Starbucks in Epping Forest

This is a great starbucks so friendly and clean and spells people names right. I love coming here with my friends and it’s always fast!

Very dirty all over the place including tables and the floor. Coffee tasted like a bitter warm water. Dirty windows. I don’t think I will come back here anymore.

Please sort it out Starbucks! Living in Epping I have visited here regularly and the staff have been helpful and friendly. Over the last year it's been declining service wise rapidly. Firstly it was bad at the weekends now its bad all the time. You can order something off of the menu but it'll depend how your coffee comes depending on who makes it. My order has been wrong numerous times recently. I love a Pumpkin Spice latte but even those can't persuade me to tolerate the queues due to slow and bad service and being given the wrong thing constantly. The only exception to this is the lovely smiley blonde lady that's worked in there for a while, but I'm not even sure she is there anymore.

I love Starbucks and their drinks are amazing so is the food. All the staff that work there are so nice and they always have a smile on there face

Went in here on way to work Sunday morning blonde girl all flustered behind the counter ordered a takeaway bacon roll which was rock hard asked for a skinny latte not to hot I got a full fat boiling latte I asked her to change it she poured Hal down the sink then filled up the rest with full fat milk I told her I asked for skinny she said it was skinny 🙄 I could not be bothered to argue as there was a que it went straight in the bin along with the bacon roll cost me £6.84 never will I go in there again don’t listen and think there too dog in there

The staff are excellent always polite very friendly and who ever does their recruiting I applaud them.

I tend not to go into Starbucks, because I am never happy with the service. They didn't let me down this time either. The person that served me was so rude. I will stick to Cafe Nero.

I always order a bit chocolate from them in the cold early morning ... their staff are always so friendly and serve you with a smile . Well done guys !!!

1 x Latte, 1 x capachino, 1 x babychino for a 3 year old. Not that hot on a cold day but ideal for grandaughters first visit to Starbucks.....she drank the lot.... just like goldilocks .. it was just right.

This is a nice place to relax with a coffee. Service at times can be slow and some of the staff could be more customer orientated. Wifi is available free which is a plus.

Grubby - tables not cleared inside or out, only the disabled toilet working. the filter coffee although freshly brewed tasted stewed.

Freddy & Aimee were fast efficient and super friendly. Which sets your day up nicely with your morning coffee. Enjoying the new Toffee Nut Flavour

This pace is good enough if you want a coffee and a snack and it’s high street location is perfect. The only down side is the small outside area full of stinking smokers.

I enjoyed a coffee at Starbucks some time ago and on reading my previous review things are much the same. The staff are exceptionally friendly and the coffee is full of flavour. We again sat outside watching the coming and going of the people and cars. A most pleasant way to spend 40 minutes.

Dropped in today to get a tea on the go, friendly staff who quickly took my order and drink was ready quickly.

Staff friendly helpful and professional. Coffee shop is always so clean and coffee is lovely. Food good.

I sat outside after ordering my Americano and I was served by a most friendly and polite member of their staff. The coffee was full of flavour and hot. The tables outside were clean and tidy.

Starbucks always a good place to visit for a coffee. Good seating area inside and outside. Friendly staff.
