Abbiamo pranzato in questo posto meraviglioso immerso nel parco. La Manager Chiara ci ha accolto veramente alla grande spiegandoci tutti i piatti e consigliando molto bene. La carne veramente buona. I bambini hanno gradito tutto ma soprattutto hanno gradito i dolci. Pulizia del locale ottima e servizio molto rapido e preciso. Forse le specialità tipiche londinesi migliori che abbiamo mangiato in questa piccola vacanza. Torneremo sicuramente. Grazie CHIARA.

Sat down for a quick coffee as we were with our child, ordered the coffees came on horrible condition, dirty plates and cups, the waiter was so rude when I asked for a spoon and sugar, just replied is over there when to the counter and he was on the tills that moment asked him again and he was just pointing me random things in the shop. Then I asked the other lady that was on the tills and she just gave me a cup of sugar that had been used by others with a dirty spoon.I understand some people have a bad day but don't pass it to your customer that comes to enjoy their coffee. Horrible place even if it was the one and only coffee shop in UK I wouldn't bother to drink coffee there again.

Bad service, there is shouting and there is hardly any human contact. Staff argue, do not respond to customer questions and work unhygienically. They also messed up the order for a single double espresso that I made. I got a normal espresso and it was also undrinkable.

Very poor layout & bad ordering and collection of coffee is more like a market too chaotic and have to fight your way through. Waited 11mins for a mocha only for it to taste like warm water. Seating arrangement is inconvenient.

Incredible service and attention from its manager, Miss Robyn, a charming person and a great professional, her food has been the best we have tried here in London, beef, mashed potatoes, sausages, hamburgers, her desserts are incredible, in short, 10 stars in every way, and the best coffee and desserts we have had, the great quality is evident in all the products. Congratulations to your director, for his products and above all for the success of hiring such professional and wonderful people for the public, without a doubt 10 stars

The long wait in line to place orders and the extended preparation time for the coffees indicate a need for more staff. It would be better to have additional employees to improve the service speed and customer experience.

The restaurant is overcrowded and not cozy. It must be ordered via a QR code. We found that very annoying.

Came with family after experiencing the guard changing ceremony at Buckingham Palace. Got a good seating area, the staff were friendly and the service was great. We ordered fish and chips and it was amazing. Will definitely recommend this place ❤️

We bought caesar salad where the chicken was very dry and hard, the croutons chewy and there was far too much dressing. Not worth the money!

It is a very pleasant place to gain strength after a walk through London and continue walking through the park to reach other points of interest. interest. Nothing special but a handy place to get a hot drink while having a walk through the park. Loos weren’t the best but otherwise is was okay.

Beautiful cafe in the middle of a garden

I came in last weekend way too close to closing time, and because I was freezing I asked for a hot drink, and the staff were ever so kind offering a tea since the coffee machine was being cleaned! Really lovely service, and a lovely tea. Thanks to the staff for saving me from a cold that night.

We took English breakfast. Since we don't eat pork, we wanted to turn our sausage into vegan. They were very interested. They cooked vegan sausage with a different pan. Everything we ate was delicious. Breakfast options are many.

Yes, it is true that it is not cheap at all. At the end of the day, you are where you are. In the heart of London and in one of the most visited parks in the city. I recommend this place more than anything to get out of trouble. In our case, there were 2 of us and we bought an "Indulgent hot chocolate" for £4.75 to make the walk through the park more enjoyable on a cold autumn afternoon. The service was fast and efficient.

El Brunch termina a las 11 - 45 , lo cual es una pena ya que el menú es mucho mejor. Si usted puede conseguir una mesa (sin reservas posibles) es un gran lugar para comenzar / terminar un paseo por los diversos parques de Londres. El personal es muy duro - prensado pero servicial, y la comida no está a la altura (hamburguesa vegetal es v ho - zumbido y patatas fritas son increíblemente salados) .

After watching the changing of the guard and walking through the park, it's worth having a snack or even a meal, we ate the famous fish and chips, which were better than in other places, the establishment has a bathroom which helps after a walk through the park. There are several quick snack options too. A tip, choose a table and keep its number, as when placing the order they will ask for the table number.

Nice little cafe in the park! Food came out hot and fast! It was pretty crowded and loud but we had a good time.

The place is extremely crowded and noisy. The mobile order is practically inaccessible. The base idea is good, but the cellular network can not serve so many phones and the order process gets interrupted very often. I received a dirty water bottle. The waiters are nice and really pro, and trying to overcome the chaos, but they are having a really hard time to serve for every table the right orders and sometimes they fail.

I recently visited this café and had mixed feelings about the experience. The food, unfortunately, was somewhat of an acquired taste—not everyone might enjoy it. There was a noticeable lack of French fries on the plate, and the meat wasn’t cooked thoroughly, which left me a bit disappointed. Additionally, I felt the prices were a bit too high for the quality and portions served. Overall, it didn’t quite meet my expectations.

Matcha latte was horrible, it has nothing in common with matcha but the cakes were okay.

Nice cafe, we went late in the day and it was abit messy, pri especially were fair for London, but it's always busy sout be quite good.

On our visit to London, my husband and I visited this cafe, on both of us required the toilets, I can not believe how dirty both the men’s and the lady toilets were, i find this very concerning that a place serving food can provide facilities that are so unclean, it makes me question the hygiene in the kitchen, I reported this to a member of staff, hence we did not stay for any food, I would not recommend this cafe.

