Starbucks St Enoch in Glasgow City

Absolutamente terrible servicio. Ignorado por unos minutos, no tenía idea de qué bebida era mía, ya que nadie dijo nada. Entrenamiento requerido.

Came for a quick breakfast before a busy day of shopping and sightseeing. Staff friendly, service quick, coffee and food high quality. The cafe is very clean. Lots of seating. Will be back.

Oh my. This Starbucks has the best service ever, the drinks are delicious. I’m a regular starbbires but this store has so many people in black aprons, coffee masters! Come here if you want the best!

Came to get a coffee , after 5 minutes waiting whilst the server stood chatting about her hometown to her friend, uninterested in the customer! Can't comment on the actual coffee as I gave up trying to get served 🙃

On Thursday the 2nd of feb staff member Betty greeted my boyfriend and I full of smiles and was very friendly and kind. Coffee made to perfection also! Thanks Betty

What lovely staff they have, super helpful and accomodating. My latte was delicious and arrived very quickly. Can't wait for my next jaunt to Glasgow and drop in for a coffe and a bite to eat next time. Highly recommend ♥️

Customer service is great here, always friendly and they never mess my up my coffee order. The coffee is always amazing and staff work hard to give great service. Love it here.

The staff are always very friendly and the service never disappoints. I stop by most mornings on my way to work, and I highly recommend it.

My wife and myself are in town every weekend. We regularly visit a Starbucks when we can, however this was the first time we were in St Enochs in years. It was a pleasant surprise to find this Starbucks tucked away in the corner, admittedly it’s in the bottom of a construction site surrounded by empty shops and a lack of light means it’s not the easiest store to come by. The staff were particularly friendly: we were served by Cara and our coffee was made by Stuart. Given the current climate they did a good job having a chat and served some good drinks, the noise in the centre is quite loud and having to wear masks doesn’t help. We ordered food that was brought over to us, we’ve not seen another Starbucks with seats open yet so it was enjoyable enough, though the space here is quite clinical. It was cleaned often enough and was tidy, but a little lifeless. I am recommending this Starbucks over the others in Glasgow for its good natured staff, quality drinks and a pleasant atmosphere.

Betty and Chris gave amazing customer service. They are real credits to the Starbucks team, in St Enoch Centre, Glasgow.

I’m here a lot for work and the coffee is the best in Glasgow City Centre. I use this one because the Service is excellent and better than other Starbucks I have been to. The space is good to work in- but loud sometimes with construction work next door. The staff know coffee really well. Chris is one I think knows most. I have used here at the weekends too and it is busy all the time. I think the woman Lucy is the fastest in this shop and she makes very good drinks. If anyone likes to work in a Starbucks on Glasgow use this one.

Nothing better in city Centre than this Starbucks Coffee Shop. Claire, manager, makes it worth the effort to get there. Always smiling, great service and her team reflect that too. Love the fact that despite some interruptions to her business she is always positive and professional.

This is a strange setup for a Starbucks, with a large island and a separate room beside it for customers’ use. The staff, who have shivered through the winter in a chilly location, are relentlessly cheery, even early in the morning. And when I -...

Good place for coffee did not know it was there. However the staff are amazing so polite, nice and friendly. Would go back for sure.
