Starbucks in Enfield

I visited this branch of Starbucks on a late afternoon and upon ordering my coffee was told I couldn't pay nor receive acknowledgment of my order on my Starbucks App, I found this astonishing but paid by other means and waited for my coffee. Upon ordering only one person was completing their order and he seemed to be an off duty employee as he was in heavy conversation with the workers. I duly waited for my coffee and after a good few minutes observed that the workers were huddled in a corner and talking amongst themselves and talking to the off duty employee, all 3 had completely forgotten about me and my coffee. After a few more minutes I had to wave and remind them of my order. Even then they were in no rush make my coffee and like the coffee the apology was luke warm. Atrocious service and not sure I will visit again.

coffee...... Coffee was lovely but you would expect it to be for Starbucks. Bit disappointed they didn't take a Starbucks card though.

Este restaurante se puede llenar dependiendo cuando vas. No tuvimos ningún problema con el servicio, puede estar muy concurrido. La comida y las bebidas han sido siempre bien, pero ha habido un par de ocasiones donde solicitamos la tortas para ser calentado y llegó fría.

Tuve que pasar una hora esperando la siguiente proyección de una película. Buenas bebidas calientes asientos bastante cómodos (un poco bajo para nosotros oldies) y limpio.

A menudo hemos hecho uso de la cafetería Starbucks en el primer nivel en el cine multipantalla y siempre disfrutamos de el café y excelente servicio del personal. A medida que te acercas a la barra te dan la bienvenida con una sonrisa y como un extra, encontramos el café aquí, mejor que muchos otros de Starbucks. Es una zona agradable para sentarse y charlar mientras espera por su película