Este es un café en el lado norte del lago en la calle. James Park. El horario de apertura es de 8 am a 6 pm todos los días y hay una gran zona de estar cubierta junto con mesas exteriores. Puedes pedir en el mostrador o por medio de código de barras que encontrarás en las mesas. El menú es una amplia selección de pedidos dulces y salados junto con una gama bastante típica de bebidas. Recientemente tomé un descanso aquí y me sirvieron una buena orden de patatas fritas y un café. Los precios son razonables, servicio rápido. Es una buena ubicación para tomar una copa o comer descanso mientras explora el parque.

Good place but it is expensive.

This is a cafe on the north side of the lake in St. James park. Opening hours are 8am to 6pm daily and there is a large indoor seating area along with outside tables. You can order at the counter or by way of barcode you will find at the tables. Menu is a wide selection of sweet and savoury orders along with a fairly typical range of drinks. I recently took a rest break here and was served a good order of sweet potato fries and a coffee. Prices are reasonable, service fast. Its a good location for a drink or bite to eat break while exploring the park.

Went for a run with my acquaintance Jacques in the park, after which we had a lovely chat over lunch at this café. After fighting together in Guatemala, this Sunday we fought off St James’ army of pigeons.

A nice but busy place lovely location

Easy to order food from the table. Fish and chips were delicious. Only issue was our food was delivered at least 5 minutes before our drinks.

Their iced strawberry matcha looks horrible and tastes equally as horrible… Do not recommend

Precio excesivo y sucio... Familia del extranjero de visita. Íbamos a Horse Guard Parade (visitar el museo y ver el cambio de Guardias). Caminaba por la calle. James Park, vio café así que decidió ir a almorzar. Primeras impresiones, la arquitectura del edificio única, la configuración de las diversas áreas de comida (postre, bebidas, sándwiches, asientos de mesa - interior y exterior) , lo suficientemente agradable. Puede solicitarse a través del código QR o en el mostrador. Pedimos en el mostrador como sin cola. Los precios son escandalosos, totalmente calibrando a los turistas! La selección de menús no es enorme, pero hay otras opciones, como la sección de la isla sándwich por las bebidas. Pedí un latte helado de vainilla, fish & chips. No podía probar la vainilla en el café con leche. Fish & chips - pequeña cantidad de guisantes y salsa tártara. Ok cantidad de patatas. Pescado rebozado de tamaño mediano. Pero la calidad no coincidía con el precio. Nos sentamos adentro, traen comida a tu mesa. Quería sentarme al aire libre pero cada mesa desocupada tenía caca de pájaro... y palomas alineadas en el riel esperando para agarrar comida de su plato. Las mesas interiores tampoco se limpian. Tuvimos que limpiarlo nosotros mismos antes de sentarnos. Por último, pero no menos importante, los baños eran asquerosos, no rollo de baño. Parece que no se ha limpiado en siglos.

Unfortunately, as a solo traveler, I wasn't able to look for a table with a number - should I leave my handbag there unattended? - and then order at the counter. So I just drank some tea and later observed that a table that became vacant was not immediately cleared away, but was immediately taken over by winged guests. From the other reviews I see that hygiene is a problem here.

The Fish and Chips were disgusting. The view was great tho.

It's ok. A bit overpriced. Oh and they add sugar to the Matcha....it's a shame I had to find out by taste. Coffee was ok. Cake was a bit dry. Overall there are a lot of other better options nearby.

Delicious food but at prices that do not justify it and the staff, with exceptions, do not have the patience to work with tourism, which is the main client of this place. Serious would not be the problem, speaking badly is the issue. I'm not coming back PS men's bathroom not working

Has self service for pastry/cakes in the open (which the flies/wasps were attracted to) and a selection of pre made sandwiches/wraps. You need to have a table/table no. to order all other food, not incl made to order drinks, which you have to wait for at the counter. Service when I visited in the morning was extremely slow, and it only had a few customers. I'd hate to experience the wait in busy times! Mens toilet was out of order when I visited (they were queuing for the single diabled loo) and Womens had a few cubicles out of order. The setting for the cafe is attractive with a view of the park. There is some outside seating too.

The atmosphere of this café is beautiful, a little bit noisy but pretty good, the service was relatively well... I consider the food (cakes) a little bit pricey.

I ordered a decaf mocha and it came with too much cocoa with hardly any coffee to taste. I returned and asked for refund. At least they agreed to refund me.

They don’t do any dish with just egg. So we ordered Egg Royal / Egg Benedict without Salmon/ Bacon. However we had to pay full 14 pounds price which makes no sense Male urinals also need redoing

The Café itself was very beautiful, but the carrot cake that we ate was way too sweet. Especially the topping. The staff was more annoyed than helpful. Considering the Café is quite expensive, it wasn't worth it.

I ordered the vegan burger and it was nasty. I couldn't eat it anymore after a few bites, plus the fork that came with the meal was dirty. The only positive was that it was a very nice place to sit on the patio.

Unwelcoming staff who don't take the time to take an order. Neither my friend or I had 4g or WiFi to take an electronic order when I explained the problem to the staff, no one bothered to help us. I won't try again!

I've been going there for three years and I'm satisfied every time

Ordered pink lemonade, they brought out normal lemonade because they ran out of the syrup, without asking us. The lemonade turned out to be water with a hint of lemon juice. On request they replaced them with an iced latte that turned out to be bitter. The orange juice was good but I’m pretty sure it was from a bottle, not fresh. Nice location though
