Subway in Stockport

I went to Subway with my husband for lunch. The woman who served us prepared my husband’s order with a very rude and impatient attitude, as if she was being forced to make the food. I live in Btamhall , but this was the first and definitely the last time I’ll visit this Subway location. The lettuce and onions were not fresh at all; both looked dark and wilted.👎🏻

Have been ordering from here for the last few months and it’s always a pleasant experience the staff are super friendly and the food is great. :)

The grumpy woman staff is awful like I asked for a patty and she said you will have to pay extra and I said yes I don't mind and she doesn't even put it on awful service honestly I am fed up with that grumpy person as I have been twice now never going back !!!!!!!!

Food was alright. Asked for extra toppings n she said no as if a few extra peppers would kill her. The managers attitude is ridiculous. Won’t be returning to this branch

This is not our closest, but it is our favourite Subway and worth the extra couple of miles! The food is fresh and the service provided by the two ladies is top notch!! Other Subways could learn from this store IMO!

I love subway but unfortunately our bread was so stale but 2 stars as the lady was really nice its a shame

Always greeted with a smile and friendly welcome in this Subway, the staff are so lovely and the food is always perfect. They get my order right every time I don't think the below comment is fair at all, as they have clearly done whatever they could to get you the sandwich that you wanted rather than making you opt for another. If you aren't happy with anything then they are always happy to accommodate! I will definitely continue to visit this Subway!

Only enough meatballs for a 6", but they didn't say that as is usual practice at a Subway. Instead the manager told the staff member (who I assume to be fairly new to the job) to get a cold unprepared lot from the back and just stick some in the toaster for 30 seconds. This is no way to prepare hot food which is usually done by microwaving for about 10 minutes. And it's certainly not a good thing to train new staff to do. The sandwich ended up being exactly how you'd expect it to be, cold and awful. While paying I was informed of a survey to complete, which I have done and have made sure to include as much detail as possible within the 500 character limit. I won't be returning to this particular Subway in the future.

I go in subway a lot ! Hash browns are amazing My only thing not making it a 5 star is The staff and they don’t always have your bread The staff can be quite rude But apart from that - All good
