Subway in Ribble Valley

The worst subway by a country mile. Staff completely uninterested and act like the toppings come out of their wages. Rarely any stock in, so it's a very limited selection. Food tasted off.

Ordered two hot subs today for delivery and when they arrived they were cold. The cheese was still fully intact and triangular shaped, not melted at all. The beef was cold. This isn’t an acceptably way of running a franchise food business. If I’d have been able to I would have returned them to the shop! Won’t be buying from here again!

Ordered a sharing platter for some friends for lunch. Excellent variety, with fresh ingredients and represented excellent value for money. Staff also very friendly and accommodating. Would definitely recommend a sharing platter to get a wider variety for what's on offer.

I received a call flsaying they didn’t have turkey, Dr Pepper, and sugar free cherry coke so I had to amend my order, the order then didn’t arrive until 6.18, almost an hour and a half. Arrived cold and no extra sauces that I paid for…. Disapponted

Why is this site on just eat etc offering delivery when they have no way to deliver food! I understand being on there for colection but don't offer something you can't do.

Slow staff and my order wasn’t ready for the time I wanted it so my partner was stood around waiting in the shop whilst she was doing the order. Absolutely shocking this store for service.

By far the worst subway I have ever been to. Food is hit or miss. I don’t know why I thought of trying to order here again, well this time I didn’t even get chance to eat the food as they cancelled my order 30min after waiting on Just Eat. Absolute joke.

By the time the food arrived it was cold. It was honestly the most disgusting tasting sandwich I’ve ever had too. Actually made me feel nauseous. Straight in the bin. Waste of money.

I ordered my lunch and it came 2 hours later

Food was late, luke warm, sandwich not toasted as requested. Chicken bites tasted weird. Had to re heat everything and toast it myself. No hash browns in stock.

Sadly, the staff in here are never friendly or helpful. The experience is always poor and extremely slow. I’ve been on a handful of occasions now and every single time it has been the same. The staff desperately need some customer service training - including the manager of the store. Politeness, helpfulness and friendliness should be a given in a customer facing role like this. Service with a smile and all that. Today’s experience has put me off returning again.

Orders wrong more often than not, often arrives late when having it delivered, and the attitude from the staff i complained too was pretty awful.

Sandwich was dripping wet, why use that much sauce? Cookies were all white choc, my least favourite dispite saying it's 3 of each

I'm not one to write reviews often, and the number of negative ones I've written in my lifetime could likely be counted on one hand. However, after today's experience, I feel obligated to share. Our food took a whopping 75 minutes to arrive, despite the restaurant being less than a 2-minute drive away. I simply can't comprehend how it could take this long, but I might have let it slide if that was the only issue. When the order finally made its way to us, both sandwiches were incorrect, and the drink we ordered was missing entirely. This would have been quite disappointing on its own, but what really irked me was that this was now the fourth consecutive order from here with mistakes. I called the restaurant and was met with what I can only describe as an apathetic attitude. Nevertheless, they assured me a new order would be sent ASAP. Another 45 minutes passed before we decided we had waited long enough and called back to cancel the order, as we were already heading out to get food elsewhere. During this call, I was informed that the delay wasn't their fault and apparently the fault of the Uber driver, and that it would be with us shortly. I reiterated that it was simply too late; it had been a full 2 hours since we initially placed the order, and we were not willing to wait any longer. Eventually, after what I felt was a bit of attitude and some reluctance, I was assured that it would be "sorted out." I assumed this meant a refund, but apparently not, I never received anything back from Subway. This left me with no choice but to escalate the issue with Just Eat for the refund who wouldn't even refund me for the entirely of the order, so I'm now left out of pocket. Throughout this entire ordeal, not once was I offered a genuine apology for the numerous issues, despite what I believe was a reasonable level of understanding given the circumstances. Always liked Subway but after ample chances this was absolutely the last one, won't be going back.

Absolute disgrace the order was late and the food was freezing cold, rung straight away to resolve and they said manager was out on deliveries and woulthen waited over 45 mins for the manager to call me back but I had to ring up again! in which time my partner had to go somewhere else to get food for my 3 children. The manager was rude, cocky towards me and not helping resolve in any way, said well it’s only toasted but the chicken had not even been cooked. Going through just eat to resolve it.

Fast Delvery and sandwiches are good

Wount be visiting again .I ordered a melt with steak, mozzarella and Pesto. I sat inside. It had no steak on it and wasn't heated. So not even a melt .an apology would have been better and it correcting instead of questioning me ,the server definently knew I ordered a melt as he asked me if I was OK with the peppers it came with .I feel really grumpy now.

Order was late, I called Subway to be informed they was waiting on a Taxi driver to deliver the food. Food arrived an hour late and was cold! Took nearly 2 hours in total to get the food.

Amazing platters we ordered for a party, service was fast and food was fresh 😊 would definitely be ordering them again for our future parties

salad soggy and hot, clearly been kept warm a very long time. worst subway I've ever had.

The order was not complete - rang 453 times over 30 minutes and no answer.

They seemed understaffed (one lad on) so we left, came back later but the progress was still struggling. They seemed to be serving people who came in after us so we left again.

Absolutely disgraceful the food when it got here it was cold charged me for drinks I never received if you can’t handle orders then don’t do them it’s common sense

Just Eat and Google don't allow you to leave a 0 star review - I waited over an hour from my Estimated delivery time and still did not receive my order. Tried to resolve this evening through the Just Eat app and contacting the shop directly. But I still have not received my food and the restaurant is now closed. AVOID

I use Subway at Longridge frequently and never have any issues. However, today when I received my order, there was basically no salad in my wrap, 2 pickles and 3 pieces of cucumber. This was absolutely dreadful and definitely not worth the cost of it in the slightest.

I've ordered twice from Longridge subway now and both times, they've been really friendly. I think with every new store opening, there are bound to be a couple hiccups at the beginning but for me, it's all been 5*. I hate buying salads but the chicken tikka with almost every veg added, creamy sauce, caramelised onions, extra chicken, mozzarella and extra cheese...It is so tasty!!! You get loads in the box too!! It's 2 days of food for me. My only wish is that you did keto bread so I could enjoy your sandwiches too. Subway, surely you'd make a killing if you provided keto bread. Carbs are my enemy :D anyway, glad you've opened in Longridge and I'll be placing many more orders in future.

Didn’t work for me , they’ve designed there own sandwiches, I won’t go again , but wish them luck.

Turns out they don't do a normal hot chilli sauce anymore or even the sriracha sauce anymore so all their hot sauces are now just either really sweet or mayo based... ended up getting my sub without sauce and it was the blandest sandwich I've ever eaten. Have it your was unless you want it nice

Inexperienced staff that are slow and have poor customer service. I stood for 5 minutes with 1 customer in front while 3 staff did whatever they were doing. Sub was filled only in the middle and messily wrapped up.

Went in for the first time today got a mega melt breakfast sub it was awfull the eggs were under done the ketchup wasn't nice eather I didn't feel very well after eating it will not going back. The staff were ok but didn't have a clue what anything was or how to make the subway sandwiches the music was on very loud wouldn't recommend going here
