Spaghetti House - Woodstock Street in City of London, Westminster

Allthough we were 35 min late (train disruption) for our reservation they kept the Seats. One pizza was served later because wrong one was made. Taste of the food was very good. A lot of noise in the restaurant.

Found this little gem just off the hustle and hustle of very busy Oxford street. We had a very good dinner here, with the pastas being very good and staff being passionate about what the food they were serving. Also, there were many Italians working in this place, which is always a good sign.

First in London, I brought my best friend to try pasta. And it had arrived undone and uncooked. I was surprised because the reviews before coming said otherwise. In fact, mines barely had cream for the Spaghetti carbonara. We had told them to redo it. And thankfully they did however given attitude, it had taken 40 min to redo.

Food was amazing and matched the customer service, especially from manager Ali. He was very attentive and helped us decide on our food choices.

The manager was extremely rude and service was horribly slow. We had colleagues with special dietary requirements and first, didn't bother to answer the call when we tried to call to ask if they could cater for special dietary requirements and secondly didn't even accommodate our colleagues with dietary requirements. When offered to pay tip - they said they take only cash once bill is paid and then when offered to buy additional and add tip on it, she was like you can keep the tip! Whole experience was horrible from service - where we had to wait 30 minutes to order and then few drinks came after we finished the mains! we had to repeatedly ask if we wanted to order more or chase the already ordered item and every time they kept saying 1 min please and then vanished!!

The food was phenomenal, the service impeccable, and the ambiance cozy and welcoming. Every bite was bursting with flavor. Can’t wait to come back for more!

An Italian restaurant that I saw and sat at while passing by after shopping in Mayfair. Those who know me know that my love for Italy is unquestionable 😉 The Italian Pinot Grigio I drank with the main course was also wonderful 😋 Their desserts were also delicious. It's a place where you can dine on a plate specially prepared for you by the chef, as if you were in Italy;)

This place has one of the best pizzas in the entire world… The Diavola and Margarita are heaven! Pair this with a few Birra Moretti and a few scopes of gelato as dessert + amazing service and you’ll have the recipe for a great dinner. This is our second time here and we will definitely coming back!

The place is cute. The servers are not smiling they look like they don't want to be there. Our food was sitting on the serving pass for more than 10 minutes and no one was bringing it, they were just going around looking at it and chatting and doing everything else. The result was a lukewarm pizza that was very greasy and not nice. Very expensive also for what they offer. Their bathroom was unacceptable, everything dirty and broken utterly disgusting. If you ask for that type of money you need to offer the appropriate service in every aspect. Do not recommend

Myself and my husband were visiting London for a couple of days and came across this restaurant.Service was good, food acceptable however the toilets leave alot to be desired.Not clean at all,bins overflowing and the sink is all glued underneath with some stuff that clearly should not be on show.

Very good. I went to the one on Oxford Street, the area is very nice and full of people, however the restaurant was not that busy. The food is very good and they have gluten free options. The prices are very good, the attention too. It's worth it. The bolognese sauce is exquisite and also very good. They have tables inside and outside.

The service from Arjum, Siyoma and Meen was so friendly and professional. The food was delicious and fresh especially as someone who is gluten free, the pasta was such good quality. I highly reccomend to visit Spaghetti House if you’re in the area. Their selection of wines and drinks is also incredible. The atmosphere is calm and pleasant especially for a date night. Will be returning.

Mi marido estaba muy decepcionado en el precio de la cerveza que no podía entender y estaba extremadamente poco impresionado por el hecho de que no se podía comprar 2 cervezas pequeñas por el precio de la más grande cuando era exactamente la misma medida! (pequeña 33 cl grande 66 cl) La grande no estaba disponible! ¡Esto es una estafa completa y completamente no muy impresionante! La comida era mediocre y mi pollo estaba muy seco y quemado alrededor de los bordes. Ciertamente no voy a recomendar Spaghetti House a ninguno de mis amigos o familiares.

I'll get to the point. The only negative I have was the food, had tomato paste very average. Bland, home cooked style. Very large portions. Honestly the menu needs expanding.

