Subway in Sheffield

Me and my partner ordered £30 worth of sandwiches and wraps from here. Where do I begin…. Salad was old, half of the toppings weren’t even correct, none of the sandwiches or wraps got toasted despite asking for it! If you don’t want to work here quit… stop making people have terrible experiences because you either hate your job or have no hygiene or you’d throw old product out wouldn’t you?! Gross avoid at all cost, all food went in bin and ended up ordering from somewhere else, great waste of £30. Don’t bother to phoning them as they just act like nothing is wrong with the food.

Perfect food well prepared and brilliant staff ! Someone called to let me know some items were unavailable he was really polite and apologetic I will definitely eat with this store again ! 5*

After the mistake yesterday. I called this morning and they were more than happy to send me the right sandwich free of charge. Honestly the best subway I've dealt with. was tasty as always. Thankyou for the great customer service!

usually always amazing & caring with my orders. my order today had the complete wrong salad & sauce which made my sandwich inedible due to allergies. I called the restaurant to ask for a replacement sandwich, the guy said he would send me one free of charge. but they didn't & the store is closed for the day. I hate that I was lied too. I understand they make mistakes I just wanted the mistake corrected. Hoping to speak to the manager tomorrow to fix this. then I can give a good rating

How can I order a 6 inch veggie delite sub with American style cheese, PAY EXTRA FOR PEPPERED CHEESE, mixed peppercorns and crispy onions, lettuce, tomato’s, red onions pickles, and my sub WHICH I HAVE VALID PICTURE PROOF OFF COMES WITH CRISPY ONIONS AND CHEESE AND THAT IS ALL. SO I HAVE SPENT NEARLY £10 FOR SOME DORITOS WITH JALAPEÑOS ON A COOKIE AND A POWERADE THIS IS A JOKE DONT KNOW WHY I DECIDED TO ORDER AGAIN SEEN AS I ORDERED YESTERDAY AND IT WAS STONE COLD BUT ATLEAST MY ORDER WAS RIGHT.

Lovelly local restaurant, the meatball is really popular, sometime not enough.

great sub terrible waffle fries. definitely not order those again.. cold and hard in the middle mushy on the outside....

The waffle chips were cold and undercooked

Food was standard, asked for raspberry cookie and sent white chocolate with nuts. Unfortunately I have allergies so this wasn’t a good substitute for the raspberry cookies. Could of called to double check

Sloppy service and shop is not very clean , only ate a bit of sandwich, would not use again

I asked for more pickels and did not get them and also my cookie was wrong.

Hi I wasn’t Quite Happy with what I had delivered as the bread was the wrong bread and also it had bbq sauce on it when ordered southwest

Food was soggy and barely warm, received totally wrong sub to what I ordered and no sauces came with it

Only issue was you forgot to put the chicken in the chicken salad but as always a lovely salad

Didn’t toast our sandwiches! At all like asked didn’t put an orange Fanta in put an orange tango in! They didn’t put our other pizza slice in. We tried to ring them up but didn’t get an answer

it had been snowing but all the main roads were clear when i ordered the delivery time changed 3 times too. if they couldn't deliver sooner why take the ordee in the furst place, not that the roads were bad any way. when the food did turn up over 2 hours late the food was all cold when it arrived and they didnt give me the correct cookie. its not the first time theyve messed our order up, won't be ordering again from this subway.

Late is an understatement! My food was that late. I had to go collect it myself, and it's cold ! All I got from the staff was its busy, no not to make a simple sandwich and sent it out they want to make there delivery driver fit as much in his bag before sending them all out and then you will probably have to wait till hes been to 20 houses before you. Absolutely horrendous. I shouldn't pay for delivery and service fees, then have to go get my own food !

terrible service on uber eats, they don't bother toasting the subs or even cutting them in half sometimes. considering how quiet they are it takes them so long to prepare orders. they need to give their staff better training or it won't be long before they are shut down

poor yet again twice I've ordered this week n sandwiches have been cold both times, I do buy a hot sandwich to then have to pop it in microwave

My sandwiches were dry and thrown together aswell as not receiving the right cookies and severely dinted can of chocolate milk

Kids have enjoyed it. Stopped ordering because orders used to be wrong & quality was abismal several orders in a row… even once had a live bluebottle fly out of my sandwich…. but kids have begged to order for ages. Gave in today. Everything spot on thankfully! Has their been change of staff/ owner? Because it seems alot better.

Absolutely shocking! Food was that cold, it was crusty. Items were forgotten and no missing items were sent. It was a large order - this should not have impacted the service. Will not be ordering from here again!

Ordered chilli heatwave nachos for 3.39 got a tiny bag of Doritos no cheese or salsa on them also took over an hour to deliver plus got rang up and asked to leave 5 star review definitely not!

WRONG DRINKS, FOOTLONG WASNT TOASTED, 6 INCH HAD 1 HUGE SKIN OF ONION ON, WAS SOMEHOW BURNT AND COLD, CRISPS MISSING, MEATBALLS THAT COLD THE CHEESE HADNT MELTED.

When there's to see what you get, you do t want anymore. Everything looking expired in that fridge , I refused to buy because of fear not to get sick.

I placed my order at about 5pm they brought the wrong order and I phoned them at about 1745 and I am still waiting for order at 1842 and they are not answering the phone

food was freezing qnd late and to top it off paid £41 for half the prser to be missing just eat wokt do anything about it apauling service to say am fuming is a understatment !

It won’t let me in put how late it is however I ordered it nearly 2 hours ago after being told multiple times it will be here in 10 minutes. Absolute joke, I understand if it’s busy however when the delivery driver is already out with your food you would expect it to be delivered within 30 minutes max

I ordered 2 footling Sub Meal Deals, one had the wrong Salad, the other was on the wrong bread. I received the wrong size drink and no sauce for the side portions on both meals. I tried to ring the store constantly for roughly 30 minutes with no answer. I just wish I had checked the Google reviews before I had ordered from here
