Convenient meeting place with plenty of parking. Not the best Starbucks Toilets out of order and inside need a good spruce up. food only a limited selection left .Its busy and obviously has difficulty in catering for large numbers of guests

Stopped by for our once-a-month treat of Starbucks coffee. The staff in here are a mix of well trained and not so well trained. We got the semi-well-trained one that charged us twice for the same coffee order. Thankfully my app picked up the receipt and I had proof of the transaction. The manager could see the problem and rectified the situation, but we didn't get compensated. There was no consideration we would go somewhere else next time, so far we haven't been back. On this occasion, the cafe was clean and tidy and it was just becoming busy with us being a the front of the queue.

We should just have driven by because as soon as we drove in we remembered we’d stopped off here two years ago and found the place very dirty. ….And two years later it was perhaps worse. Same stained and dirty chairs but worse for wear. Dirty tables and floor and just not somewhere you’d want to sit in clean clothes. Desperate as I was, I didn’t risk the toilet. This place clearly needs a cleaner. Reading the reviews below that span over time - borne out by our experience too, makes me wonder why steps haven’t been taken to address this. The saving grace and the reason for two stars not one, was the member of staff who served us. We will not make the same mistake again and will drive on.

As Starbucks goes, this place has young staff who work hard, but they're not trained enough to understand the Till or how to read an order Docket. Each time we stop by, something goes wrong. This time we got charged twice for the same products. My Partner gave them my Starbucks card, luckily I have also the Starbucks app on my phone. Left my partner to get us a drink each, as the card was already loaded with money and points. Sat down with him while we were drinking the coffee, and he said I had to pay for this, your card hasn't got any money on it. That's what she said at the till, and she swiped it. I looked at the App, it said the money had come off, the till receipt he'd refused, DUH! Luckily the phone app had a recollection of money used there, so I pulled up the history and there it was. So, we got charged twice, she took the money off the card and then told him he had to pay with his card because there was no money on the card. Which he did. I was up to the Till to ask for the manager. She tried the "Have you got a till receipt?" I said no, but I do have the receipt on the Starbucks App. And showed her it. It was proof enough that we had been charged twice and she could see after giving her the order number, where I'd been charged twice. She offered to put the money back onto my partner's credit card. And apologized but offered no further incentive to return. So, if you use any method of payment, make sure you get a receipt. Don't believe everything your prepaid Starbucks card does, if you give it to someone else to use. Clarify what has gone off of it before you leave the building. Make sure you get what you ordered too because I got a hot drink once that I didn't order, another time I got a hot drink with the wrong milk in, I am lactose intolerant and another time I got a cold drink with the wrong milk in. So, be very certain about what you order and what you get, because it does seem there are a lot of mistakes made in this place. The clearing of tables is slow, and the floor is normally filthy, but they do seem to have good times and more good times than not over the winter period. The summertime is another story. The manager works hard but should work at training her staff instead of emptying the bins!

Filthy, stained chairs. Smelly loos. Food all over floor. Chairs stacked up long before closing. Uncommunicative staff. Frankly, nearly disgusting.

Disgusting. Tables piled high with rubbish and covered in coffee stains. Did not have any of the smooothie options my kids asked for or sweet teas. When we asked about the tables being cleaned the barista told us it’s not his job, but generously gave us a wet paper towel to do it ourselves. After all that the coffee was undrinkable so I just left it. Avoid this place at all costs.

It’s such a shame that people can’t own their used cups and rubbish . If more people simply put rubbish in the bins instead of taking photos it would be a better place for everyone .The staff, I’m sure get completely fed up with rude customers that rather than tidy up after themselves just leave it . If you have ever worked as a barista you’d appreciate how much work is involved. I visit this Starbucks at lest three times a week and the staff are friendly but it’s a busy shop , and yes I agree Starbucks invest more into this branch to help keep it clean and tidy ….please .

Absolutely appalling. General hygiene lacking across the board- dirty tables and the toilets are a health hazard of their own. Clearly the staff could not be bothered. I would advise the manager get some proper training as this is by far the worst coffee shop I have ever encountered.

The bathrooms were beyond disgusting and the stench was intolerable. My husband was going to order coffee but thankfully the Internet was down and nothing was working as I said maybe the hygiene was questionable in other areas too. I suggested that they use the downtime time to clean the bathrooms. There appeared to be 3 staff there. This was before 6 on 12/29 and there were maybe 2 or 3 no other customers just leaving so it wasn’t busy.