We paid less than 75 pounds for two cocktails (with alcohol), two dishes, two sodas! The dishes are served with several different breads. Vine aquí un domingo por la tarde. Sorprendentemente, no estaba ocupado en absoluto - solo había unos pocos comensales. Sé que el restaurante está en Londres, pero siento que algunos artículos en su menú son caros. Es decir, más de £ 9 por un vaso de prosecco y más de £ 5 por un lado de patatas fritas gruesas. El restaurante estaba limpio y bien decorado. Las mesas están separadas, y la mayoría tienen cómodas sillas acolchadas. El servicio fue rápido, y la comida se sirvió caliente. El tamaño de las porciones era bueno. Sin embargo, la comida carecía de sabor. Nuestros dos platos de pasta sabían soso y carecían de sabor. Nuestros postres estaban bien, pero también les faltaba sabor. No había mucho servicio. Tuvimos que llamar al camarero cuando lo necesitábamos para bebidas, cubiertos, etc. Cuando llegó la factura, se agregó un cargo por servicio al precio. Nos negamos a pagar a la SC y pedimos que esto se eliminara de la factura ya que sentimos que el servicio no estaba a la altura. Después de preguntar esto, dos miembros del personal se molestaron y nos interrogaron de una manera grosera y poco profesional. Me hizo sentir incómodo y quería irme lo más rápido posible. Fue una comida decepcionante y no volvería aquí de nuevo.

This place doesn’t deserve more than 1 star! The store manager is rude (the one with the glasses halfway down his nose) also it seems like he’s rude to his employees. If he’s having troubles at home then leave it home and don’t bring it into work! I’m not surprised this place has less than 4 stars in general

Lovely food, it was delicious and arrived very quickly! The team were friendly and accommodating. We sat outdoors which was lovely due to the weather and the only issue we had was a beggar coming over to our table asking for money.

Good morning, we discovered this restaurant near our hotel. Very welcome discovery! Original and tasteful Italian cuisine! Impeccable owners and service. Spaghetti House on Oxford Street was a huge disappointment. Despite the central location, the restaurant failed to deliver on almost every front. The waitstaff seemed disinterested and inattentive, taking an unusually long time to take our order and even longer to bring the food. When the dishes finally arrived, the pasta was overcooked and bland, lacking any real flavor or seasoning. The portions were small for the high prices, leaving us unsatisfied and frustrated. Additionally, the overall ambiance was lackluster, with dated decor and cramped seating. I expected much better from a restaurant in such a prime location. I won't be returning and certainly wouldn't recommend it to others.

We arrived and it wasn’t busy (inside) they do have outdoor seating, but it was hot and inside was nice and cool . Fast service, polite staff Prices are what you expect for London £70 for 3 basic pasta dishes and 3 ice teas Food was ok nothing to shout about but at this point we was hot and tired after getting a little lost so we was hungry . The girls didn’t like the spaghetti bolognese as they said it was very bland but the other two dishes was ok .

Italian Restaurant, food as indicated Italian. A little price!! Normally they do not accept cash, they prefer cards, they include the service in the menu price. Although you can ask them to discount it.

Food was really good! A suprise visit that resulted in a new favourite! Atmosphere was nice, it was super quiet (only 2 other people in the restaurant) but it was super nice. Staff was really attentive!

This visit was a massive disappointment as well as a very expensive lunch. The food was awfull and the drinks were very expensive . To cap it all we had to give a 13.5 % service charge. Dont go there.

The food was good apart from the sautéed potatoes . me and my friend had woken up with food poisoning the next day as we definitely know it was the sauteed potatoes as they did not taste ok, they were not freshly cooked as they were covered in oil and looked like they were cooked the day before. Be careful Service was average as when the food came out they had never came back and asked if the food was okay we were just ignored.

Honestly disappointed, service was poor, we was not greeted properly. It was completely dead in the restaurant yet nobody came up to us and asked if our food was okay. Had the bare minimum in terms of service yet was charged a 12% service fee. Wild honestly. Had some cheese grated into my drink when getting it out onto my food. Didn’t get offered a new drink the waiter kinda just walked away. Food was decent though like the meat was tasty but the pasta was undercooked a bit. In my opinion considering how quiet it was I was expecting better. Staff were just kinda rude.

Food was plain, not tasty at all and even somewhat inedible. Starter: gamberoni picante - large prawns were ok, a bit undercooked, but could have been enjoyable if not for the sauce. It was sooo salty, like it had 3 times more amount of salt it needed. The sauce was supposed to be a little hot as it has chilly in it, but it was all salt and nothing else. No wonder they only offer bottled water in large bottles - I had it all to get rid of the salt in my mouth. Main: scallopa di vitello. Too much breadcrumbs, the veal was almost inexistent, sauteed potatoes tasted ok, nothing special, But potatoes were not freshly cooked, as if they were boiled the day before and sauteed before serving. Service was average, at best estimation. Though the restaurant was not crowded it took them ages to get me to the table, never asked what I thought of the food, and brought the bill before I finished. Overall, it's hard to expect something perfect from a chain restaurant but this was the one I would never visit again.
