Before attending this place we did much research on this place and there was a lot of mixed reviews. Since we are experts we never judge a cover by it’s book and always give our own unbiased judgement. We hate Indian food. We should have listened to the reviews… We travelled many long nights and short days on our new Camel called Dave Kebab. We purchased this camel from our instagram friend Camelguy61. Shoutout to him, what a ledge. Use discount code Forkguy61 for a discount to get 10% off your next camel. They sell out quick so make sure to be fast. It took roughly 12 minutes and 8 seconds for the food to be ready and we waited patiently on our camel outside. A few people stared as they walked past asif it was strange to be ordering a chinese on a sunday, I can’t think of anything else that they could have been staring at. Onto the food, we saw many reviews saying the food portions were humongous however this must have been written by the people who own this establishment because the portion sizes were roughly enough to feed a small ant, not a regular size 5 foot ant that lives in caves I’m on about the ones you find on your kitchen side carrying loafs of bread around. FUN FACT: Ants are called ants because they’re ants. Onto the drinks, the salt and pepper chips were plainer than a plane and consisted of roughly 0 spices and herbs as they tasted exactly like a raw potato that wasn’t raw, trust me I know what they taste like as I was a potato farmer for 3 years before I was fired when asda found out my potato supplier was sainsburys. Don’t hate the game, hate the player. Salt and pepper chicken was okay, I appreciated the onion amount but then again there was not much chicken, I had to use my new binoculars to even see the container it came in, I did not expect to be using binoculars for this!!! The noodles were skinnier than me when I was pregnant with my brothers baby #surrogatemum #gooddeed #christian #camel #savetheturtles. They were nice tho, decent noodles, decent night. The rice was ricey. The sweet and sour sauce was a big good ol’ portion and was the perfect consistency between slime and a lake, the perfect consistency, nobody can tell me different, if you try you will fail, don’t try. One question I did have was how come it was red? This question is not rhetorical, please get back to me on my linkedin, forkguy61. This was definitely not the best chinese in the city but we have only tried one other wakefield chinese as we are from as we from south carolina but at the same time it was not the worst chinese in the world. Thanks for listening please like and subscribe and please use the code for the camels when buying as I get 5% off camel food orders for everytime the code is used. Thank you so much. Love you. Over and out dweebs

We made a delivery order on just eat, the order was going to take an hour. After it still had not come for the time it said, so we rang them up, they said they didn’t have a delivery driver and it would be another half an hour which would be 20 past 9 at this point. Then they said ‘could we not just go pick the order up’. Which annoyed us anyway after paying for delivery, wasn’t even apologetic. Just a joke really. Won’t be going back, won’t get a refund so basically paid for nothing.

Ordered and collected from Sun Park as our normal Chinese take away is closed due to holidays. Never again will we ever go near this place. All our dishes were just brown sludge, none of the dishes resembled any normal Chinese meal in any form. Tasteless brown sludge. Total waste of money and all went straight in the bin!

We fell upon this excellent Chinese takeaway by accident, as we drove through Wakefield, looking for a late mid week meal. Situated on the Horbury Road on the way out of Wakefield, there is plenty of safe parking outside. The food we ordered was freshly cooked, plentiful & of great quality. Not too local to me unfortunately, but will definitely eat from here again.

I use the Sun Park regularly and always seem to get consistently good food. Starters are very generous, for example, prawn toast gives eight pieces. Spring rolls are excellent, crisp and the contents ofr good quality. Main course are very generous in portions. I like the chow miens and they come with a separate portion of fried noodles. Delivery is available and opening hours are such that you can call on the way home from work, college etc.

Ordered delivery, Only thing that was nice was the boiled rice and the onion bajis. Chicken nuggets were rock hard and my 4 year old couldnt eat them, chips were soggy and tasted like they were either microwaved or lived a happy life in a pool of fat before making their way to my plate. Curries didnt taste like anything (balti and dopiza) and couldnt tell the difference between the 2. The final peice la resistance was the chapatis.. thick, heavy and lack taste. Would have had more chance eating a rubber Frisbee in honesty. Cost £40 and will never order again... had to cook for my boy as he wouldnt eat any of it. Do not recommend!