The ladies toilets were a disgrace. Every toilet cubicle had toilet paper on the dirty floor and not just one or two pieces. Toilet paper stuck on the seats and food wrappers on the the floor too. The smell was enough to put you off ordering food. When I asked to speak to the manager, the young man serving us said straight away, if its about the toilets, we're going to clean them in 5 minutes as we didn't want to close them. I think he said they were closing soon - this was just before 7pm when their website states they are open until 10pm. His attitude came across as "couldn't care less". The latte I ordered wasn't milky at all - probably the worst latte I have ever had and had I tasted it before driving off, I would have taken it back and asked for a refund. I am reporting this to Starbucks customer services, but if their attitude is the same as we received from the staff on site, then there won't be any improvement soon. The state of the toilets in particular appears to be an ongoing issue at these premises and should be addressed promptly.

A third world experience topped off by a rude young staff member and filthy tables. I complained and got a refund but felt an urge to drive my car through the window before driving off.

I stop here (nearly) every morning and I’m always greeted with a friendly smile, the place is immaculate, and the coffee superb. Especially in the school holidays it can get incredibly busy but the team do their best to stay on top of both the queues and carnage left by probably the same wingey customers in the other reviews. Yes it’s expensive …. It’s Starbucks ! But you get what you pay for! There’s a Greggs in the petrol station if you want cheap.

This place needs a cleaner onsite at all times. Wasn't particularly busy when we were there but the eating/drinking area was dirty and the toilets were foul with no paper in 3/4 of the ladies' loos. Drinks were so expensive considering the conditions. The whole place smelt of urine as we entered through the door - should have walked out then. I felt really disappointed as this should have been an enjoyable break but we left feeling disgusted and ripped off. Starbucks please invest more money in this branch, send a regional manager in and invest more in the cleaning, you must take enough money in here as if is on such a major route!

The condition of this Starbucks was awful! Toilets were disgusting. Mess on every table in the cafe. Bins overflowing. £11 for 3 drinks to sit in this mess. Will not be stopping here again 😡

Had the misfortune of stopping here for a coffee. place from outside looked dirty rubbish everywhere went inside used the ladies it hadn’t been cleaned tissue and toilet paper everywhere and didn’t smell great either my husband ordered a latte and an americano for me it probably was the worst coffee I’ve had, tasted like warm water with milk hardly any coffee (could be done under trades description act for calling it coffee) tables and floor were covered in rubbish tables dirty and sticky staff were slow and not particularly interested in serving will never stop at services that has a Starbucks again

This place was absolutely filthy. Dirty stains and rubbish everywhere. Overwhelming stench of urine coming from toilets. The floor behind the counter where they were preparing food looked as if it hadn’t been cleaned for months. Youngsters standing around behind the counter doing very little and looking like they’d rather be anywhere else instead. This is the worst Starbucks I have ever visited and I will never visit again.

We have used this Starbucks before and it has always been adequate but yesterdays visit was terrible. The bins outside were overflowing and rubbish was all over the floor outside the doors. The urinals in the gents toilet were both leaking water over the floor, the toilets had not been cleaned, and the hand dryer did not work. The place was a mess inside with 3 over worked staff. Absolutely filthy. We stopped here with our children and we’re greeted with dirty overflowing bins and tables that haven’t been cleared. Staff didn’t seem bothered (probably not getting paid enough to care to be fair) Everyone was disappointed with how awful it was. Given the prices this should not be allowed. Your reviews all say the same. I will be contacting environmental health. It’s a hazard.

In side, the tables and floors were covered in crumbs from earlier customers. We had to ask to have our table cleaned and when done, all crumbs were just wiped off table onto floor. Coffee was too large and too hot to drink. This was a coffee stop before resuming our journey. The Gents toilet was very damp possibly with urine on the floor!

Shockingly slow service. Staff are nice young kids, but disorganised. No supervisor to keep the flow going. 8 people queuing. Only one till out of 3 being used. All this for the most expensive coffee in 100 miles.

I now know by reading the reviews the confirmation that they use the same old excuse of lack of excuse should I say.The place is not covid secure and has not been for sometime by the looks of things. Placed a order popped to the toilet which was outrageous, stool marks everywhere.I came out after washing my hands and no handsanitizer, informed staff which was annoying as this should be checked regularly, she came out looked at it said nothing and walked off so I waited a further 10 mins alerted another member of staff to which another customer also told the first lady, I was watching afar she done the same thing and left the woman without returning.As a NHS worker treating the public I'm disgusted and will report this branch.

