Estábamos en el centro de Londres y en una de las estaciones de tren. Estábamos cansados de nuestro recorrido histórico a pie y solo necesitábamos sentarnos un rato. Bonito lugar aquí para sentarse y beber.

Horrible, el personal me dijo que este Marylebone Starbucks no toma ninguna recompensa y membresía. Él explicó que no es el problema de la máquina, pero el conjunto simplemente no funciona con lo de la membresía de Starbucks y no está dispuesto a escanear mi membresía, qué extraño. Busqué en los epílogos, el Starbucks en hueso de marilo está incluido en la lista de recompensas de Starbucks.

I stopped off here to get a sandwich and a drink between trains. I recognised the reviews beforehand didn’t seem positive but this was not reflective of my experience at all! The staff were attentive and asked about my day. They were smiley and checked back to see everything was okay once I was at the table which I appreciated as it was quite busy. Overall, I came out of it with a really positive experience. Thank you!!

Maybe I was lucky given some of the reviews but I had good service. The girl that served me was pleasant and friendly. Small branch located in the station. I was going to sit in, but it was boiling inside on a sunny August afternoon and there were loads of homeless people around eyeing bags! If your commuting then stop by, but not worth a special trip.

Waited ages for croissant and muffin simple order. After ten mins I saw a bag on side with almond muffin. I asked about this and she said oh wow spnt have any plain croissants. However didn't bother to actually tell me. I said what about the muffin and didn't know what I was talking about. It took 15 mins to resolve and yo be honest the workers didn't even pretend to care.

I have tried to book a table here for two weeks now. I have emailed three times and called ten times. Not once have I received anything back. Awful customer service. I had a few questions before I booked, and I was a party of 10. They have lost out on generous tips and money. Will be looking to spend our money elsewhere. If you can't even answer the phone or email god knows how slow, you are as a business when you're in the restaurant. I dread to think.

Please avoid this it is the worst evening I have had out for a long time. The food was way way way below standard. We paid £35 each for a tiny bottle of what was supposed to be Gin but tasted like dishwater...... We waited over 20 mins for a drink and had to ask 3 times to be served!!! It was not the characters fault they tried there best but way substandard offer to customers. the food was terrible a couple of sandwiches with indistinguishable contents and the cakes were even worse. I am sure they cannot continue to advertise this and get away with charging so much.......

MAL SERVICIO AL CLIENTE por parte del gerente. Se comportaron de una manera grosera para cubrir sus errores. ¿Por qué harías que un cliente caminara hasta tu tienda cuando ya sabías 5 horas antes que no tienes suficiente cantidad para aceptar reservas a través de aplicaciones y cancelarla frente al cliente negándole la comida que ya había reservado?
