Starbucks in Sheffield

Popped into this branch before Treason at Sheffield Lyceum. Was very busy on first attempt, so came back. 3 staff on duty, too busy talking amongst themselves to get our order correct. There was no offer of a plate for a cold sandwich & then our Americanos were "forgotten". Watched a member of staff clean the rim of a mug with a napkin that had not been cleaned properly by the dishwasher instead of returning it to the dishwasher. When our coffee was finally done, it came with no milk, which I then had to ask for. There were also uncleaned tables & plates left by the public where coffee was collected presumably because staff had not cleaned tables quickly enough. Whoever manages this branch seriously need to look at customer service because it was non-existent. Dare I say they need to implement the kind of training that other coffee shops have?

Good morning in Starbucks Tudor Square, Sheffield before heading to the Crucible. Friendly helpful staff. Nice and clean inside - though i had the coffee outside in the Square. Everything you'd expect of a Starbucks.

I would just like to thank the lovely young man who served me today (Wednesday 2:30). He was so helpful and very kind. He was very inviting and he just made my whole day by putting a smile on my face! Thank you for your excellent customer service!

Having almost drunk our coffees and eaten our snacks the barista came over and asked us to move as he wanted to return the table (of 5) to tables of 2. We moved and had to sit outside in the baking sun (no umbrellas) whilst as normal in Starbucks those on laptops nursing one long cup of coffee got to sit where they where . When we left there was still no one sitting in the seats we were removed from . Won’t be going there again 😡

Me and my other half visited the coffee shop today with are newborn while there we needed to change the little one Toilets completely out of order and no other toilet facilities available staff approached us and told us couldn’t change her here go to the winter gardens Unacceptable that the city centre café Doesn’t have toilet Facilities available will not be going back

the cup sizes here seemed over the top. Very strong coffee and seemed to be quite expensive compared to similar coffee shops. Surroundings very rustic.

The minute you walked through the door it felt very warm and inviting. We were greeted with a good morning before we even got to the counter. The atmosphere felt very homely and it had a wonderful aroma of coffee. Very clean and shelf's full Staff were great, very friendly and accommodating and the service was quick. The only let down in this store is that it needs a bit of TLC which i can feel it gets... but its the decor that lets it down and is in desperate need of some new furniture. Our coffee and food tasted great and we shall definitely be returning here.

Typical Starbucks - nothing out of the ordinary to make it stand out from other Starbucks or coffee shops in the area. Ideal if you're visiting the theatres.

We arrived to find one customer in front of us and four staff behind the counter. We were ignored. Note to staff: The customer is king. Other coffee shops are available. The front door has taken some serious hammer and wouldn’t be out of place on a rundown council house. Starbucks are obviously suffering and going downhill rapidly, unable to maintain the fabric of their premises.

This coffee shop is in a great location and the coffee and snacks are what you expect from the Starbucks chain. However it does not reach the high standards of cleanliness of other Starbucks in the city centre which will have similar footfall. It wasn’t that busy but looked like it hadn’t been properly cleaned in a long time. Disappointing.

Sunday morning and waiting for the tribe to arrive. This place is great meeting lace, very central. For a chain coffee shop, it is totally different to the other Starbucks I have been to. The premisses used to be an old book shop, and it was allowed to keep its character. Nice comfortable seating, good acoustics, place to meet friends over a good cup and have a chat. Outside area is not large, but good view of the Winter Gardens.Staff are very friendly and worke in relaxed yet professional way. They look like they are enjouying their work.

Located in Tudor Square just up from the crucible, perfect location for grabbing a coffee when running late for the snooker! Good Café Latte - the same as you'd expect - though i think they've put their prices up and so its on the expensive side. Clean & tidy toilets. Friendly baristas with quick service. Everything you'd expect of a Starbucks.

The usual Starbucks good standard, served by friendly and helpful staff. The restaurant was fairly quiet, it was a cold, wet evening but nice a warm inside.

Always a good hot drink, but not the cleanest Starbucks I have been in. I suppose you have to think it might have been busy. I do always enjoy Starbucks