Stopped here on our way to Devon on Saturday and really wish we hadn't.It would seem that the staff at Starbucks are completely unaware that we are in the middle of a pandemic. After purchasing our coffees we made the mistake of popping to the toilets before continuing our journey. They were totally disgusting and definitely not Covid-19 compliant!!! We left feeling quite concerned and wishing that we hadn't stopped at all. Having visited a couple of other cafes since I have decided to post a review as I think they are in fact being negligent. Other establishments are taking so much care to keep their customers safe. It is disgusting that Starbucks can't be bothered to do the same. Do not stop here. We certainly will never stop here again.

Picked up a nice sandwich and cake, but limited choice of cakes. Compared to the rest of the services definitely the best place to go.

Stopped at Starbucks on our journey down to Devon yesterday and really wished we hadn’t, the floor looked liked it had not swept for days and the toilets hygiene left a lot to be desired! The coffee was luke warm which warmer than the staffs approach to customer service. I think the management team really need to do some spot check visits to their outlets! Needless to say I won’t be visiting again any time soon.

We stopped here on a long journey for a coffee and break. We were in a hurry.What a dire mistake we made. The hand drier in the mens toilets was broken, and i heard the man upfront say this to one of the barristas, his reply, it will be mended next week!On entering the restaurant - there was food on the floor and despite there only being one couple in front of us we waited over half an hour to be served! We had danish pastries and coffee. The coffee was cold and the pastries - well i can only say that i have had much better.We left, there was a long queue. If only we had known that there was another place to get refreshments less than 10 minutes away.

Really disappointed with this Starbucks. It was by far the slowest service I have received in a Starbucks and I only ordered a medium americano to go. Waited much longer than people who were served after me (who had more complicated drinks). Consideting there was a man and 3 women behind the bar, I would expect to have been served much quicker. In addition, the female toilets were disgusting. Only one had toilet paper and that was the most un-hygenic of all of the cubicles. Definately won't be stopping there again.

Only two people at the counter, and they did both seem to be working as best they could. But it wasn’t that busy and we waited 15 minutes for two lattes. One of our drinks was wrong, but rather than wait again for the drink to be remade, we left feeling rather disappointed. The restaurant itself was nicely decorated for Christmas and was respectably clean.

Absolutely awful. I dont think i have visited such a bad cafe for a very long time. The place is filthy, the staff slow and inefficient, the hand dryers broken in the toilets and the quality of the Starbucks toasted sandwiches grim... I cannot believe this is part of the Star bucks brand. Shame on you Starbucks. I will NEVER visit one again anywhere

Terrible service, terrible tea, terrible state of cafe, terrible toilets, terribly dirty, terrible experience. Starbucks sort your cafes out. A captive market should not mean such sloppiness.

Inefficient, dirty, poor staff, toilets bad.......the list goes on. Just avoid this Starbucks, there are plenty of other places much better on the A303.Our specific experience was dreadful. Despite have at least 4 staff I could see and not being busy they completely messed up our order and were very dismissive. There doesn’t seem to be any system to how they deal with orders, two people who came in after us were served first and when we eventually got our drinks one was the wrong size - too small. I could go on with a list of complaints but my advice is just avoid it. If you are reading this and you work for Starbucks in management, just sort this out please. No wonder Costa are taking over.

This is a brilliant place to stop on the A303, however, the experience was the opposite.The queue was massive, mainly due to the lack of urgency on behalf of the staff. When we finally got served, we ordered four standard drinks from the board (nothing fancy or far out) and three were unavailable! This was at 2pm on a Saturday. No apology or suggestions of alternatives, so we ‘made do’.When we finally got our drinks, they lacked any flavour of coffee! They were ‘wet and warm’ but that’s it.Starbucks is my preferred coffee brand. However, this place bears no resemblance to any other one that I have used, anywhere else in the world!My advise would be to keep driving and if you do need to stop, use the garage next door.

The three young members of staff serving a fairly busy cafe were polite. Tables not cleaned from previous guests. Food and coffee was good. Toilets were smelly and littered with rubbish. Hot air dryer not working. Poor experience overall.

