Subway in Rotherham

Possibly the best subway I've visited. Tasty sandwiches

Very slow service and the food has gone down hill generally across all Subways.

Half the item/ingredients were missing, no olives, no pickle one slice of tomato

It took 2 hours 15 to deliver to a place that was 8 minutes away and all food was cold and dry.

Came in and straight off the bat, the place was so clean. The service however may I add was the best of any food place i’ve ever been. All staff were very polite and had a good chat with two lads working there. 100% the best service and politeness of a takeaway or restaurant I have ever been to

The sub i ordered had sweetcorn left on it after i said i was allergic and not happy with the lady that served me she was snappy and rude

Never had a sandwich so dry with the bare minimum of any kind of toppings on

The driver stopped somewhere for 20 minutes on the way, the colld was cold and an sandwich was missing.

The food here is du best sandwich place the sandwiches are so fresh the deals are great service gives you compliments they help and there’s even an app best sandwich shop ever

Recently moved business into centre of Rotherham and having been quite dismissive of Subway without ever being a customer, it's the only place I've found I can reliabley but something vegan. They are open every day and I'm usually late for lunch and still serve food into the afternoon. It's great. Staff are great. App for pickup works good enough. Happy I'm so close to it

Did not finish my food, bread and cookies were stale, meatballs seemed off, really grossed out by this place, drinks were completely watered down, very dodgy atmosphere, shop half full of delivery drivers

It was in the allotted time frame given however still took a long time.

The subway restaurant team did a great job! Unfortunately, delivery driver left food on the floor. He seemed to be in a hurry! Very bad delivery service.

I did not get my meal deal no crisis no cone no cookie , the two salads were like a loaf of slip all swished and skipped about in the biejs disgusting and went my money back , can I have your Head office details please

This review is based on the poor service I received today. I had much better service from the same branch in the past. Today, I ordered online (for collection in person) and got a text saying my order was ready. I went to the branch. The order was not ready. Had to ask the staff where my order was. It took several minutes for the staff member to start making the order while I stood around. She then just handed me the order in a bag with no explanation for the delay. I went to the counter to ask for an explanation. The staff member mumbled something about a driver coming to pick up my order. I said there is no driver and I am the customer picking up the order for myself as arranged. The woman’s colleague then said that the order had been made before and that someone else came and picked it up. He (the colleague) then apologised. The woman made no apology.

I asked for jalapeños on my Doritos and hardly and sauce I just paid to get Doritos which u can find from regular shops very disappointing wasted my money

My hursband had massive food poisoning after tikka masala sandwich. Vomit, fever e.t.c. Never again. This place need closing.

Send a pathetic message in bag asking to review well here’s my review the food was some of the worse take out I’ve received , freezing dry, I could have knocked someone out with the dry bread

I went in here once, the man making my food took my money then began to make the next persons food, without changing his gloves. Very unhygienic!

One of the sandwiches was toasted when it shouldn’t have been and that same sandwich didn’t have cheese when it should have

Bread was a little hard at the edges ans the wedges were cool and not crispy

We ordered a veggie delight 6” sandwich we added a few extra, red onion, lettuce and extra cheese. What we got for the cost of a meal was a 6” mayonnaise sandwich. It had so much mayo it was dripping out of it. There was no cheese no lettuce and no onion. I have contacted just eat who have refused to refund the money!! What is annoying is they called to check our order and still got it wrong

Great place. Feels like it wouldn't be used because it's on a side street but I was so wrong. Great staff that's friendly and polite. Have used it a few times now. 👌

The sub was not toasted and had more lettuce and onion and very little else. The was no sauce on it. Don't think I will be ordering another one .why pay for something when half the fillings are missing.

Delivery driver apparently couldn’t find my address so took it back to restaurant but it says it’s been delivered on the app, messaged him asking him to cancel on his side so I can get full refund but he didn’t reply. Subway delivery drivers are something else, everyone else can find my address but apparently if you work at subway you can’t. Not the first time I’ve had something like this happen from subway

Been going to subway on high Street for a while now, and my face never brightest up as much as when I see nicki about to serve me! By far best and spiciest nachos I have had in my life (thankyou for recommendations in extras)!!!!!!! Sandwichs always 10/10 never once had a bad experience, great customer service from everyone all the time.

Potato wedges was microwaved and cold I asked for herself om my sandwiching they was hardly any ob and I asked for 3 smartie cookies I got 2 and a milk chocolate one

Took ages to get the food out to us, what’s the point offering delivery service if it’s gonna be longer than ordering and collecting it? Oh and the order sent out was wrong.

I been a customer to subway on high street for nearly 13 years, the custom has been amazing! Now and again used to get freebies! I built a good relation with the staff there! They do good deals of sandwiches!

The picture says it all . By far the worse subway sandwich I’ve had from any store in my life . Tomatoes missing and as you can see the toppings that are on are spares & the sandwich looks like it’s been thrown together , nearly £6 for it aswell . I ordered to takeaway or this would have been returned straight to the counter . Really think you need to retrain your staff on what’s acceptable to serve to customers . Won’t ever be using your store again !

Driver was prompt and friendly, such a shame that the food that he delivered was stone cold an rock hard, completely inedible. The driver followed the special instructions just fine so the kitchen must have just ignored the part that said we wanted everything on our order to be toasted and just thrown it together. Tried calling the restaurant for the past fifteen minutes but got no answer. Never had an issue with this branch before, but very unhappy to have wasted over £10 on a delivery that's now going straight in the bin and having to order from somewhere else. We've been ordering from here on a regular basis but won't be doing so again if the service and food is this bad! They would have been edible if the tortillas weren't as rock hard as the cheese, but I don't order food delivery because I want to microwave it when it arrives...

I didn’t receive my food! I was told the driver said I was asleep (despite it being a place of work where I was waiting in the reception area- that was clearly labelled reception) no sight of the driver even entering the premises and no refund recieved. Disgraceful!
