inform her that the order was wrong. The first phone call went to voice mail, the 2nd call was answered by a man. I asked to speak to the girl who took my order, he said " I don't know what has gone wrong" Clearly that tells me she knew she was in the wrong and that she didn't want to deal with me again. Disgusting member of staff and Clearly in the wrong job. Won't be ordering again. Thank you for listening.

Food never arrived, store refused refund.

Ordered Donna for myself and chicken for kids last night, I'm off work and kids off school today with bad guts. Never again

Ordered hotshot pizza, kebab meat, America fries, Garlic sauce. Pizza was okish. Could not eat the kebab meat it was so hard. Did not send my garlic sauce, haven't got a clue what they sent. Safe to say will not be ordering from these ever again

Just had a parmo from here for the first time in years. It’s was lovely. Good customer service from the young lass too knocking a bit of money off my bottle of coke due to a mix up. Defo my go to pizza shop for a parmo now!

I voted garlic chicken burger and chips and bottle of coke and deffo worth the money turned up quick and was hot and tasted amazing deffo be ordering from their again

Ordered a kebab which contained very few pieces of chewy meat. Also the special bread which was a pizza base 🤦‍♀️ bite into the chips and fat squirts out. Nothing good at all. I binned this and made a sandwich

Food is delicious and waiting times arent too long

Ali razza fahem said the food here is terrible and doesn't advise eating here unless you want to risk food poisoning .but he would say things like that as he was the owner of leonardos hes gone now best thing he ever did.

First time we've used Soprano's. WOW! We will be back. 👍👏🙌 £3.50 for Spaghetti Bolognese! Piping hot, large and delicious dish of one of the nicest spag bols ever! With a heavenly lush cheese sauce on top! Amazing!!! Well done Sopranos! I won't bother making my own any more. Yours is fabulous! Made with lamb mince I think too! Thank you! 💥💥💥

First time at the pizza shop located in the heart of Marske . Best chicken kebab I’ve had in years . Perfectly done . Garlic sauce is top notch

What should've been a good Parmesan was spoiled by the fact that it tasted like it had a ton of salt on it.Very disappointed because normally its good, but haven't ordered from here for a long time.

Love this pizza shop! 12-16" pizzas and the wedges are great, really nice garlic to!

Lovely food, but order was only been started as we went for it at the time they said to collect it

Food arrived 45 minutes late, barely warm, chips were stale.. and pizza came covered in garlic sauce (don't even like garlic)

Food was 40 mins late and when it came my pizza was cold and soggy. Will not b ordering from here again

Part of the order got missed, so although they prepared it as soon as they realised the rest of the order was cold by the time we could eat it all.

I only gave 4 stars on the food as the kebab was cold and like rubber. Everything else was lovely

Our takeaway meal was £12 and we gave £15, he only gave us £1 change. He made it seem like he only owed us 50p change instead. Food wasn't that good either.

2 hour wait for food again. Last time I order from here. Going downhill rapidly. Order says it's been delivered when it hasn't.

The order claimed that it was delivered at 8:15 however it came nearly 9 after ringing up and saying that the food was in its way and still took another half hour

I ordered kabab meat and chips with garlic and when the delivery man got to my house he said it was £ 5,75p and then when my sister opened it the order didnt have garlic on so we rang back up and he said we will deliver a tub of garlic and then when he got here he charged us £1.00 for it so then we ended up paying £6.00 something on a order that only cost £3.85 it is a complete rip off

Food turned up cold and over an hour after the quoted delivery time,. This seems to becoming a regular occurrence for Soprano's. I appreciate that they experience busy periods, but some honesty on delivery times would buy them some grace. If the wait is in excess of 1.5 hours they should reject the order or contact the customer.

Don't know, it says delivered at 1830 it's now 1843 and I don't have food. Yet app says it's been delivered.

As good as always but they forgot our salad which we really enjoy as since new management they do pickled cabbage and it makes the salad! No complaint though, but we missed our salad with our lovely parmo 😩

45 minutes late no update from the takeaway

Took 1:45hr to get delivered, when I live within a mile of the shop. Tomato garlic bread was like cardboard with wall paper paste on. Chips where dry and cold. Would put 0 stars if option was available. I will never order from here again.

45 min late, rang up & was told it's on its way & phone put down on me. Food came was tasteless, couldn't tell where the cardboard finished and the food started. Won't be bothering again.

We order from here quite a lot but today was ridiculous, 40 minutes after our confirmed delivery time our food still wasn't here, after phoning the shop it was clear it hadn't even been made yet, If I hadn't of already paid for it by card I would have been telling them I didn't want it

Food was 25mins late, however was still hot. Delivery driver very polite and apologetic. Shop service terrible didn't have a clue when I phoned up!! Food was below average which is a BIG disappointment as usually is very nice.

Used to use this takeaway a lot however it seems to have changed hands and the food is not as good as it used to be. Ordered the scampi meal for my sister, came very overcooked and scruffy looking. Food overall was Luke warm at best. Such a shame. We wouldn't order again unfortunately

Both pizzas were cold and the garlic had leaked all over the drinks and boxes in the bag , also odered last time and the meat was really tough on my kebab , wouldn't recommend.

Orders have to be over £7 for delivery which is ridiculous when I live in the same small town, then you have to pay £1 for delivery and there shouldn't be a charge for debit cards. I'd rather drive into the next town and pick up the food myself.

Not a bad Parmo but quite a long wait and order came with chips missing.

Left the cans off the order, phoned back the next night with another order and explained about the cans - then charged me again for them.