This is, by a mile, the worst Starbucks I’ve ever been to. With a Starbucks you know exactly what you’re going to get food wise, but the service and setting were dreadful. The store is filthy, the state of the toilets unacceptable and the line was out the door with only one barista serving. It added nearly 30 minutes to our journey.

Needs more staff and a bit of a clean. its ok for a stop over and refuel. I gets busy in summer but you know what you get after the wait.

I visited this particular Starbucks on an afternoon where I had set of on a road trip to London. I pulled over for a coffe and instantly noticed the building was in a poor shape with used tissues and dirty tables everywhere and my nose was greeted with an unpleasant smell coming from the toilet. After all this i ordered a late from a young man who made my coffe too weak and cold and my cheese and bean wrap was raw and mushy. The prices were also rediculous and I won’t be returning. Overall a bad experience

Average but solid starbucks at West knoyle. Lemon slice and carrot cake with capuccino & tea all fine. Busy Saturday. Tables cleared and wiped . Staff seemed fine .

Stopped off here on way down to Cornwall. It’s a large Starbucks by London standards with lots of comfy seats. Usual range of drinks but wanted a cup of decaf tea. Surprised that Starbucks haven’t heard of it! Just used the toilets and travelled on.

My previous experience was terrible, in fact I gave upon waiting. Today, 1st May at 12:45 it was so different, they have an excellent young team who were very helpful. My Flat White, made for me expertly by a young man. It was absolutely perfect, thank you.

Stopped here for lunch. Sandwiches had to be heated up. ' We will call you when ready' really meant ' we will dump your food on the counter and leave it to get cold'.

Stopped several times at this location adjacent to the ESSO petrol station. Plenty of parking and easy access. Your typical roadside Starbucks offering hot and cold food and drinks. Clean washrooms just inside. Ample seating in light open area. So far not encountered poor service. Some outside seating available. Will continue to stop and would recommend. Plse like if this helped.

Visited earlier today for a coffee and wished we hadn’t. The queue was out of the door and the staff just didn’t seem to care. Tables were dirty with used crockery and cutlery not having been cleared away. My Americano was undrinkable it was nothing more than coloured hot water. Needless to say I asked and was given,albeit grudgingly, another coffee. Don’t waste your time and money stopping here it’s not worth the hassle.

I really wish I hadn't stopped here. Coffee was weak and tasteless, cinnamon swirl was stale, it was cold inside and place was filthy. I can't believe a chain such as Starbucks allows this. Usually your coffee is excellent but this place is the pits. Unless I get an email explaining why, I'm switching brands.

Called in this morning sunday Dec 2nd, only to be told cardboard cups only as no sannitizer, can only guess this means, they have no washer up to clean the cups, china ones that be. They had loads of cups to use, but said they cannot use them. What is this world coming to. This place is certainly going down in lots of ways this year. As others also commented the toilets here, are really something to be desired. Wont be in a hurry to come back, that's for sure.

Visited West Knoyle Starbucks on A303 on 30th Nov 18. First stop was the toilets. What a horrible decor with black tiles and not very clean. What a bad choice of colour to show up unclean surfaces. We then joined a que of 7 or 8 people, service was slow and then all drinks and food were served in paper cups and paper bags as the dishwasher was broken. Ok that can happen and the 4 staff were obviously doing their best. My wife found a table which she had to wipe with a tissue. Other tables had uncleared cups etc, the floors were filthy and the waste bin full. At least one member of staff should look after keeping the restaurant clean. Overall a very bad experience and I would not give my money to Starbucks again or recommend them. For a national chain you really do need to get your house in order. Bring back a Little Chef similar business where you at least got good service and a better choice of food for travelers on a very busy trunk road.

This is the second Starbucks I have been to in the past week. This was even worse than the one on the A30 in Somerset. I waited ages and when I got to the counter the till roll had run out so the lady tried to put a new one in. I waited, and waited, and waited. She said she hadn't been trained and it showed. In the end I gave up and left. Absolute rubbish and I'll NEVER stop at any Starbucks again. I advise any reader not to either, unless you are a day to spare.

Stopped for a quick bite to eat ordered a mushroom croissant & pannini thing which was warmed up. Yum started eat & was told "we close at 8oclock " looked at watch 19:58 the young lady said oh you have about 4 minutes to eat ! Lovely very hot food! We were then shoo"d out the young lady did offer me a bag to put my still quite hot croissant in. Wouldn't have minded being told this before we our paid for our food ! Never been asked to leave like that before surely the staff have to clean down etc ? A young family who ordered just before us also had to gather there food up & eat out in their car. Poor show Starbucks.

