Second time I’ve ordered from them and the order took well over an hour before I had to ring and ask where it was for them to say they hadn’t even started to make it yet. Rude woman on the phone. Don’t order from them. Really bad customer service.

Ordered 2 milkshakes took the money from my account and didn’t even get the milkshakes or my money

Order doughnuts to be delivered that was rock hard so got in car and took them back was told to go home and they would deliver again they sent the same rock hard doughnuts again when you ring the shop they dont answer the phone would never order again

I never leave reviews but this milkshake is so bad I felt obligated. The worst milkshakes I’ve ever tasted. They taste like milk with a hint of sweetener, so stingy with the chocolate. Delivery always takes a lifetime too. I won’t be ordering from this place again.

I ordered nachos with sauce and it came to be cold soggy and the cheese was clumpy. I wouldn’t not recommend this place to anyone.

Bland milkshakes, really rude owner too. Imagine paying for a 'premium sauce' and then barely getting any of it on your cheap quality dessert! Avoid avoid avoid! 🚫⚠️

Thought I'd try somewhere else different and I made the wrong choice and regret it. The dessert tasted awful and it was of poor quality. On top of everything else they were a bit more expensive than the places I usually go to.

Absolutely fantastic staff, great selection of ice creams, cakes and other deserts. The biggest pro is that it is open till late night. Decent pricing and what looked like good hygiene practice as well. I would definitely keep visiting atleast once a week.

Decided to go on a late night dessert trip, found this place on Google Maps, ordered in the car and picked up 20 mins later. Customer service was exceptional and super professional. We ordered 2 cake shakes, cookie dough, and a waffle and it tasted incredible. For the portion sizes, if anything they gave us too much so no complaints. Next dessert trip we're going there again!

I 100% do not recommend this place! I asked for an M&M waffle which came as peanut M&Ms. This isn't stated anywhere on the menu. I wouldn't mind personally but my partner cannot eat them! The 'cookie dough' turned out to be a dry cookie burnt round the edges. They might as well not give you ice cream as the portion size is pointless and is generic ice cream you can get from anywhere. This wouldn't be a problem but for the price you would want something a little more special. The only thing authentic about this place is the terrible customer service where the person taking your order is playing on her phone and not paying attention.maybe that's how I ended up with peanuts?

Ordered a red velvet cookie dough which tasted amazing. Usually I've always hated cookie dough as I find it too thick and it gets stuck in my throat but this one was perfect!

If I could I would give it zero stars. Waited an hour an half for a delivery that never arrived. Contacted the restaurant who said they had called several times. No calls recieved and only call on my log was me ringing them. They was verbally abusive and rude after I said no calls was recieved and my call log proves it. Refused to then deliver or refund. Cowboys of a firm.

Took 1 hour and 20 mins and I only live 5 minute drive away. Cookie dough was cold and dry and tiny portion size not worth the money.

Incorrect order received and then they argued over the phone that we were trying to scam them, they became very irate when told we would get just eat informed. Will not order from here again.

I usually order from a different place (gelato) but didn't have my usual order. The portion size of the corflake tart was tiny and didn't have the bite that you usually desire and I would have hoped for a little more custard, didn't cover their little tart. The second desert was okay (Ferrero rocher with Nutella spread waffle) not many ferreros and a small amount of Nutella spread. They tried with complimentary sweets they threw in. Overall it was okay.

Very nice desert place food was good. Service was awesome too. Definitely ordering from here again.

Bitterly disappointed. No mention of Nutella in the shakes on the website. Contact number doesn’t connect. Incorrect open times. No one to complain to drove round for a refund. It was closed.

ordered a couple of times from here. wont be doing so again. apple crumble came straight from the fridge. meant to be hot.And it was tiny like the mini sponge puddings from Tesco.. Considering it was over a fiver it was a total rip off. Tried ringing sugar shack but the number is invalid so you can't ring up to complain. Makes you wonder why they only use food delivery apps
