Absolutely vile! Tables all filthy and full of food. The floor is also covered in food and the place doesn’t look like it ever gets cleaned. My husband also had a hair on his plate. Not sure how this Starbucks even passes the hygiene rating.

This Starbucks usually fine, for approximately the last 3 weeks customers gents and ladies toilets have signs on door out of order. Last visit observed 4 customers waiting to use disabled toilet while staff used supposed Faulty toilet. Otherwise usually no complaints helpful staff and friendly.

Barista shook her head and shrugged and said “well, what d’ya want?” After I asked can I show my blue light card for a discount. Didn’t even bother to ask my name. When it had arrived, she just slid the cup over to me and said “there’s ya latte” smile wouldn’t hurt would it. Christ it’s a good job she doesn’t work at the Samaritans.

Awful customer service by a young girl today who had no manners! Asked through the drive thru I only wanted a small coffee however when I picked it up she gave me a medium and was about to get charged for it until I said I wanted a small one she nearly dropped my cup very rude!!

Had to wait an unacceptable amount of time for my drink - my food came before my drink was even started! The overriding priority is given to the drive through. My first visit here and my last! I used to visit the Gemini one before the drive through and that was the same. I have been to other Starbucks (the one at Warwick mainly) who have the situation under control. There never seems be a problem there!!

I went to the drive-thru and there were only 3 cars ahead of me. However, the car infrastructure didn't move forward enough for me to place my order so I had to wait. Once she moved I waited for someone to take my order overthe speaker....I waited....and waited....and waited.2 more cars were waiting behind me. So I had to move forward incase there was an issue. I told the young lad at the window and he had the cheek to tell me "you have to place your order at the speaker!".... I said "I tried but no one bothered to speak over it to take my order....I even said hello but no one responded. He then told me id have to go back round!!! I only wanted a coffee. Absolute joke! So, I took my order to Costa, got served within a few minutes and it just shows that having the right staff on your drive thru makes a difference! Will be ovoiding the starbucks in future.

We popped by Starbucks on Sunday after a trip to IKEA and unfortunately it wasn’t a great experience. The queue for the drive through was fairly long initially but we didn’t mind waiting, we weren’t in a hurry and we expected it to go down fairly quickly. Almost 20 minutes later however traffic had barely moved and people started giving up which led to an issue in itself - the parked cars couldn’t get out as the drive through queue was so backed up and the lanes themselves are so ridiculously narrow. It’s a very bad design. When we made it to the tannoy we were told to wait a second - 10 minutes later we were still waiting. We beeped which sparked attention and the server then took our order but no apology for the wait or explanation of why we’d been left for so long. Half an hour and still no drink. Also when we got to the window the serving tray wasn’t working properly so we had to get out the car to get them anyway. When we finally got our order I have to say, both drinks were terrible. I ordered my first pumpkin spiced latte of the year (was very excited!) and it was awful - barely any cream, strong bitter coffee, no pumpkin spice or cinnamon; it didn’t taste at all like it should have done. My gfs drink was also watery and very bitter, not sure if they’d used a different type of coffee today but it wasn’t nice at all. Wouldn’t recommend going here being completely honest. As much as I tend to favour Starbucks, the Costa up the road is much nicer all round.

Greasy chips, prawn toast was just like fried bread, chicken omelette ok but plastic chicken and no peas as advertised, chicken & sweetcorn soup very watery
