Starbucks in Manchester

Ordered my favourite caramel macchiato and received a coffee without any syrup. Didn't check before I left and ended up with bitter coffee. Will avoid next time

Equipo realmente amable y acogedor en este Starbucks. Siempre es un placer visitar y tomar un delicioso café caliente.

Vinimos aquí a tomar un café porque estaba demasiado húmedo y lluvioso en los mercados navideños de Manchester. Hacía calor dentro y el personal era amable. Pedimos dos lattes especiales, una Toffee Nut y una Gingerbread. Ooh, estaban deliciosos. Nos sentamos abajo, que es una habitación inusual, pero de nuevo, estábamos cálidos y secos. No estoy tan interesado en tener que subir las escaleras para pedir un código para el baño, pero bueno, ¡supongo que es hoy en día! Un Starbucks bastante pequeño pero me encantaron los Lattes.

Apareció para tomar un café y al principio se desanimó por la falta de ambiente, los asientos limitados arriba y un oscuro y sin vida abajo. Pero fue el personal grosero y desinteresado (a pesar de que yo era el único cliente en la tienda) lo que resultó en mi partida antes de que me ofrecieran la oportunidad de ordenar. Me alegro de haberlo hecho, porque luego me topé con The Cafe at the Cathedral, una experiencia completamente diferente y más agradable. Ir allí en su lugar! (Esta a la vuelta de la esquina) .

Este es un pequeño Starbucks y ha estado aquí por algún tiempo. Probablemente el Starbucks más cercano a la estación Victoria y la nueva parada de tranvía fuera del Triángulo. Entonces, si está buscando una cafetería consistente, aquí puede ser bueno. Buen servicio, la decoración parecía un poco desgastada cuando la visité. Pedí un blanco plano extra caliente para sacar. Probé mi bebida sentada en el tranvía dos minutos después de caminar desde la tienda y no estaba de ninguna manera muy caliente, más caliente.

Went to buy a coffee at lunch, rather disappointed with the staff, they continued to chat to a guy at the til who must either work there or had previously worked there and they were more interested in chatting to him than serving customers. Eventually we got served but my drink wasn't actually made in the order it should have been (in respect of when orders are taken with other customers) and all throughout the time we were waiting for our drinks the three members of staff behind the til continued to speak to this guy whilst making our drinks- with no regards to the customers waiting....! Needless to say we wont be going back to that particular coffee shop again.

El local es muy chico en la planta alta, y tiene mesas en el subsuelo sin ventanas. No es muy agradable. Las bebidas como siempre, la atención fue cordial.

You get the same Starbucks coffee - but this is located in an older building and feels more European than the American chain usually makes it cafes feel. Good service too.

I hate leaving a terrible review but I just don't know why I go to these chain coffee houses. Good if you want a sugary drink with a hint of coffee. Not good if you like coffee - but that's no surprise.

We ordered mocha white chocolate just tasted watery. Latte with extra shot just tasted like hot water. Also a hot chocolate with no taste. Cost a lot for 3 drinks and couldnt even drink. Very disappointed:(

Nice place, great atmosphere, busy friendly staff. Great for a bit of chill time to enjoy a drink up here.

It's a small branch, good service and well located. Sometimes is hard to find a place to sit but overall it's a good place to stop.

Products exactly as you would expect at any Starbucks, but extremely slow service which was poor. Was made to feel pretty uncomfortable by whispering, giggling staff.

Of all the coffee shops I've tried, Starbucks is definitely my favourite. Love how their coffee's are made, great choice of drinks. Staff are fantastic.
