Subway in Sheffield

Terrible. Can't hear you, so you end up with sweet pickle sauce on a curried chicken sub. No seating, or service. Won't be back.

Este metro tiene el peor servicio al cliente que he visto en el mundo, solo quería una botella de agua y la artista sandwitch me negó ya que estaba demasiado ocupada en otras cosas, yo tenía prisa ya que mi autobús estaba esperando afuera, pero aún así me pidió que lo comprara en otro lugar. El peor servicio que he visto, no sé por qué la gente contrata a gente tan perezosa en esa tienda.

Worst food, and staff behaviour is rude

This was the worst subway experience. Firstly, the subway artist made my sandwich in a rush and it was undercooked, not seasoned properly and missed a topping. When I asked him for an extra topping he rudely said NO. My chicken was undercooked and so were waffle fries. Had to throw my food to avoid upset stomach. I demand refund for this order. Worst SUBWAY… NOT RECOMMENDED!!!!

Bought my vegetarian daughter a cheese salad to take out, she was halfway though eating it and found 2 bits of chicken in it

Amazing staff on Sunday 19th May 24. It was very very busy for them however they had an excellent chain system set up meaning everyone was served quickly. Staff were very friendly too regardless of the busyness!

Not going back to subway at meadowhall sheffield, I had a Chicken tikka salad and was ill afterwards had the trots never going back

Only shuts at 9 o'clock but everything packed away at half 5 so was taking forever serve one person so walked out don't bother !!

Appalling and incompetent service. I'm saying this here because Subway doesn't allow people to make complaints apparently.

Disappointed that the bacon was only streaky and no coffee available. Friendly service, but not got everything that we wanted.

As soon as I found out they have changed the proper sausages to patty, I’m unfortunately disappointed

I recently visited Subway and had a great experience. The customer service provided by Jammie was excellent. Jammie was attentive, friendly, and went the extra mile to ensure I had a pleasant experience. Not only that, but Jammie always looked presentable, which added to the overall professional atmosphere of the restaurant. I highly recommend visiting Subway and experiencing the top-notch service provided by Jammie.

your store assistant was very rube and did not ask if I want my chicken warm or any other salad before she put the chicken on she just said or well it on now will not be using your store again

Very Rude staff and terrible customer service at Sheffield Meadowhall oasis branch. Good sandwich but very rude staff

- I requested the staff to change their gloves as I ordered a veg sandwich and he kindly did so. - Unfortunately, however, when was closing the sandwich, 3/4 of the salad fell out. I expected him to refill the salad that clearly fell out, but simply continued squashing the sandwich and wrapped it. I basically had a veggie patty with missing salad and sauce. disappointed at the lack of common sense to refill the sandwich.

We like going to Subway & like their subs especially the Italian one. Only problem is they don't put enough cucumber in to it & only put 3 slices in. Service very good, friendly & helpful staff.

My Fiancé got me and her a subway from here. Only thing I ate yesterday too. This morning, I've woken up with the worst stomach ache imaginable. Been throwing up. Noticed that the Salami was off and stopped eating. Absolutely horrid. From what I've seen while writing this, other people have been the same. I am NEVER eating here again. Please check your stock before you serve it because clearly, something has gone off.

Having just eaten here, I nipped the public toilets in the Oasis to be greeted by one of the Subway staff in full uniform, squeezing his spots on his face and neck in the mirrors, then subsequently walk away without even washing his hands! Safe to say my food didn't stay down after that ordeal! You want to up your hygiene standards, starting with him!

Stopped in for quick sandwich and walked into a long queue!!! Pleasantly surprised with the speed and service.. very interactive staff, friendly and sandwich experts!!!

Awesome staff. Out of all the subways in rotherham and Sheffield this is right up there. Very good.

Sorry, but they didn't listen to what we asked for. I asked for ham and cheese, got ham and no cheese, they gave the wrong bread. Asked for hearty Italian got plain white. No hot drinks, but no notice until you go to pay, no proper explanation or apology, as to why they didn't have what we asked for. It came across as couldn't be bothered that was from both servers. I asked for serviettes, didnt get any, also asked for a receipt. Appalling, if i could give no stars then i would have 😡😡 I'll look elsewhere for my next meal.

Absolutely disgusting! Had a tuna salad on bread and found 4 hairs mixed in with the tuna!!!! Rarely go meadowhall but that has really put me off from buying from the one in oasis again... my rate is a 0.

Over charged me by about £5.50! 1 footlong and 2, 6 inch in a meal with a cookie and drink! But they charged me £23.47!!! When should be only about £17.

Rude customer service. Anyone going for the first time wouldn't have a clue what to do. Got asked if I wanted cheese only to be told the sandwich is supposed to have cheese??? Awful

Sorry the food looks and smells great but I was put off by the number of people who handled my sandwich before I got to eat it, it was like a relay race and my food was the baton unfortunately not for me

I hate being ripped off. A children's meal that should have cost £2.99 cost £4.19 because they didn't have any fruit shoots left and didn't offer an alternative to fruit roll. No warning that there would be an extra charge and when we queried it, it was shrugged off.

Long queues decent food terrible coffee top up free soft drinks good after a initial payment however usually I only have one drink, though cheap meal to buy but you need to ask if what they are putting in the sandwich cost more than what you think you'll be getting. Overall, I would recommend this fast food outlets

Rude staff. Don't give time to answer questions asked and rush everything. I went when it was quiet so they can't even say it's because they was busy and didn't want people waiting.

The worst experience i have ever had buying a Subway. You are literally herded through like cattle and the staff were very nonchalant. They gave little time for my young daughter to decide what she wanted. Would not use this particular Subway again.

I love subway and eat them whenever I can but today was one of the worst experiences I've ever had. First we were treat like battery hens, I was so close to the woman in from and the woman behind me so close to me that I felt I might faint. By the time I got to the till, paid for my sandwich and found a table my sandwich was soggy and cold! Won't be returning here anytime soon :(

I love subway but the one in the foodcourt (oasis)was dreadful they were trying to go too fast and mixing up peoples orders. I had a sandwich I didnt order and my wifes had ingredients I told them she was alergic to. (I asked her to change her gloves as she had been handling tomatoes) all the items were put through the till seperate and not as meals too. I hate to write this type of review for my favourite sandwich chain but it was horrible.
