Terrible service. The barista made it clear he was not interested in my business, but was happy to help his (what appeared to be a regular customer), who came in behind need. Very dismissive.

Staff member was rude right off the bat, didn't say hello, just stared at me with what looked like disdain, waiting for me to say something, so I just ordered my decaf iced venti latte. She quietly muttered thanks after I ordered, then I went to get a table, there were at least 2 girls just standing behind the counter doing nothing. The majority of the tables inside were filthy and piled with dirty dishes and garbage. I asked to get a cloth to wipe a table and was told rude girl #1 would take care of it. She certainly was not in any hurry to come out. I told one member of staff that the state of the dining room was disgusting and she looked at me blankly with a look of disgust and said "what?!" then looked back down at her phone. Rude girl #1 came out and started clearing the tables (extremely slowly I assume to show express her disdain further) making sure not to start with the one where I had put my things. I just stood there and didn't say anything until it was clear she wasn't going to wipe my table off at all. And she didn't even wipe the table off, there was still obviously fresh coffee stains from the last customers. I sat for a minute. Then my coffee was called but it wasn't iced as I had asked for. The girl muttered something under her breath and remade it. I didn't say anymore, just drank my coffee quickly and got out of there. I've had it with Starbucks, it's vile and I'd rather go without.

Staff were very rude. I had the ‘chicken’ vegan wrap and staff member shouted “breakfast wrap” and I said is the vegan and he said “it’s just a wrap”. I had to open it myself to make sure it was what I ordered. My friend also ordered the Mac n cheese and and another member of staff said “are you sure you ordered this”. Another friend of mine waited 30 minutes for her Panini and staff were rude when she asked about it and gave another customers before hers when they asked about theirs. It was busy but not an excuse to be as rude as these two members of staff were to us. Worst customer service I have ever experienced!!

Decent Starbucks for what it is, a fairly good establishment to get coffee and other forms of drink. Staff were good and they managed to get my name right without me having to spell it out for them! So extra points :)

Regular Starbucks, regular variety of coffee, sandwiches and pastry. A bit small though, is the preferred customer one who brings his coffee out?

My wife and I were returning from a long day of site seeing and stopping in for a late sandwich before returning to our hotel.

Coffee at 9 AM, shop very dirty, not cleaning, toilets horrible. Coffee expensive, bad pain au chocolat. Very noisy ! not a good area to have a quiet moment.

Questa catena è famosissima in tutto il mondo e non riesco ancora a capirne il motivo. Non offre nulla di eccezionale. I frappè non hanno un sapore molto definito e non mi hanno convinta. Solo i prodotti di pasticceria mi sono piaciuti.

Il personale, quasi tutto italiano, è molto gentile e simpatico. ottimi i prezzi, un po meno l'ordine del locale.

Looks the same, but is really different. so few creative coffees are offered. Most clientele seem Middle Eastern or Italian---more straight espressos and lattes than anything else are seen here. Bakery and other food products must be local...? This is not the place for Americans trying for a taste of home.

Overcrowded - Cannot imagine why! Slow service. No cold drinks at all. I am not a fan of Starbucks anyway and much prefer to find an independent which are always better

Stopped at Starbucks Gloucester Road for my usual latte. Quite a small branch, with limited seating. Better for takeaway when busy. Right across from the tube station so can get busy, but the team work fast and coffee was made well and quickly.

I don't know why, but for some reason I started collecting Starbucks from places I visit. This place has unique London mugs. They also make a mean cup of coffee any way you want it.

Called in, as we were in the area after going to the science museum, had our grandchildren with us and we only wanted drinks and a snack, had a black coffee, a latte, and a couple of juices, and a couple of packets of crisps and biscuits, very expensive, for what it was, and the coffees weren't very hot, and we waited ages, tables were a mess, wouldn't definitely go there again

We stayed around the corner at the Doubletree by Hilton Kensington on Queen's Gate and walked the two quiet blocks here every morning last week before hopping the tub at Gloucester Station directly across the street. Great staff - quick and quality.

I love this Starbucks. They have these incredible ham-croissant breakfast sandwich. All I can say is OMG. We don't have these particular breakfast sandwich's at our american Starbucks that are this size. It will completely fill you up. I highly recommend this location.

This is a busy little place. We popped in on a Saturday night for some cappuccino and latte. Service was brisk and we managed to find a little table where we could just, sit, relax, surf the net and drink our beverages.