Stopped midweek for an afternoon coffee.

Stopped off for a few minutes before hospital visit. No indication given as to how system works- lad on till took our name, so we weren’t sure if we had to sit down or not! Then saw other people waiting at the end of the counter so did the same. Drinks served in a very hap-dash way, one drink arrived at the same time as other people’s, then had to wait for second drink while food was served. The lady in front of me told me where to find milk for tea - no help from staff. The floor was filthy and I don’t think the tables had been wiped clean all day. Toilets were also not at all clean, with paper all over the floor. As I shut the door a screw fell out of the door jamb!

Stopped here on our drive to Exeter, plenty of parking and easy to get on and off of the site. There was a good selection of cakes and bakes, however despite it not being very busy, staff didn't communicate the order process very clearly to us. For example, where to collect our drinks, where we could get milk and cutlery. Additionally the food we ordered was taken by someone else and we were left waiting for a long time before we could get the attention of staff to rectify this. They were seemingly oblivious to this and so we had to wait even longer for them to prepare and toast another lot.

Looking forward to stopping for a coffee here but the place is filthy. Every table needs wiping down, the staff are not bothered. The floor is filthy. The condiments station is filthy. Not good enough. Eventually they cleared it up but not very welcoming.

Usually avoid 'chains', we prefer independents but needs must. Friendly, efficient order taking, knowledgeable staff. Order took a while to process but food & drinks were OK. However, the place was filthy. Tables not cleared, floors in a state, toilets honestly disgusting. The staff I'm sure were doing their best but thee weren't enough of them to cope. It was late afternoon on a Sunday in August so I'm sure they'd been busy. But cleanliness was very poor. We won't be returning & if anyone asks they'll be told of our experience. An employer of this size must do better, convenience & location is no excuse for the general state of the place.

Stopped here for the first time since it changed from a little chef. The staff are miserable borderline rude and the place just seems very disorganised. Asked where the milk was a was shouted from the counter it’s over there. Asked for a spoon and was thrown one across the counter. Awful. Should have stayed a little chef as hardly and food to choose from.

Today I visited the very busy Starbucks. I waited in the line for quite a long time due to it being a Friday in half term, busy! There also seemed to be a lack of staff. I was served by a very bubbly and cheerful girl (I think her name was Megan). I was unsure what drink to order, she didn’t rush my order and adviced me on what to order. She was highly knowledgable on the drinks and what goes well together! She was then joined by anouther young lad on the till to give her a hand (think his name was Craig) who was cheerful and knew what he was doing. They both had such great knowledge surrounding coffee and what to order. I settled to order a latte. My drink was made by anouther young lad who made it quickly and accurately. The team vibe behind the counter was amazing, I could see how hard they were working such short staffed. Keep the work up!

Live locally but stopped on my way to Salisbury for a coffee on the journey. Soo slow serving, and most irritatingly I bought one of their ‘credit/gift’ cards to post to my daughter at Uni for a treat, and it arrives with nothing on it!!! I suspected the lady didn’t know what she was doing as had great difficulty with it! Very annoying!!!

So I normally go to Starbucks with my girlfriend, we tend to get served by a lovely fellow called john Parsnip who is extremely adept at customer service and handles a bean with sheer perfection, not a fan of the big road outside that tends to bring in rude loutish brutes but the staff seem very well trained at making some of the most rude people happy before they leave the store, but going back to the most important part here John parsnip, What a guy!!! He continues to prove he knows his way around a steam wand as a commander of the milk bending the bean to his will best barista I've met, I'll never forget you Mr J Parsnip

This outlet is situated on the A303 in Wiltshire just east of Mere.It is a fairly new outlet, in good decorative order, clean and tidy with comfortable chairs and tables. The place sells all kinds of coffee, tea and other hot beverages along with various cakes and pastries, sweet and savoury. There is ample car parking and if you need fuel there is a fuel station on the same site. Will certainly use this outlet again when in the area. Staff were friendly although service was rather on the slow side, more staff would ease this considerably.

I recently stopped here for lunch on my way south. What a lovely place!

Recently visited this Starbucks store, was very impressed on how tidy the store was seeing how’s busy it was! Floor was kept clean and all tables cleared once messy. Toilets swept and clean to use. Would reccomend this coffee stop!

