Subway in Walsall

The worst subway I’ve ever been to in my entire life. I don’t think the staff in there are very hygienic. I ate a chicken tikka footlong and vomited 3 times within 5 hours after eating it. That place needs shutting down immediately!!

The lady (999997) that always serves me on a night is amazing, very polite and just overall a lovely women foods always fresh would recommend, happy :)

Don’t use this subway pictures showing 2 chicken subs one with a tiny piece another with zero , called to complain told basically to stuff off by staff , this is definately an avoid place that needs shutting down or at least staff owner training

Only main complaint I have is gluten free is not labeled which is a risk to someone who may be extremely intolerant to gluten like myself which can cause consequences such as ending up in hospital

no meat or cheese on 2 subs so one of ended up with 3 slices of tomato, 2 slices of pepper and lots of sweetcorn!. called store and they were as helpful as a chocolate teapot! now just to wait to say what justeat say about my complainy. will not be using this subway again!!!

Had everything correct but its literally less than 5m away and the things that were supposed to be hot were cold and looked like it had been thrown about all over the shop and there was too much of a certain item on each thing. (For example, too much overpowering sauce) but as i say the order was correct and came on time.. at the same time it is literally round the corner.

Late (again) I’ve had one order in 10 arrive on time. The rest are over an hour.

Ordered and took 50 mins to arrive, once the driver arrived he never delivered the order and I watched him drive off with my items in his hand, I called loads of times trying to resolve the issue and was told to contact uber for a refund.

My all time favourite Subway, delivery guy polite.

The quality of the food the usual top standard and the service was good. Although the food was late due to bad weather, I was contacted as soon as they knew.

Ordered as the delivery estimate was only 15 minutes. Had a text twice whilst waiting to push back the delivery time. It arrived nearly an hour after ordering. I understand waiting for couriers can take time but an hour for 2 sandwiches is a long time. Food itself was OK.

Salad was packed with meat, and the oreo muffin was delicious

it was possibly longer than 30minutes and to be fair the delivery guy was OK but the bread was so stale and dry even with sauce, I wouldn't normally leave a review but when it's late and the food isn't great.

Driver had the audacity to ask for a review when he was 30 mins late with zero apology. An hour and a half for a subway from Bloxwich to New Invention.

late ordered at 12 said delivery was 12.15 to 12.35. then changed to 12.30 to 12.50. then saud delivery 13.05. turned up at 13 20

Submelt was cold, meat balls were cold. Received a 6 inch pepperoni dipper instead of a foot long. The build your own rotisserie chicken had bacon on it when it wasn't requested. Most people would appreciate this extra but it was for my daughter.

Ordered at 13:48, after an hour of waiting for delivery I requested an update from the restaurant which the delivery time was then changed to 15:10. The delivery still hadn’t arrived so I requested a partial refund from the restaurant, which was rejected despite the waiting time. Once the order arrived, the driver was apologetic so no complaints on his service, however the delivery time was unacceptable without some form of compensation. Upon opening the delivery, the food was expectedly cold.

I had to keep calling, to chase it.

Delivery time was changed to more minutes than what was estates after placing order. Missing item from the food, called and they said will come in 5 minutes but never came.

Staff were abit rude and manager was helping himself to food and eating behind the counter.

Normally I don’t have a problem with this restaurant, it’s always been brilliant in the years I’ve been ordering from here. However, this order the lattice fries arrived cold and soggy and the sandwich was missing ingredients and had been clearly sitting for so long the bread had gone that soggy it was mush. I’m really disappointed.

Not arrived even after management called me to say 20 min 45 min later still not arrived I called but just got told on its way horrible service

Ordered and was 1hr 30min later than expected delivery time. Spoke to them several times in 15min intervals and every time they said it just left and would be 10mins. It had been prepared 1hr 30mins as they originally said they waiting on driver prior to delivery and was cold and soggy sandwich.

Mariana sauce that was on all my products tasted like it had washing up liquid in it. Just eat were a waste of time as well. Terrible all over. Terrible customer service terrible food.

Over an hour late and didn’t even turn up, said it was delivered clearly the delivery guy took it, not even the first time tbis has haplened or my order has been wrong / missing items

Came in late this evening for a sub. Was greeted by an extremely friendly server named Harman preet. They were very attentive and helpful throughout my whole experience even giving advice on what sauce would match my meal. Was a wonderful experience and would definitely return due to her work ethic alone. Food tasted lovely and cleanliness in the shop was fantastic.
