Subway in Redbridge

The staff are always really nice and they make a better sandwich than other subways! I always take away but there are a few seats to sit if you want to eat in.

Yesterday i bought two six inches (steak and tikka). I was taking too much time cause i was really confused but the staff (i think his name was Nabin) was so gentle and friendly. And suggested me these two subs. It was so delicious and yummy . 💯💯💯💯💯recommended !

Today i came to order a sub, the person incharge who claims that he is the manager of store got angry on me. The reason was just i ask him how long. He replied dont eat my brain. Then i start to make a video of him. He said you cant make video or i will call police and he actually dialed police and they explained him that i can make video if i am unsafe. This guy name is IFTHI and i can provide the video proof as well. Dont ever go this outlet. He make me upset.

Terrible staff. They'll get your order wrong and try gaslight you. If they do it to you just leave and don't pay like me.

Excellent customer service. Bought a chicken tikka footlong (half for me and half for my son) and was served perfectly. My bread was cut and wrapped into half, as if I bought 2 x 6 inch subs. But above all, while some restaurants tell homeless or poor people who ask for drink go away, I observed a lady requesting 'can you spare me a drink' and the Subway gentleman kindly gave her a free drink. Respect. Hats off 👏 🙌 👌

That was one of the worst ever experience. The guy was not letting us pay by card points as he was telling that his business is going very down and he can not let anybody use points? I wonder why did he share that frustration with us?? I asked him repeatedly that is it something by the Company? And he was like Yes it is for this branch. I guess the owner of the restaurant has to pay more attention to the management as they are just turning the customers away. So , I don’t recommend that restaurant.

This venue is run well and is reliable. Have been through the entire menu in my life at this one as it is my local subway. Its in a great location as I'm sure most people can have access to it after drinking at the pub or coming from the train station. I've dined in, take out and had uber deliver with this place plenty of times.

Staff REFUSED to serve me, they said they were taking a 20 minute break but were taking Ubereats orders and had the shutters half way down at 8:00pm when the shop closes at 11pm. If I was able to put no stars, I would!!

Disgusting staff and irresponsible management- stingy filthy liars. Go to hell! I asked to scan my subway reward card for my promo but they told me the scanner is ‘not working’ however the actual case was they did not want anyone to use the promo of a free sub sandwich because they want to save money- my friend had been earlier the same day an hour ago and the scanner was perfectly fine so they took it off. I visited today and ask them to use my subway points only for one coffee they did not give me pretending that the scanner is not working they hide the scanner machine bed experience here.

Cannot do an Uber Eats order without mistakes on multiple occasions.

Food is good service is perfect. Atmosphere is not bad but overall it is what I not like it to sit and eat. I take away the subway and enjoy inside the car. Overall it was the best experience I had with subway. Highly recommended.

Order food of off just eat Turkey ham when delivery was made open up the order was completely wrong they delivered tuna when I called up to make a complaint they ignored my calls answered the phone then walked away when tried calling back they had taken the phone off the hook so calls where not going through absolutely disrespectful rude

horrible service. i personally watched an worker spill a drink on the floor, mop it up and wring it back into a soda cup. I once asked for extra sauce on my subway and was told "i thought you nappy headed gorrillas already had the sauce" and then the worker proceeded to spit in my drink and milly rocked backwards screaming monkey noises at me. Very traumatic. i wish i could give a zero star.

Ordered from Uber eats Meatball sub and Turkey ham sub and only the Meatball come with the wrong drink and no crisps. Called up to enquire, staff were useless and said I had to travel to Ilford to get my lunch. Cheers for making me go hungry, won't bother ordering again. Useless.

Very shocked at the staff. One was not wearing a mask in these times and i asked if she had an illness or reason to not be wearing one. She said no. Her excuse was she was not serving customers and didnt need one. Subway. I suggest you start checking your staff or do we need the police to come down for you.
