we had ordered from here and normally its fine, but we had an issue with our food as it wasnt correct we ordered 2 chips and gravy wirh mushrooms and theu gave us two chips and curry, they were drowned in curry to the point where they were soggy and yet it was STONE COLD. we also ordered chicken chow mein n it might aswell have been noodles and chicken as there was no chow mein sauce af all. we went back and told them and shown them the receipt, and they were really rude and their attitude is poor: and we were loyal customers. to think this is what this place has come to is not good. they refused to swap this order as we had ‘already opened it’ but how else was we meant to know it was wrong? obviously they coulsnt give it to another customer but it would have been nice for them to atleast sort it and been more kinder to us about it.

Delivery arrived fast and hot - chips and fried rice were OK, but the gravy was bland. I definitely will order again though ...

Delivery driver said we had not paid for delivery showed him I had paid that it said on the app and the money had been taken from my bank he was a bit rude about it then he realised he had given us wrong order, he didn’t need to be rude about it when it was his mistake

I added a note about knocking on my windows instead of door as the baby was sleeping - the delivery driver was so lovely and understanding - he even whispered when I opened the door!

Food was hot. Portions were very good size. Taste was excellent

ordered fried rice with our egg foo yung, but got three bags of chips instead, spring rolls not great.

Food was awful. Duck was basically just fat and skin. No meat. Starter was soggy, and the ribs were dry. Rice appeared reheated and dry. Stays sauce was watery and a radioactive yellow colour. First and last time ordering from here.

Beef curry was rank. Tasted like a cheap curry from Aldi. In fact, thats being harsh on Aldi. Didnt appreciate the brown/beige crackers either. Didnt like an of it. Very disappointing. I always use Super Wok but tonights meal has put me off.

would be helpful if you read the notes properly..never had a problem before but tonights food went in the bin..

gravy was almost black, extremely thick, kung-po was pink and not nice, spring rolls was soggy size of my arm so fell apart. packed with just beansprouts. only thing edible was the free prawn crackers. I'll never betray my usual Chinese again

this was the worst Chinese I have ever had in many years of ordering since when has fried chicken on the menu come as boiled chicken the taste was be on word's keep well clear of this takeaway I have never tested anything like this in my life avoid

Food was absolutely disgusting. Noodles tasted horrible, was soggy and over cooked looked more like thick worms, ridiculous amount of onion. Chicken foo yung more like scrambled egg than an omelette, sat in a huge pile of its own grease and the chicken was grey in colour. Chicken in the chicken fried rice was so dry. Will never ever order from here again the food was horrendous. Just eat been less then helpful even with photos sent to them!! Avoid this restaurant and just eat!!!

Where is the beef in my curry, had to double check I didn’t accidentally order a vegetable one. Was overly spicy also why did the chips come in a plastic container so they was soggy and undercooked

Egg fried rice tasted like washing up liquid spare ribs just tasted burnt no flavour in sauce prawn toast really greasy and soggy and spring rolls soggy greasy and exploded looked like someone punched it and a spoon full of curry sauce on curry and rice

Very questionably early.. when arrived noodles was way too salty chicken soup salty also had gooey bits of fat in it.. also soggy prawn toast. usually always come here for Chinese but probs won’t now

Overall the food was ok, but I wouldn't go any higher than just ok. In my opinion there was way too much onion in the curry, take out the onion and you then only have a fraction of your curry meal. Shall try another takeaway next time.

Usually amazing from here, tonight’s was terrible. Had chicken curry which the sauce literally went through everything and was a puddle underneath the food it was that watery. Same with the pots of it, shame as usually great

requested no meat, meat throughout most of our items. restaurant refused to help and told me it was my fault

Awful food that left a bad aftertaste in your mouth. Paste-like Spam was added to Singapore fried noodles, almost puked it out. Even the chips tasted stale and dry.

Came super fast and the food was piping hot and delicious! One of the best Chinese takeaways we’ve had!

Poor serving of rice and king prawns were small and rubbery, chicken and pineapple lacked sauce.

Best Chinese around! We’ve tried others whilst here has been temporarily closed but they don’t even come close, arrived early very fast and the food was excellent 👌🏼 so glad they’re reopen!!

excellent service, the quality of food was quite poor though. Satay Chicken skewers are always overcooked and chewy. you can't just bite into the chicken and tear a piece off, you'll have to pull the entire thing off instead and spend half an hour chewing it down. the yellowbean smelled like feet and didn't taste right. I love yellowbean but this was pretty bad. I have a feeling they're using stuff bought from a warehouse and it's all quite old.

bag of chips missing. arrived about 15 mins after ordering. everything tasted stale and cold. only the omelette was edible. wasn't worth £40.

The beef and mushroom was very waterey more mushroom than beef,no meat on 3 of the 4 spare ribs,prawn toast limp and soggy rather than crispy, saving grace if any was the sweet n sour chicken balls but even they weren't the best,defo won't be wasting my money on food from here again.

Delivered on time, very hot food. Overall was extremely good. I would have given a 5 star review had there not been so much pepper in the food. Note for the takeaway; we can always add more pepper if required at home but we can never take it out

only downfall was that they didn’t bring my full order but they sent it out straight away after I rang up , apart from that food was really nice

Super Wok is my go to Chinese, I have never had a bad Chinese from here, the food always arrives piping hot and everything is just delicious and I’ve never had a problem with delivery either mine has always arrived between the time given 😌

Starter - prawn toast and spring rolls that over cooked had to bin them. Noodles a stodgy lump so over cooked inedible. Honey bbq ribs no sauce……total joke the chef should hand his head in shame no way he couldn’t see the food was over cooked just clearly couldn’t be arsed to rectify it. Used super wok for years time for a change after tonight. Instead of rushing the order out the door ensure what you send is edible and correct 40 quid wasted tonight.