Recently visited Starbucks West Knoyle, it was extremely busy. I used the ladies and hubby used the gents. Surprisingly for being very busy they were actually well kept.

I am compelled to echo another review in my title; this reflects the state of this cafe, and the reviews echo my own feelings. We stopped here once on the way to Cornwall, and once returning, only because my partner likes the coffee. More’s the pity, as it’s not a pleasant place to sit. It could be so nice, as the cafe is new (or newly refurbished) to a lovely standard, but what about the dirty tables and floors, full of rubbish and dirty crockery? Of course, when I exchanged a word with the supervisor about this, I got her life story about lack of staff and 50 hour weeks, not a polite apology or an undertaking to report it to her bosses. All I can say is: no excuses, just do something about it - we pay well for Starbucks refreshments, and we deserve better.

Boy and two girls , boy kept moaning at girl causing argument in front of everyone they got all the drinks wrong and out of order , half hour wait , need more staff on bank holiday !! Service was dreadful

Called into this Starbucks and realized as soon as we entered it was filthy. There were loads of tables not cleared up. The floor was absolutely filthy too. The staff were very unhelpful,my wife asked three questions while our coffees were being done and was completely ignored,she got no answer at all. There was no sugar. The toilet was dirty with only one tap working and the hand dryer was not working. I will avoid in the future.

I generally like Starbucks service, food and coffee, but this fairly new restaurant is extremely disappointing. Travelling west on the A303 last week I stopped to buy 2 cups of coffee. There was a short queue of 3 people in front of me but because of totally incompetent staff nothing happened after 5 minutes and I left. One member of staff needed constant help with the till and then produced a paper jam. No apologies were offered to the waiting customers. On my way home several hours later in the day I tried again with a similar result but a different member of staff. I later discovered that the nearby garage has a Starbucks coffee dispensing machine, although I have never tried one of these, and a large range of food to take away or eat in. I know where to take my custom next time!

This used to be a Little Chef. We stopped going there because it was so bad. We returned now it is a Starbucks but are sorry we did. The toilets smelled badly, the food was ok but the restaurant area was grubby. In my opinion, don't stop.

It truly amazes me that with all chain pubs and restaurants, the architects and interior designers do a superb and expensive job of building and fitting out a comfortable, sleek, modern restaurant, with ease of maintenance in mind. But always it's let down by the abysmal amateurs who are responsible for the daily operation. The coffees and pastries were acceptable but the two male staff delivering looked dirty, scruffy, and unkempt. The floors were covered in debris as was several of the tables. The male toilet could have been smart with its posh tiling, but was disgusting with dirty loo paper lying around the wet floors. An entirely unpleasant experience and will never, ever call at a Starbucks again.

We stopped for coffee on our journey from Cornwall to London. The coffee was good but the place was filthy. They have no staff and tables we dirty and there were lots of used cups on the tables that needed washing up. So we were given paper cups.

Stopped for a snack on the A303 at a purpose built Starbucks. Not very busy ordered coffee and danish. Both OK if not pricey but the seating area was dirty both tables and on the floor see photos.

Coffee was as expected. Loos were disgusting the disable loo/ baby changing floornwas soaking wet. Such a shame.

Don't. Sadly the Angel at Hindon was fully booked and, if you don't like the Lamb, well Google map shows there is a Starbucks down the road. I had heard the coffee was good - and yes the coffee was good. But the food was grim. Yes, this is how it will be after the end of the world. So bring sandwiches.

Popped in here for a coffee. The restaurant is new and the atmosphere light and airy. Clearly a popular place to stop. We queued for around 12 minutes to order. The staff were friendly but they really need to up the pace.

This Starbucks is to there usual high standard, except for one important facility, the Ladies & Gents toilets were not available, and if you are travelling on a major west country route, the one thing you require when stopping for refreshment is "toilets".

... it doesn't explain why the Men's loo is like the Black Hole of Calcutta. The restaurant itself is fine - usual Starbucks fare, friendly staff but when it had metamorphosed from a (much missed) Happy Eater, I would have thought the dire loos would have gone too - but they haven't. Sure, they have been revamped but it's all dark slate with minimal lighting. The floor is permanently wet and it feels as if there's no air extract at all. You also have to hold your breath before going in although this might be their odd choice of fragrance. Whatever the reason, this level of loo accommodation is not acceptable - well, the men's side anyway.
