I need to open a formal complaint. We ordered through the app to the shrewsbury store 63037/0 Went inside and waited 10/15 minutes whilst one server was serving a lady infront, and 2 people were out the back on their phone. Finally the young guy started to serve me - I said we had an app order. They then proceeded to state they didn’t have the meatballs. Why haven’t they checked the queue to see if the app order person was there, why have they accepted the order, and why does your stupid app not allow the store to block items which they don’t have in stock. Then - the app doesn’t allow a refund request, the store can’t process a refund nor have a letter headed paper to write down the above - and then your head office number loops round and there’s no one to speak to for a refund and complaint. I will be reporting this to trading standards - as we have paid for a service - travelled to the store - and then not had the product - and it’s very difficult and complex to get a refund. This was the first time we have used subway in about 6 years and will certainly be the last.

Outstanding customer service Gluten free and vegan snacks and cookies would make it even better

Wrong things on sandwiches, no call beforehand to say anything!

Liz, Tiffany & Tom are always very welcoming to us upon arrival, a lovely greeting with a smile. Food always excellent, great options to choose from, stocked with good fresh ingredients. Delicious cookies! Very clean and tidy Subway, one of the cleanest I have noticed. Excellent customer service, friendly and helpful. 10/10.

Thanks to Tiff, the small older woman with hair in a tight bun, absolutely terrible. I visited during a quiet point in the day and was left to wait for 10 minutes while "Tiff" cleaned the entire shop front, without a word of acknowledgement.thrown my way. Eventually my toddler peered round and asked "Mummy are you coming to eat with us?" I replied "Yes, if I can order soon!" Then Tiff said "You'll just have to bear with me and wait till I'm finished." 0 eye contact, 0 hospitality, 0 apology - just plain rude. I decided to go to Greggs instead. When I returned to my family (happily eating their Burger King meal) she was jovially serving a group of "other" customers. Husband saw it all, and noticed that as soon as I left, the cleaning was done. Nice... It really seemed pretty weird and personal, like she didn't want to serve me. Wouldn't recommend. ⛔⛔⛔

Only four hashbrowns instead of nine in the box. Plus missing the two other items.

Overall the food was vbery nice and the service and delivery was good. Unfortunately the Nacho Chicken Bites were missing from the order. I spent half an hour (10 calls) phoning the Bayston Hill branch & was answered by a recorded message & hang up.

I've been to this subway a few times and I can say it is always so clean and the staff are very friendly. A young girl named Sarah served me today and she was wonderful and very friendly and efficient. Will definitely be coming back again to this subway!

Stopped on way to Wales, fast service and nice and clean too.

Meatballs? More like HEATballs!! These subs are hot, AND I DON'T MEAN HEAT... I MEAN FLAVOUR!!! Food with the boys on the site has never been BETTER!!

I have an allergy to gluten and Sarah was so helpful with my order. She went above and beyond my expectations to keep me safe. The sandwich was delicious and the service was top notch. Highly recommend this place.

Ordered online, so staff and atmosphere might but fine but the food cetainly is not. Ordered food the other day and half th3 order was missing from the bag (which is sealed at the store). That aside was disapointing, but add that to a toasted sandwich that wasnt toasted, looked poorly made and tasted ever so slightly of soap (like when you dont rinse off plates properly when washing up) it was an awful experiance. I have had enough subways over the years which have been amazing, but never had that experiance from this branch.

Order was missing cookies, meatballs and had the wrong drink in it. Courier ran away to car while I was opening it to check. Appalling.

Asked for a footlong sausage and bacon on hearty Italian with cheese and ketchup. Sent a footlong sausage and bacon on whole grain no ketchup or cheese. 5 parts to an order and only 2 correct. If I was hitting 40% success rate at work I would be in for a bollocking.

Went for a sandwich next to the Burger King one. Stood there for a couple of minutes no one around so went to the garage for food instead rubbish services even when trying to call someone.

Not happy, I did not receive my order for the second time using Just Eat.

I paid for nacho chicken bites but got hash browns

The food was not what I ordered. There was no steak sub it was chicken.. it wasn’t the right bread, the wrong packet of crisps were sent & it was also the wrong cookie!!! For someone who is neurodivergent food is a huge thing, so to get it so wrong isn’t acceptable!!

3rd time ordering from here now and seems to be consistently good much better than the local ones in town centre food was hot neatly presented over all a please

Over all a pleasant experience food was served hot and with a respectable service time would recommend this services over other local stores

Driver was very polite. Sub was soggy and my chicken was sandwich sliced chicken not the chunks of chicken it would normally be. Certainly wasn’t worth the money paid. Was so soggy that it was supposed to be toasted but very little about it was crispy.

Want a refund for the extra i paid for a steak philly as had to have something different

Driver had not got a clue where he was going - went down the wrong street twice - didn't even attempt to ring me for directions, leaving the food cold and tasteless.

Customer service very poor, attitude given, food average.

Visited 1/6/23 nice little stop off on way to our Caravan in Wales restaurant was clean tidy well stocked had everything we wanted the lady that served us (Liz) very pleasant, friendly and helpful would recommend a visit. Please pass on my comments to the site 👍

This subway restaurant always seems to have limited food available each time I have been. 4 ingredients not available today and last time I visited, there wasn't much on offer then either. I appreciated the staff member who called me to offer alternatives on my order- but when asked for other items, these weren't available either. I will choose a different subway next time. I spent alot of money on my order and only got half of what I wanted.

