They completely mixed up everything ordered on the subs

Never arrived! But shown as delivered.

Ordered a subway series for it to missing things

The food was dry and wasnt right We ordered the bacon and sausage sub that was ment to have cheese and ketcup but none was on our rolls we ordered 2 and both was the same

Ordered for dinner said it was coming 13:10 then changed to 14:30 then 14:45 wanted to cancel it but the shop wouldn’t answer the call

ordered philly cheese steak just got cold steak on cold bread no cheese

Ordered triple cheese wrap snack footlong, got the triple cheese footlong on bread instead. Also ordered pepperoni footlong snack with marinara sauce, no marinara sauce on it when I got it. Ordered the dorito fried chicken dippers with chipotle sauce, didn't get the sauce and it was cold. Order was late by half an hour but not the delivery driver fault as he was at the restaurant on time. Ordered a philly steak footlong was wrong. Do not order from this subway, absolutely appalling service.

Do not order from here! Absolutely apalling service. Just Eat driver was amazing but the service from this subway is disgusting. Everything I ordered came wrong and half the stuff I ordered was missing something and it also came late because they were doing gods know what, bless the driver for waiting there for like half an hour waiting for my order. I would have understood the fact that my order was wrong if it was because they needed to substitute due to lack of ingredients but should have called me in that case to let me know not just throw it in the bag and be done with it! Abysmal service. 0 stars if I could.

Very poor didn’t even arrive and paid for my food

This subway is the most disgusting and disrespecting site I’ve ever been too. The worker Courtney has newly joined the subway has been repeatedly disrespectful to its customers and does not listen when she makes a mistake due to her lack of experience. She continues to have attitude problems and refuses to listen or apologise. After raining the concerns to the manager, he did not apologise for his workers behaviour and showed no empathy towards his customers emotions and the disrespect they felt. However today the line was further crossed when they were using old rotten lettuce and cucumber. They continued to use them in the subway they were making until we called them out for it and they took the entire tub of them in the kitchen to change them, proving they could also see the vegetables weren’t in an appropriate state to be eaten. The subway as a respected, longest running company should take appropriate actions to mend the way of this subway located in Middleton town centre!

Didn't deliver the correct sandwich and gave the wrong bag of crisps with meal deal. You need to do better.

Time kept changing missing drink

ordered 2 subs, one bacon and sausage, one bacon and cheese. The restaurant had ran out of bacon but rather than call they just made them with chicken instead?? no sauce, just chicken. Both freezing cold despite asking for it to be toasted too. absolute joke.

Should of got a Maccies breakfast

Sandwich was wrong. Wrong bread, wrong salad, not even close. The only thing correct was the main component, chicken tikka.

Took around about an hour just to finally be out for delivery despise only being 2 sandwiches and a side. Once it finally did arrive everything was lukewarm and soggy. Absolutely terrible.

The staff here are so lovely and kind such good customer service surprisingly the younger staff are the sweetest, the food is always so good and scrumptious always ask the right questions the shop is always so incredibly clean I never have any issues In their I recommend this subway 100%

Do not order from this shop, they are unable to get an order correct. For the 3rd time ordering from this place they have manage to screw up simple order. The Middleton store are just incompetent. 1st missed 1 sandwich out of the 3 ordered. 2nd time order was completey wrong and when we phoned to ask where our order was, picked up the phone and put it straight down. 3rd time Order wrong again was supposed to be toasted as well. No more chances absolute joke. Don't waste your money, order from Chadderton if you going to give these a try at least they are able to read your order and actually get it right.

2 of the subs were mixed up leaving both unacceptable. When you pay £50 for a n order from subway, you expect them to put the right ingredients on the right subs.

It's kind of frustrating to even be at an establishment like this at all when the staff doing nothing about the teens in there that just are constantly disrespectful to customers and loiter there. When going in the seating area is always a mess and the staff are completely awful

The signature sandwich had no sauce, lettuce, peppers on it only choose and steak. Crisps replaced with cookie. Cold.

Ordered at 1.15pm food didn’t arrive til 3pm when we live 10 mins away ! It wasn’t even a large order. Food arrived cold , late and had the wrong items (drinks & cookies) staff were unhelpful on the phone after I could eventually get through .

The food we eventually received was decent, however it was not what we asked for, they were out of the sandwich, side and drink we ordered and substituted it with a cheaper alternative. The food was cold by the time it got here despite living less than 5 minutes away, overall not very good.

The food was good, and the service was not up to scratch. Missed something off the sandwich so while he was having a break I asked him what's on this sandwich and he told me so I asked him why you missed this off, answer was I was tired out all night, like that's an excuse, don't go out on the lash if your in work early in morn.
