Late, long waiting for delivery fries not cooked , we had to use airfryer to cook it. It was happen twice already . It was my favorite just eat restaurant , but never order again from them

They forget cheese again, why I'm reluctant to order from here. Driver called me to ask me to wait outside and couldn't be bothered to get out of the car, very poor food is ok

it was okay, a bit sweaty and depressing, I know they deal in thousands of meals a week and may come back at me in reply as I dont know what Im talking about but it was, you know that smell, I dont know if its the packaging or what, but sweaty/sad

Always a great experience with SFC. Ordered plenty of times, the food is always hot, packaged extremely well and tastes great. A bit discouraged that the prices have gone up but it is no different of a situation than most other food places. 5 star

The Mexican spicy pizza wasn't cooked properly. the toppings weren't put in place for a satisfaction, it all fell off when I picked up a slice, let alone cutting it. I won't try the pizzas again. The chicken on the other hand was nice and the chips were satisfactory. overall 2/10

Great food as usual shame about the delivery. Late and the food was barely warm, both cans of drink were heavily dented so much so that one of them punctured when I picked it up and sprayed everywhere

first time order. food terrible. ordered fried xhicken and chips and spicy wings. all stone cold, had obviouly been cooked some time before and left on the warmers and this was 730 friday evening when yd expect them to be busy. i wont be ordering from them again. avoid.

Abysmal service tonight, forgot my slushes, tiny pots of sauces had hardly any sauce in them, tiny portions of chips and some chicken pieces were tiny, all for £60 I feel ripped off, this place has gone downhill and far too expensive for what you get, been coming here for years, this is probably my last time.

Food arrived luke warm even though i only live around the corner, they gave me a tiny portion of fries with my hunga buster meal and i was missing the wings from the big it up upgrade i ordered. Very disappointing experience this time.

Delivery was quick and on time. Food was ok but was cold and no salt offered for the chips. Also sent garlic mayo instead of mayo. Was tasty enough albeit a little underwhelming

The pizzas tend to be over cooked but other than that the food is great and amazing value for money, always generous with the chips and the chicken Burgers are decent!

Quarter Pounder with Cheese was pretty good, with a sensible balance of meat-to-salad, though the meat had a slight rubber taste to it, as if recently defrosted. Given this is a chicken shop, their chicken is their main product, with their chips being STANDOUT: great portions, nice and hot, and really CRISPY! The rice side was average, microwaved pilau rice. A little dry, so garlic sauce was needed. The staff are VERY polite, going out of their way to really explain the full options to a gentleman who came in and struggled to speak English. Sitting in is possible, with good-sized tables. Unfortunately, it can be so overrun with Just Eat delivery drivers, you feel slightly crowded when busy; sit near the corner. Food is very sensibly priced, with a £10 meal comfortably filling you up.

My pizza was delivered upside down and was completely ruined. It was inedible the entire cardbox box was stuck to it.

fried chicken from here is nice, But the chicken fillet burger was inedible, really horribly dry, chewy and nasty, was really awful, and the coleslaw was also substandard horrible, both went straight in the bin.

The food arrived very hot and freshly cooked but the wings were bland,and just cooked enough not to see blood. The chips were soggy and very small portion, also my note on the order was ignored. I'm sorry for the poor review but your standards are way higher than that. Still my favourite takeaway 😋

I don’t know what’s happening but chicken stinks … and pizza is not same how was before . I’m disappointed… I know I had huge discount but anyway because of that smell I can’t eat this .

We normally order online via Just Eat and the food always arrives quickly and piping hot from Charmister to Branksome. Today, we happened to be in the area so we went to eat in and the quality of the food was identical to home delivery - a testament to the speed at which it is always delivered! Friendly service and extra brownie points for giving us hot wings to try after we asked about the level of heat. We ordered hot wings and rice box (pics), have previously also tried the six fillet meal and I'll confess, I'd eat here over KFC any day. The heat of the wings was good for me (as someone who enjoys spicy food but who has a fairly low tolerance for heat) and the batter was well-seasoned. Everything is cooked well - crispy on the outside and moist on the inside. I was also offered extra sauce without asking. Nice, clean seating area. The only downsides were the lack of toilets and parking - we had to park on a side street around the block. Well worth the visit nonetheless!

