Worse subway, very dirty setup, when they’re adding salad options they lean into the sandwich with their body and top goes into the sandwich, never seen anything like it! They hardly toast the sandwich as they all come out soft and cheese is not melted. It’s a franchise and they need to obey with certain standards. What is wrong with this place and its management?!

Mixed up orders and when I called they hung up on me after I explained to them they’ve crossed dietary restrictions and asking politely if they could swap out the orders as we hadn’t ate them yet.

Lovely spot of lunch, only improvement I can offer is to write on the subs what each one is.

We ordered a selection subs for our training day lunch, the food was exceptional! Arjun was so helpful when placing the order, making sure we were getting exactly what we wanted! Great service all round.

the food turn up very cold inside when it should have been piping hot. It was untoasted, I dont know if that is the company who orepared the order tha had no interest in keeping their customer happy or having ro have waited so long for the delivery to arrive abd got cild on the way.

Ordered 4 subs..all with cheese..didn't put cheese on 2 of them. This was bishops square..did better than the commons...last week..Ordered a breakwhich..didn't have any eggs, got 2 others ..toppins..wrong...que of 6 people only 1 person serving...this was lunchtime.

Subway has never been my favourite and it still disappoints the only good thing is their okay price range. The new menu with all the melts and that is rubbish i wouldn’t really recommend. At the end of the day they’re never overselling it’s a sub nothing less and def nothing more😒

Fuming to be honest my food has turned up freezing cold. And after watching the driver I know why he has no bag just picked it up straight out of the boot of his car 😡

After ordering a sandwich, the server walked off and a fly crawled over my bread. I requested a new roll, to which he replied "I can swap it for you, but the flies probably been over all the other rolls anyway" He then put the used roll back into the bread store. Hot weather causes more flies, so Why isn't the bread door closed?And no covers over sandwich fillings? Is this the hygiene levels that subway represents?

The salad I ordered was fine. But have to admit not quite upto the standard I usually receive from SubWay. Their salads and sandwiches are normally excellent. But cos the delivery was late, my ice cream was totally melted the driver had lots of stops before me. Would not risk ordering ice cream again.

When Subway finally offers a 100% vegan option and the staff is still uneducated about the food industry they work at... Had to mention twice I do not want cheese and when I was asked what sauce would I like I said the vegan aioli, which the sandwich has been designed to have on the menu the staff said they don't have but it but I can have mayo... Very poor understanding of food.

The sandwich was inedible to me. I had specifically requested just Meat Cheese and Bread. Zero vegetables or salad etc. It came loaded with bits of green pepper. Also i ordered it Toasted. It was not toasted, just soggy and cold. Totally disappointing.

So I ordered the mega meat and they just gave me meatballs. Not toasted either which I asked toasted, the thing looked like a reaaaaally sad cold sandwich. Dry asf too barely any sauce with the meatballs.

I’ve been a regular customer of this restaurant but I am disgusted at the quality of the food today. The potato wedges were totally cold, as were the cheesy bites. My microwave is broken so I could not warm them up . Tasted disgusting when cold. The size of the steak wrap was tiny plus there was no cheese in it. Cheese comes as a basic. I shouldn’t have to order extra. I’m hoping for a refund , then might order the salads that I normally get from them, as they tend to be good. Although last time orders that it was a day late!!! Luckily you refunded me. I’m so disappointed as in the past the food was always excellent, that’s why I used to order so often.

the chicken tikka is so unfresh, stacked tomato, lettuce, sweetcorn and cucumber into the bread like food for a dog when it was just supposed to minimally be used to garnish the chicken if fresh. Not to talk of the unfresh taste of it. no pickle was even added. The chocolate cookie was nice tho, it was the only thing i was able to take.

The packet of crisps was stale and hard. Also the cheese bites arrived cold. The subs I ordered were okay though

At first the delivery made was not to my house and then when I did call them they said that they have delivered to a women outside my flat. I don't know how u give my delivery to someone outside. And then when they re prepared the meal for me. The delivery guy was not able to find my house and I had to go outside to get my delivery. And by the way I regularly order and this has not happened before. Poor service

I called the store after ordering as I went on to read many negative reviews. The delivery time was extended, then the food arrived earlier but cold and missing items. Called back again took 30 mins more to deliver yet again cold food. Disgusted as it all went it the bin! The people at this store were disengaged, rude, no customer care whatsoever. I would MASSIVELY AVOID THIS STORE!
