I visited subway today evening they had renovated it and it was absolutely perfect and the customer service is too good .A lady named lasya helped to choose the yummiest sub ever 🤩🤩🤩🤩🤩🤩iam very much impressed

I recently visited the Subway in Watford and had the pleasure of being served by Sayeed. From the moment I approached the counter, Sayeed was welcoming and attentive. He greeted me with a smile and took the time to explain the different sandwich options, helping me choose the perfect combination for my lunch. Not only was Sayeed knowledgeable about the menu, but he also made sure to customize my sandwich exactly as I wanted, asking about my preferences for toppings and sauces. His attention to detail and willingness to accommodate my requests really stood out. The service was quick, and my sandwich was made with fresh ingredients, perfectly toasted. Sayeed's positive attitude made the experience even more enjoyable. It’s clear that he takes pride in his work and values customer satisfaction. We had waited over an hour with hardly any updates on our order and when it arrived the food was ice cold despite having been toasted showing how long it had been waiting before someone collected it instead of being made fresh to order .

Every thursday evening is a footlong tuna thursday for me, Customer service was exceptional as usual.

So annoying - every time I order the Yoyo fruit bag - they always send cookies instead. If you don't have the item (fourth time they haven't had it) - just refund me!!!!

I visited Subway just before closing, Jay provided exceptional service! He was friendly, professional, making sure everything was prepared perfectly. It's nice to happy person which making sandwich for us, especially right before closing time. The sandwiches were fresh, delicious, and exactly how we wanted them. Big thanks to Jay for making the experience so great! Highly recommend this Subway, especially with staff like Jay around!

Review for Subway - 11 King St, Watford WD18 0BW Date of Visit: 29/09/2024* Time: 17:12:46 Server: Mr. Jay I’ve been a regular customer of this Subway for a while, but after my most recent visit, I’m seriously reconsidering ever coming back, especially when Mr. Jay is working. The service I received from him was extremely disappointing. From the moment I arrived, it was clear that Mr. Jay lacked basic customer service skills. He was neither welcoming nor friendly, and didn't even bother to smile throughout the interaction. While I’m not too fussy about someone's mood when I'm ordering, his unprofessional attitude made the experience uncomfortable. I ordered two footlong Veggie Delites with cheese and toasted. I politely requested just two types of salad and specifically asked for extra sweetcorn. To my surprise, when he added the sweetcorn, he initially placed what seemed like 10 kernels—yes, I counted. I kindly asked for more, and the second time, he added just 5 more. It felt like he brought the sweetcorn from his own home, considering how stingy he was with it! I couldn’t believe it. To make things worse, when it came to toasting the sandwich, Mr. Jay removed it from the toaster in just 5 seconds! Any regular Subway customer knows that a proper toasting takes at least 20 seconds. The bread was barely warmed up, and it completely ruined the experience. I have pictures of the poorly assembled sandwich, and I wouldn’t hesitate to upload them if needed. @Subwaymanagement, if you’re reading this, I strongly suggest you review the portion sizes at this location and have a chat with Mr. Jay. His attitude and service are not up to the standard I’ve come to expect from your brand. If you don’t believe me, check the security footage at the exact time and date mentioned above. To sum up, this was one of the worst customer service experiences I’ve had at Subway. I was a loyal customer, but I don't think I'll return if Mr. Jay is still there. His miserly approach to ingredients and overall rude behavior have left a bad taste in my mouth—literally and figuratively.

I ordered food and they got my order wrong, when i called to try and fix this they offered me horrible customer service and did not help me at all in fact i was overcharged and the manager at this chain hung up the phone on me. I will never be ordering from this particular subway again and i will be telling other people about my experience so that they will not have to experience this. I am incredibly disappointed.

I picked up a click-and-collect order and had to wait for them to make the sub upon arrival. The sub I had ordered was a chicken footlong subway which the chicken was burnt. This is the worst sub I had from Subway, had to throw it out as the burned chicken changed the taste of the sub.

It was extremely amazing experience in this subway we went around 8:20 and we met a guy there who gave amazing amazing service with lots of smile… his name was dhaval… this was the first time i ever had the sub just how i wanted and he put all the sauces exactly how i wanted …i would say best sub ever i had.. hope to visit that subway again ..
