Subway in Trafford

Visited for a takeaway dinner of footlong subs for the 1st time in years. Sadaf who served us was welcoming and helpful in choosing the fillings, cheeses and sauces even giving me samples of the sauces. The subs we ended up with were wonderful!! We will be returning again soon. Thanks again Sadaf you helping use choose the optimum subs!

The 2 women that was working today are shocking no customer service skills at all look at you like your something they stood, then tried to serve me slop to which I ended up walking out 😡😡😡

Ordered a salad box online via just eat and because we missed the have to pick the salad you want, they sent me a box with a portion of tikka chicken, no salad!!!!! Instead of ringing to query it they just sent it. Why would I order a salad box with no salad and be charged £9.70 for it, rang to tell them and was almost screamed at that that was what I’d ordered, he then put the phone down on me? I rang back 4 times, nobody picked up, I rang from my mobile and they answered. In the end I had to drive to them to get the salad for MY SALAD BOX. Only saving grace was the English speaking operative apologised and dealt with it. As I say bizarre who would order a portion of chicken tikka for £9.70??? No common sense.

The food was the usual Subway standard. I find most Subway toilets poor on the cleanliness front, but the toilets in the sale branch were particularly disgusting.

Decided on a subway lunch yesterday had half an hour spent all this time in the queue of 5 people There was 2 girls serving food and one on the till .the service was very slow I mean very slow. The guy on the till stood by watching the girls prepare the food and didn't do much else I ordered a flat bread pizza and would not recommend it at all it was soggy and was squashed into a nachos container so the 2 pieces were stuck together regret abandoning my pot noodle sat at my desk now I wont be visiting this store again Ive had subway sandwhiches from a much busier shops ie Trafford centre and Manchester Arndale and the service has been very quick this place needs to get its act together and quick as there are other places to eat near by

Not the best subway I’ve been to. The girl serving me didn’t have great people skills, seemed as though it was really putting her out serving me (I was the only customer in the store at the time). A lot of the toppings were nearly empty, there were also two girls in subway uniforms sitting at a table acting quite childish, at one point one raced behind me and squealed, it was so loud I jumped and turned wondering what on earth was happening, only to see she was running towards the rear entrance to greet her friend. The immaturity of this girl and the unfriendliness of the young girl serving doesn’t entice me to go back.
