absolutely awful from the start. the order took 1 hr and 40 mins. we were called 1 hr after the order and they told us they had no jaffa cake ice cream. we had paid for this all by card and we had a child waiting for this order and it was getting close to bed. we changed the ice cream for cookies and cream however when it arrived it was vanilla.we live on the next street to stop waffling which is concerning considering it took 1hr 40 mins. ice cream is £1.50 for what other take aways put sauces in.

Please look at their reviews on JE before ordering; particularly those that question the 2 or 3 hour wait for delivery. Customer service is abhorrent; if you dare to ask where your order is (after two hours), they will simply say they'll refuse your order in future as that is easier - an absolute joke of a company and an even more pathetic response when I contacted them to complain; avoid at all costs.

Tried this on recommendation of my daughter didn’t know what to order so went for the stop waffling absolutely gorgeous also ordered two milkshakes one banana one aero mint again absolutely delicious well done to the young girl working on her own and taking many orders

Absolute nightmare tbh, understandably busy this time of year but it felt like we was in a YOUTH CLUB, kids were running absolute riot in there. It was My first time in there and I was so shocked! There was No care or consideration for other diners atall. And to top it off The food was shocking.. I could have made the dishes that we had better at home ! Prawn starter?? Really ? I got tiny shrimps not Juicy succulent prawns ! It was shocking and a massive let down. Waiters and Waitresses were so sweet though, they are all so young and inexperienced….I felt sorry for them! Get some decent management in there !

Five WaysA first visit here on a Wednesday lunchtime following some recommendations from friends. We were not disappointed and the food arrived quickly considering it was busy. Staff were friendly and helpful. Will return soon! Best to book which is very simple online!

London RoadWe visited today as it’s our wedding anniversary. We got married at Draycote several years ago and thought it would be nice to revisit for afternoon tea to celebrate our anniversary. It was lovely being back there and it evoked happy memories. However, the service wasn’t good. The food itself was pretty good. We were the only ones in the restaurant yet not once did anyone come to ask if everything was ok or if we wanted anything. We had to go and find someone to ask for another drink. For our second cup of tea the milk provided had gone completely off. Leaving large bits of soured milk floating around in the cup. Mentioned this to the waitress and there barely an apology. Didn’t even offer to replace the drink. It was nice for us sentimentally to go back but I really wouldn’t recommend it for anyone else. I’d say go to one of the nicer places around here with a better ambience and better customer service.
