We ordered a 20” pizza half margarita and half Pizza aglio for the first time. I have to say this was the best pizza I have had locally . We have tried many other places and all of them were nothing compared to the flavour this pizza had. Perfect balance of ingredients and not too dry like some I had before.the person over the phone was very pleasant and helpful and I even called them back to give my feedback. Delivery was on time and it was still very hot. I would recommend them every time . Thank you for the most flavourful pizza I have had in a long time 🙏🙏

Found this little Gem very randomly when searching for a late night snack. Really fancied Italian style pizza. Very surprised and annoyed about not knowing about this place sooner. Really enjoyed the food. Positively surprised. Me and my friend kept talking about our experience. Wanted to go back the following evening but a little embarrassed. Very reasonably priced too. They use real logs of wood. A great experience and I haven’t stopped bragging about it to my friends and family :)

Food was cold and in my opinion ion undercooked. pizza irregular in shape which possibly explains undercooked.

Inferno pizza was okay though crust was too crispy. Potato wedges were inedible - burnt. Jalapeño bites were okay. I have photos of each item.

Ordered here for my first time via Uber Eats: Pros: - Food came very hot - Taste was very nice - Delivery was quick - Prices are quite reasonable Cons: - I only received 6 wings instead of 8 buffalo wings - Pizza could have slightly more vegetable topping- although what I received was ok.

Spesso wood fire pizza is really authentic and best taste in edgware. Must try, quality is better than Dominos and Papa Jones and other pizzas.. highly recommended...

The service and pizza were good before but now sadly, it's not as good as it used to be.

Occasionally bought calzones from Capriccio, now Spesso Pizza. The flavours are now at their best, but getting expensive for the size you get. They were noticeably smaller. The balance between size and price is starting to get a bit out of proportion. Will I be back? Of course I will, but with a bit more restraint considering the price.

Delivery was originally promised within 30mins, which is why we ordered, but the order took 1h 15mins! I called the place and was lied to twice. Will not order again. Pizza was OK, although ham was very poor equity, both parma and regular.

pizzas were pretty bad, hardly any sauce and dough was like cardboard.

Driver refused twice to deliver the food to hotel reception asking me to go out in -1oC to the car park, food was cold, man on phone was pleasant, food was on cold side and tasted salty.

I ordered the bolognese pasta, they were tasty, 🥰 I would always order bolognese, but it's a bit far and it takes a long time for the order to arrive 🥺 and the pizza salami was super tasty, it was very crispy, you could feel the Italian taste 👅 I love it 🥰

He has my number to discuss this. The update is that nobody had reached out to apologise or to give me a refund of any sort. They don't care about customers. The manager has my number should the owner wish to discuss.

Excellent customer service and management. Delicious food and served at late times. They are professionally polite and open till later highly recommended others as professional and delicious pizza.

Delivery took too long and the pizza was burnt from the top not really an italian 4 formaggi pizza. Not ordering again from here.

Wanted to order so looked online at menu. Wanted to add a topping and could not do this online so phoned. Offer online was spend £20 get 30%. The order would have come to £22.40 (with discount). When phoning they wanted to charge me £31.50 for the same order! Cancelled straight away and gone to a more accommodating restaurant.

Pizza is superb and the restaurant is very friendly and professional. I did not realize how far away from me they were, so the delivery was a bit late, however the pizza was still piping hot so no complaints there in the end.

Great food, pizza you can tell comes from a wood fire oven. And those wedges! 🤌But the service is where they truly shine. A smile on the face and always going above and beyond.

I am a bit disappointed with what I got for that high price. It is always difficult to find a decent pizza place. I prefer Napoli style pizza, unfortunately it's not that. The dough was very tasteless. I don't think the wood oven is true as it didn't have any kind of smokey flavour. Their goat cheese is very nice though. Not too strong just nicely balanced. I would also question the parma ham. It was good for once, it filled me up, but no more.

Great building and excellent food. Staff were lovely and very friendly and helpful. Most importantly the toilets were very clean.

This place really does have good pizza but sadly the prices for delivery have become ridiculous. Pizza always arrives cold due to the thin base, and its gone up to 20 plus for 16 inch pizzas. Other pizza places do a much more filling pizza for a lot cheaper. Again great pizza but just to over priced

0 stars. There was a piece of black hair on a large pizza I ordered for delivery. Once I called them back and told them, they refused to give me a refund and only offered to have a new one delivered to me. The second pizza was just as disgusting, if not more. It was cold, raw and the dough uncooked. The cheese was hard and completely fell off the pizza. The thin dough almost felt like rubber. Disgusting food, even more disgusting service. Absolute waste of £20. And the place obviously has zero hygiene. DO NOT order from here.

