Nice food however there's always one member of staff shouting and being rude.

The service was prompt and courteous. Perhaps there were too many staff members, as two appeared to be idle. The food was fresh and delicious. It's a great option for a quick five-minute break and offers healthier choices than typical fast food. The dining area was clean, tidy, and uncrowded.

We ordered food today they brought a completely wrong order out they brought a pickup order instead and don’t answer there phone when you try and ring

Service was quick, efficient, and professional. Bought a set item, so didn't have to choose sauce or salad to compliment the sandwich.

All subway sandwiches nice but the price ridiculous

The only reason I give a poor food review is due the server removing the cheese , as requested as he doesnt like cheese, from my son's ham sandwich and putting it back in the tub with the other cheese. This very poor practice.

The bread was like half cooked cardboard. -Italian bread- ha. Making a comparison with the last experience before Covid - much less quality for more money. Why does everything go downhill? Back to home made chunky peanut butter with chutney on sourdough toast..

For a service station Subway i was impressed by the staff being very friendly and helpful. The food looked and tasted fresh with the expected wide selection of fillings Subway is known for. Overall, it was a very pleasant experience. It's not the best Subway in the UK, but certainly nothing like the worst.

Can't fault a subway, it is what it is. Never had a bad one.

This place is most likely to be closed when you want food on an evening. Why? Don't understand that,

1st visit to Subway. A little confused so asked for help. Most miserable staff who actually intimidated me. Sandwich very average with little filling. Tea lukewarm and bread stale... Will stick to Greggs next time!

Worst subway ever! Never have anything! But my real reason for this review is I've just been given the wrong nachos, ate a few before realising, she then swapped my order and give my half eaten ones to the delivery guy... abso disgusting!

Poor experience. Ordered via the app, advised of allergy information which was completely ignored by the branch Ordered 2 different cookies and they sent 2 the same Food was bland and virtually tasteless, though we had to swap meals due to the allergy info being ignored This subway used to be really good but the last few months has gone downhill. Also subway generally have changed not just the menus but customisation as well as increasing the prices

Called today asked for a foot sandwich told they don't sell them and need to buy 2 x 6" when asked why as on the menu and watched the girl pull a foot long bread and cut in half the horrible girl on the counter who is very rude and won't listen to a word simple went on a rant about you must pay for 2. Challenged this behavior and she got worse in front of other customers so walked out as did others. Disgusting service no way she should have a job , will see what head office has to say as should be sacked

Cheese bites stone cold, would have preferred my sandwich heated not cold, no crispy onions, salt or pepper added when I indicated on the app I wanted them, don't order from here often but the twice I have something has been missed

Very expensive compared to other local Subways in the area. Paid almost doubled the price for food from this shop compared to others in the local area.

2 people infront of me 29 minutes to get a subway. We then got to the Cookies and I asked for 6 I was then told they only come in bags of 3 (so I wanted 2) the lad insisted I couldn’t have 6, checking what I’d said again I asked for 2 bags of cookies to which he handed them over. All in absolute nightmare 😑 but funny none the less.

Received vouchers through the door last week, £3.99 for a foot long sub so decided to visit for a change. On arriving a big sign saying no vouchers accepted yet!!!! Also a sign saying due to lack of ingredients we may not be able to provide the food you want. Didn’t even bother to wait in the queue. Vouchers in the bin will not return. Surely if your going to do a promotion you get prepared for it. Ridiculous and very inconvenient.

I understand new trainees will be slow, that's not a problem. The issue is the incompetence of the full time staff. Always a queue, never a full menu and very slow staff. If someone is in front of you in the queue your best harvesting you own wheat, killing your filling and baking your bread......it will be quicker.

Do not go ! Their machine is "apparently" broken and they can't warm up any of your food!!!! Super inconvenient for someone looking for a nice warm wrap... just save yourself the trip!!

Today myself and my husband called in for a sub. After ordering my husbands I ordered mine (bmt) but there wasn’t any ham!! I ask if I could have turkey instead and was told NO…. I thought you could have whatever you wanted in a sub. Obviously I was very annoyed and I don’t like anything else so I didn’t get anything. The staff where very unfriendly and we won’t be going in again.

Bought a salad tonight and because the lady was in a rush and didn’t package my salad properly it went all on the floor

Friday lunch time NO BREAD, only half the salad stuff no steak waiting 30mins to be told this. The staff were vile with each other and to customers. One girl on the till was told by another member of staff to take over making my order I felt so bad for her she didn’t know where she was up too and so flustered because her colleague was so rude to her infront of customers poor girl looked like she was about to cry. Absolutely no need. I wanted to walk out I will not be returning

Worst Subway I have ever had. Not very much choice left so I opted for bacon and cheese. Couldn't get bread I wanted so settled for another option. The filling wasnt worth putting in as it looked so bare on the bun. Not a full option of salad so only got lettuce and onion. My sandwich weighed nothing when handed to me, I really should have refused it. A disgrace, will never visit Thinford Subway again.

Yet to complete a full UberEats order, usually just missing drinks and salad/bread being wrong but this time they missed off half a sandwich and still took the money for a footlong

Don't do mobile order. Placed ordered for 11:25, when I arrived I clicked I'm here and waited at the mobile order table. I seen the bag on the counter, 11:35 and nothing happened so clicked I'm here again, the till beeped but they silenced this, so I asked if that was a mobile order in the bag the staff said yes 2 minutes. 11:55 they give me my order stone cold.

An unfortunate layout of the services means that you'll probably have to queue outside for a while due to Covid restrictions. Friendly staff, always a good sarnie from here.

Girl who served us was lovely. Only thing was that the toaster was out of action which she did give me a heads up on but not quite the same untoasted. Do love a subway tho nevertheless

Terrible place. That don’t take blue light card, don’t take any voucher codes from any apps you might be signed up to. If your about to be served by someone called heather just ask for someone else because she’s got no patience for customers and her attitude is appalling. There were numerous condiments that weren’t available here. The younger girl and the older women were fine and friendly. MCDonald’s is over the road so your probably best going there.

Rather expensive for a just a sandwich. But tasted good.

Not vegetarian or vegan friendly. This is the second time I've seen them contaminate the salad with meat. Not good.

Not vegetarian or vegan friendly. They don't seem to care about getting meat in the salad or cross contamination. I've seen it happen more then once and ended up going else where. If you have a specific diet then avoid this place.

Wow! How much these days? Maybe getting a bit costly to visit these days....

Great value and plenty of choice, healthier than most fast food

Food good. Sandwiches are very tasty. Staff are sad and unfriendly. At the guy who served me was. Think he'd rather be anywhere else. Would still go again. Doesn't change the taste of the food.

Service can be slow at times and they're often out of meatballs

Sandwich was okay, staff rude and unfriendly. Also handled my 12 incher after touching money, with no gloves.

From a number of visits to this Subway I can say if you go Mon - Fri you get a good sub. However I have been a couple of times on a lazy Sunday and they seem somehow sub-par (no pun intended). Haven't been on a weekend for sometime now so this may have changed.

Love coming here sandwiches are amazing

The food is always tasty and the options are excellent. However, there is one member of staff that I try to avoid if they're serving - miserable and uninterested. I know they're only on minimum wage but whatever happened to service with a smile?

Miserable staff, food was chewy and tasteless & didn't get much cheese on my nachos even though I paid extra for more. Disgusting. Will never go back again.

This is a great Subway restaurant. The staff are very friendly and polite and the sandwiches are as good as any other Subway.

Great place for a subway, coffee is nice (as long as the machine is working😁). Happy staff type people makes all the difference.