Come on guy’s fill the sauce pots up only quarter full, also the Pepsi bottles please go back to the 1.5 bottles, as you have put the price up to nearly £4, also the chips need improving, too many tiny chips, I will only come back when you have offers on, as you have got to expensive for what I want to order.

Items missing from order, stone cold chips, wrong drink sent and was really warm. when I rang to try and rectify this they couldn't give a toss and told me to get a refund off just eat!! terrible customer service and not great food, won't be using again, there are much better out there. AVOID!!!

The Driver did not have the Street number on his phone. He only had the Street Name. This is not the first time. We will have a meeting regarding this with your Head Office soon.

Ordered via Uber eats this evening, first time ordering pizza from here as I do actually rate the chicken, but jesus christ £11 for a "pizza" that is so small we'd class it as a kids meal. Not only that but also got sent a blue slush instead of the strawberry one ordered and it leaked everywhere, all over the box etc. Absolute nightmare and Uber won't help 😑 again, we rate the chicken here hence the 2 stars but this has put us right off ordering again.

A real alternative to KFC. Arrived super hot and had been cooked fresh. The chips are fantastic and they don’t beleive in small portions. I will ask to see if they do drumsticks in their bucket meals.

my food was drenched in sauce and had stale buns and the cans were warm as well as the fries being soggy. it's a shame i had to make this review as the food is normally good but unfortunately not this time around.

Absolutely disgusted with the attitude of the restaurant. They never delivered my food then told me it's not their drive it's just eats so it's not their problem take it up with just eat. This is absolutely disgraceful behavior and outright robbery.

Food was great (excellent fried chicken), but unfortunately our extras/sides weren’t delivered - gravy, garlic dip and coleslaw. Despite that will definitely order again!

the 1st delivery driver was very obnoxious as the food order was completely wrong, called the shop all resolved and delivered within 20 minutes I think by the owner as I've seen his face before. food was great will defo order again

After a bad delivery driver not turning up the restaurant called me and assured that the food would be ready cooked and sent asap! Within 10 minutes I had my food and whole order and it was lovely and fresh! Thank you for the updates and excellent service from the manager and new driver who apologised

Best fried chicken in the area ordered mulitiple times, even the chips have improved since the last time I ordered. 100% recommend this place much better than KFC. I normally go for the chicken pieces and wings, it's so tasty 😋

Chips need to improve, not large and fluffy, just hard little bits, apart from that good.

This place thinks it’s Harrods of chicken with its extortionate pricing! £10 for a burger and chips ? Seriously expensive and nothing justifies this! Hope people stop going here so that they learn a lesson

The chicken burger is actually real great. The wings aren't, I could barely taste the seasoning. I think for the price, you would 100% be more satisfied with KFC. They do give a great portion of chips and everything feels to be cooked per order which is quite refreshing. Better than chicken cottage, not better than kfc

The quality has deteriorated, the price has increased again, the delivery fee and service charge is ridiculously expensive and there is no longer a stamp card, this restaurant has become a huge disappointment, I am very sorry because I have loved it your food.

We ordered yesterday 12/05/2024. There’s 2 chickens left this morning when I tried to eat left over from yesterday this is I found. Not recommended. Be careful. still feeling sick .

we didn't receive the ice cream that we ordered, nor the cold drink that was part of a meal deal, so not a great experience overall. the food we did receive was fine though.

was left at front door. no contact. very poor service and disappointing and we didn't know our food had arrived until went downstairs.

One of the best if not the best, food amazing arrived early probably. Recommend for everyone we have been ordering form the place for a more then a year how and then never disappoint.

The food had to be reheated as the delivery driver didn't follow my instructions. I had to go out and find him.