Worst experience ever,customer service the worst. I placed the order online (the website is rubbish )and after 1 hour and 20 min of waiting I gave them a call asking where is my pizza .They said they didn't receive my order and they just checked the sistem my order just been received (after 1 hours and 20 min of waiting).After that another 40 min waiting I received my pizza half burnt. My husband called them and they justify is made in over with fire. Very rude attitude of staff they answer "what do you want me to do???????!!!!!!!!!!Is disgusting!!!!!!!!!

One of the worst experiences. The person on the phone speaks very badly, he has no education. They forgot about my pizza, I get it in the end (I'm not exaggerating, 2 hours) burnt on top and raw in the middleI .

After an issue with my delivery order, they called me back and apologised for the inconvenient, and they offered me the Pizza I’ve ordered originally, and refund me the full amount, and also delivered to my address. The Pizza I’ve ordered were very good and authentic Italian Pizza. Tasted very nice and were very well presented ! If you want Italian pizza try these guys! 👍🏻

Lately the pizza has become less tasty and made in a rush, and the person who takes the order does not show respect for the costumers and no care at all. No apology for the bad service. Very disappointed. They just lost an old client. Maybe the management should take action and hire someone that knows how to speak with people as at the end the business works because of us.

This gentleman called Dan was not only one of the finest looking gentleman ive seen in a decade but his manner was absolutely wonderful to engage with and for this and not only this i think he is a delightful human being.

Awful customer service, rang up multiple times to be told its been ready ages just waiting for a driver. Food arrived cold unsurprisingly. Was hung up on multiple times. Don't order from here not worth the money, expensive and not worth the wait or rude staff.

Love the pizza from this place. You can get good pizza with good cheese and good toppings fair enough, but the here dough evolves it to the next level and the wood fire method really adds character to the pizza.

Excellent fresh pizzas…. Way better than Dominos Pizza hut papa jones tops or any chains…. Good quality toppings too. The base so thin and nice and crispy. Even the team is so friendly!!

The pizza comes cold! The order takes an hour and a half to be delivered and they claim they always busy but its a lie, I know a guy there! They don't include the dips anymore like they used to, even if you buy them they don't delivery the right amount of dips you buy it's always less, it happened to me twice already! They are very rude on the phone! Horrible customer service, all they want is to make money nothing else!!! Useless service! Don't buy from them!

Ordered late at night as we’d had a rough night with young baby. The delivery had not arrived after an hour so we called to enquire. During the call, the doorbell rang which we’d specifically requested not to happen so as not to wake our child. The man on the phone shouted at me saying it was our fault for ordering takeaway so late & we should manage our time better. The delivery arrived incomplete, late and with no apology… just verbal abuse:(

We are ordering often from this restaurant. Love the pizzas, really tasty, bit expensive. BUT the last two times we got wrong pizzas, first time extra toppings were missing what we choosed. Last time only extra toppings was on the pizza. We are so disappointed because really loved this restaurant but now we are not sure, would like to use in the future or not. No refund or anything. Guy said in the phone they will put in there system any discount for next time order. We will see.

Nice pizza but they gave my partner the complete wrong pizza, when we spoke to the shop the guy said nothing can be done till the manager comes back, we left a number to call us back on and nothing came from it. Rang again few days later and received the same answer it's now 3 weeks since the order was placed and no phone call. I will not order from them again.

Got my order wrong by not putting several toppings on the pizza (one of which was the meat, likely a fair amount of the cost of the pizza), insisting the chef did put it on, and only offering double toppings for another order (worth £1 by thier menu) or me come to pick another pizza up, when i dont drive and its a few miles away. Wont order from here again as its the 2nd time theyve messed up AND been rude to in response.

I order a lot from this place And it's great pizza!! But tonight they have taken over 2hours to deliver and it's still not here!! Said 80mins when I first ordered, then only when I chased them, when it was 20 mins late, that it's suddenly jumped 50 mins delivery time!!!! This will take the total time to 2hrs 15mins as the expected delivery!!! Absolutely shocking!!!! You guys need to sort this out! Another night and another fail. This time pizza sizes Ordered a 14 and a 17 inch A 12 and 14 turned up! The guy at the restaurant is denying knowledge of the mistake While my measuring tape says the 17 inch pizza box isn't even 16 inches big.

Its been a while since I've had a Capriccio's and the reviews on here made me second think about trying it again. I decided to try them anyway and felt it would only be fair to post the amazing Pizza I collected. It's delicately thin and delicious... just a heads up though, if you are hungry you could probably do a 16" by yourself. (I ordered an "XL Ferrari Pizza")
