Starbucks Coffee in Stroud

The Chai Latte is worth the visit. Staff seem to be on the younger side of life. Got my name wrong once, possibly due to my Saint Helena accent. Overall, it was a positive and engaging experience. Well done, ladies and gent's.

Staff can't even make eye contact. Weird

Ordered two venti lattes, one ginger bread the other egg nog, I should’ve ordered both tall as the take away cups were only filled half, would’ve taken this back had I realised in the store but I was half way down the motor way.

Horrible service, rude, they wanna get rid of you instead of serving you. When we arrived I asked for a chocolate Frappuccino, the server cut me off with blunt “anything else“, I said can I have chocolate sauce but he cut me off again saying they don’t do chocolate sauce, I said in any other Starbucks they have, he answered they have but they call it mocha chocolate sauce which I didn’t think had to be pointed out exactly because I would’ve thought he knew what I meant. Then he cut me off again mid sentence with a blunt and rushed “anything else” which at this point I told him that he should be asking me if I want any cream, chocolate sauce etc but he just stood there without a care in the world. At this point I told him I didn’t want anything and left. Also just to be clear I was the only person in the store so there was no rush hour or multiple customers.

Expensive. Pointless. Take a flask from home and save your £3.60

Overpriced coffee that tends to be too weak and yet extra shots make it too strong. Not my favourite coffee shop

Often busy but everyone here is very friendly!

I ordered a caramel frappuccino as a to go on our long journey home and after getting back on the motor way I tasted it and it had no coffee in at all. Very very disappointed as we don't have time to go back to sort it. Tasted horrible without the coffee.

Although not a fan of franchises they did a good job 👏 and served a nice coffee ☕️ in a proper cup when I asked them

Congratulations on losing sales due to bone idle staff, since COVID welcome to one of the new trends where if there is no prices or price labels then it's a no sale. I love trying different coffee and enjoying fresh full bean coffee so I buy the beans when I can, your store had plenty but like 95% of your products on display as you walked in nothing priced. People don't want to trouble of having to wait in line just to ask a price so NO SALE.

Filthy Starbucks, stale cakes.... Don't bother!

Shop smells like a toilet and no hot milk available at the time.

Nice staff, and two good cups of coffee.