Ordered tuna roll, and they did'nt have any tuna whys is it still up to order on the app ? they changed it to turkey which i don't like what a waste of money. Also ordered a pizza slice which has'nt been delivered but i've charged for. Not happy at all.

One of the worst experiences i’ve had ordering from just eat, the food was over 45 minutes late which was a nightmare as i had other plans. I called the restaurant over 5 times, no response.

This place is absolutely shocking. Service drags and nobody knows what they’re doing. They need a senior member of staff to get them into gear. Also, the facilities are disgusting. Will never return.

Absolute rubbish service and they don’t have stock availability I have visited fives time every time I have to find alternatives options because of out of stock.

My son has multiple allergies so ever since the gluten free range came out, he's loved going for a subway as a once in a while treat. Because vegans are generally well considered in most food joints the dairy and egg aspect has always been fairly easy, but coeliacs (gluten) and soya much less so. Allergies just don't seem as important to big companies as lifestyle choices. Anyway, I've been to many Subways but always choose this one if I can because unlike some other locations, Liz never gives attitude or shows frustration for the inconvenience of having to wipe down equipment or change gloves. She's always professional and engages with my young son well. Allergies aren't a choice but it's amazing how people react or dismiss them, but not Liz at Dobbies roundabout's Subway. Service with a smile.

Was missing parts from my order- ordered 2 meal deals and dint receive all items. Missing crisps and cookies from both.

Food is disgusting. Cold. Pigs in blankets are a joke. Not even cooked and bacon fat thrown in the pot! Cookie is edible.

The wrong food arrived. When I phoned subway they said they could not do anything about it. Presumably someone else got our order. Disappointed children who were looking forward to a half term treat. I have requested a refund but not really the point. Disappointed that no one attempted to rectify the issue.

Customer service is terrible. One of the staff cut the cut the bread wrong so it had a hole. I asked for a new one as I didn't want the fillings to fall out. The guys answered under his breath the bread is all fresh 🙄. Also they had run out of some of the fillings. I wouldn't even bother eating here. Burger king which is next to them would be a better place to eat.

Items where missing. The bread was soggy, wrong sauce and wrong salad.

Didn’t get any of the sides with our meals just sandwiches and drinks no crisps or cookies- sandwiches are fine but both on the wrong bread.

Food was lovely didn't have the drink I ordered but replaced it with a nicer drink and gave me an extra cookie

Terrible customer service. The worker there was very indifferent about helping me. He told me that he had to serve another person and told me to package the food myself. However, it takes 30 seconds to none to package a couple of sandwiches and yet the other customer was there for about 10 minutes. It's his job to do these things, not the customers. Won't be returning back again. Don't bother to order from here.

I was missing my drink, extra sauce pot and hash browns.

Not a good experience. I was told to wait even through I was the only person in the shop for approx 5 mins, I then asked for a 6 inch on tiger bread and was given plain, the lettuce was brown and on the turn, the server was clearly not putting any effort into the sandwich and isn't what I expect from a chain, and to finish I asked for a meal deal and then was charged more because of a bottle drink which it doesn't say anywhere about this charge. 4.99 for a a meal and 5.35 with a bottle drink, Highly recomend you don't bother and go somewhere else

Ordered a chicken and bacon salad and was told could only have the chicken if it was warmed/toasted. Could give me no reason why this was in place apart from was today only. suggests a problem with the chicken which was a bit worrying as could have Teriyaki chicken cold. I visit a lot if different subways and first time this has happened. Did complain to Subway but have not had a response. Wont be returning here i'm afraid

Food arrived early. Some Items had been replaced as they didn’t have them available . They sent a little note to explain , this wasn’t a problem . Food was excellent .

Subway subsituted my order without calling me to ask if this was ok. (Just Eat refunded me happily). The sandwiches weren't great at all; the bread was dry, hard on the ends like they were stale loaves. Not impressed this time, subway!

Food that arrived wasn't what I ordered had to drive to Subway to return food and complain in process leaving my 12 Yr old at home alone Absolute credit to Tyler at Subway was on his own made us fresh subs and threw in some cookies for my inconvenience we both noted that The Just Eat App had ordered food that wasn't what I ordered my end ..Technical problems in 21st Century come on guys get it sorted

Visited store... three people in the queue ahead of me... workers kept filling delivery orders without seeing to queue, (yes they were open to walk ins ) after 30 mins went I drove home and ordered via just eat... Order arrived late and completely wrong order, rang store and worker told me to bin the order, and ask Just eat for a refund - (apparently it’s really straightforward and they just put it back in your bank). Also if I still wanted to eat lunch to reorder again - pay again and wait even longer for another delivery. After 15 minutes on a chat I need to respond to an email with photographic evidence (of the food I’ve had to put in the bin) no sign of my refund. Still hungry.

Order was completely wrong and couldn't get hold of anybody to fix it.

Great as always but missed sweetcorn, onions, chilli flakes and ceaser sauce from one sub. Also didnt get chipotle dip. All very tasty though thanks.
