both sandwiches the buns were not toasted properly and dropping to bits as they were soaking

Delivery was fast,food was warm,exactly what I asked for,delivery driver was amazing and friendly-definitely recommend

The last two times I have ordered, items have been missing, absolutely ridiculous.

Awful awful service! I ordered a BBQ chicken and bacon submelt, only to receive a breakfast sandwich instead which then still had red onion, peppers and bbq sauce! Called up to complain and had the phone put down on me. Rude and incompetent! Wouldn’t bother wasting time or money tbh!

Manager is extremely aggressive he allows drivers who have no legal right to work and letting illegal drivers park in disabled bays defending them without any blue badge. He threatened to punch me as well which for a manager is extremely wrong.

Food is nice, but need to lay off the sauces a little bit and put a little less in,as they are supposed to be an extra taste, not drip everywhere and block out the taste of all the fillings as there is far too much of it.

churro was stone cold, hard and tasteless. There was hardly any salad / filling in the wraps and no sauce. Very poor!!!!

Driver didn’t deliver the food, so not great.

My food is over an hour late I phoned the restaurant and told them that I’m worried that my food is going to be called upon arrival because I’ve ordered hot food. They basically told me that it’s not their problem. The food is going to be sent out

the order was simply 2 sandwiches. this took over an hour to arrive from a shop less than 2 miles away. it was cold when it arrived and poorly made. How can somebody mess up making a sandwich?

Fast delivery and food was spot on

I ordered at about 18:30 and it came about 19:45

ordered 3 meals and only sent 2

4 ash browns which were frozen. salad was mainly lettuce no extra dips in other flavours and no cheese on top of salad. I used to order here often and in person with my friend it's not like it used to be

Delivery driver went to wrong house, I told him that and then he just said the order was delivered and then left, so have now paid £25 for absolutely no reason. Complete joke

Original delivery time was around 30-45 minutes after I placed the order. Order didnt turn up until 90 minutes after the order had been placed, also was missing parts of the meal

Food was so cold, couldn’t even eat the Doritos natchos because it was all mushy and mingin. I love subway and normally it’s so nice but not today. The staff are nice though always put loads of sweet onion on my tikka

Food was NEVER delivered I saw the driver on he map around the corner form my addresss in Crewe and then all of a sudden the status of the order turned to “Delivered” the food was never delivered to me which meant I had to go to all the way to the store to complain there was no way for me to contact the driver who should just be fired I don’t know what happened led to the food maybe he not hungry

Ordered 2 subs and a side only one sub and the side come so some one is missing out on a meal on the sub that did come very stingey with the meat would not order from here again thats for sure!

Ordered via deliveroo - stingiest toppings I’ve ever had from Subway. £15 for a footlong and crisps delivered (I know that’s my fault for using deliveroo) and there was barely any chicken on it at all. Avoid this place unless you fancy getting ripped off.

Doesn't even deserve any stars, blaming Uber driver for items missing, even though subway packed items. clearly they were at subway but not packed as they were not ticked on the receipt. Work lunch break and got delivered as couldn't leave work but because we couldn't pick it up subway couldn't help us. Useless at least take blame for not putting items in bag

My cookie was literally half eaten.

Order was wrong.. nothing was toasted as asked ordered a coke at an extra cost but was sent diet. Cookie was missing along with one of the meals. I paid for extra bacon and there wasn’t any bacon on it

Had a great time, Fiona was absolutely great and the other young lady that was there but didn’t catch her name! Lovley staff and food.

Totally wrong order and household has allergies. Called restaurant who put the phone down on me unable to help. Beware using this restaurant, especially if you have allergies and children are involved. Awful customer service! Rude and unhelpful. Never ordering from here again!!

I did ring the restaurant as the steak sub didn't appear to have any steak on it but after a closer look, it did. all very tasty subs 😋

Slight mix up with bread. Called up, Lady was lovely. So helpful. Sorted everything out really quickly and gave my boy some cookies Food was delicious. Well done Subway. Shame more places aren’t like you.

As a regular at subways because they cater for my dietary requirements I was most disgusted with the treatment we received by one of the staff on bank holiday Monday. She was very rude and short of patience. The food was rushed and cold when received. She was very angry at the mess our baby made on the floor and moved us by brushing round the table before we finished our food and drink. He's only 10months old and just started using a high chair and eating by himself off a plate. . She handled my cup of tea without gloves and sprayed the table with cleaner, while I was feeding the baby. I've never been treated like this before and will not be returning to this subway. The younger girl member of staff was lovely and was very nice. Surely this treatment of customers is not acceptable by subway

Absolutely AWESOME service from the guys at this branch. Food is always neat, tidy and prepped well. On top of being organised: wrote on our salad boxes the contents so we knew which was which. Little things like this make our busy lunch times so much easier. Defo our go-to branch 🙏🏼. Thank you guys and have an amazing Easter 🐣 xx

it's was very late, I had to wait 1 hour and 45 minutes. Also couldn't get all of cookies but they provided different ones to total 12, but they gave me for free an Oreos muffin and a chocolate donut. The food was delicious, thank you 😊 🙏 😋 ☺️

great food but 20min late for delivery. they got the order wrong again though ! the breakwich was on the wrong bread , ordered hearty italian got soft white. also it was cold and had added cheese which i didn't order.

My order arrived two and a half hours after I placed it! I was initially given a delivery time of 12:15-12:35 and it turned up at 14:10. I rang and after initially being told that “my driver would have picked it up”, I was then told that they hadn’t made it yet and that they had been busy. If I hadn’t rang I’m not sure my order would’ve arrived at all.

On the map you have us down as living on Mossfield place, but we are as per my address on Bessemer way, which as per google maps is the road the drivers have to use to get to Mossfield place, due to the driver relying on your sat nav system, one of the meals arrived cold when it should have been hot. Due to this we are now considering never using Just Eat in the future.

Just spent 57.25 on a meal for my family, it was mostly right but again not quite right. Unimpressed.

I wouldn’t even give them a star. Complete rip off. I ordered 6inch tuna kahuna and a margerita slice. My tuna kahuna has half a slice of bell pepper and the margarita slice just had some cheese toasted. It just didn’t have the tomato sauce. Appalling service. I tried calling them but no one picks up.

Ordered a veggie delight, with extra cheese. It came with no cheese at all. More often than not the otlrder is wrong .. Seriously.......

Food was terrible, especially for the price, things were missing from the order. Won’t be ordering again.
