Tienen excelente comida y el servicio era fuera de este mundo. Ram uno de los empleados son muy agradables y amable volvería de nuevo. 10 / 10

Hicimos un gran pedido para un evento, abrieron temprano y consiguieron trabajadores adicionales para ayudar y asegurarse de que todo se hizo a tiempo!

¡Vino a morder un poco y estaba muy feliz de haberlo hecho! Personal encantador, un montón de opciones y un poco de sushi y sashimi realmente delicioso - voy a volver!

Never ever order deliveroo from this restaurant - they pretended to be fulfilling multiple orders at once , but it took 1h45 minutes for them to make a sushi box only for deliveroo to say the order can’t be delivered due to an ‘incident’. The staff at sushi shop are rude and lied , claiming 10 similar orders had come in at the same time and they would fulfil mine once ready. Kept me waiting indefinitely only to then cancel. Useless rude and incompetent. The sushi is overpriced anyway - there are way better options in London

The tuna smelt off and the sushi fell apart easily. Bad value for money. Especially as it was for my nephew's birthday

I ordered a big sushi box via Deliveroo. Then I rang the Sushi Shop directly, to kindly ask that they ensure there is enough wasabi, ginger and soy sauce with the order. Note that when you place your order with Deliveroo, it does not tell you HOW much if ANY of these items will come with your order — but it does give you the option to pay for extras. The person who took my call was grumpy and miserly, and gave me a lecture about what came with the order (not very much), and that how I should pay for extra. After some sarcasm from me, she then very reluctantly said that "this time" she would put in some "extra" wasabi, ginger and soy sauce. How lucky I was eh? Sushi Shop Hampstead is a premium sushi place, and is not the cheapest by far. And I was spending £40 with them. And these small items cost next to nothing. It left a bad taste in my mouth; and next time, I will try one of the many other sushi places around NW3.

Muy buen sushi para llevar, pedimos y no teníamos expectativas ya que solo era para llevar, pero la calidad de la comida es excelente, ¡los sashimi son realmente frescos! ¡Impresionante y listo para pedir más!

Always so tasty, staff are so lovely and friendly.They always very helpful. Im always buying after work as i work locally to there. Even my housemate is hooked.A few times had a delivery. Due to Covid unable to go out little issue with my order but they helped me out so much. Thank you :)

Grumpy staff and sushi doesn't look fresh. Quite expensive. DREADFUL VALUE FOR MONEY! I will not return.

For sushi it’s one of the best options near us, but standards are variable. Premium food at premium price should be delivered with more care and made more consistently well. We no longer buy salmon sashimi because we’re fed up pulling bones out of it, for example.

La catena sushi shop è una garanzia a livello europeo. Questo store, seppur piccolo e con meno di 10 posti a sedere, non ha nulla da invidiare agli altri che ho provato (Lyon, Lisbona, ...). Il sushi è di media qualità e vengono proposte offerte del giorno con riduzioni su menu e combo. Ottimi i sides forniti con i menu, zuppa di miso, insalata di carote, coleslow salad, ... . Consigliato per un pranzo leggero e veloce.

We ordered our food direct having called Sushi Shop Hampstead and discussed delivery options. We were given a delivery time of 30-45 mins. Near to the delivery time the restaurant called us to say that the delivery company they use had an issue and that they would be using a different company and that our food would be delivered soon. The staff member who we spoke with said that we would get some extra food. Fine we thought, but as we explained to them on the telephone, we had guests in town and had a 5am start so receiving our food was our priority. 1 hour later our food hadn't arrived. 1 hour 20 and the restaurant called to say our food would arrive in around 6 mins. 10 minutes later and our food still hadn't arrived and we called back. We explained to the same staff member that our food hadn't arrived. The staff member was defensive and rude saying that we had been given free extra food and that they had called us to inform us of a delay. We tried to explain that we had ordered over 1 hour and 30 mins ago and were met with a bad attitude and repeated statements of 'it's on it's way' and 'I told you there was an issue earlier'. 1 hour and 40 minutes later and still no food. We call back again and we speak to a different staff member who says there is no record of our order. We explain that we spoke to his colleague earlier and he denies any knowledge of our order. While arguing with this colleague our buzzer rings and finally the food arrives. I explained about the rude colleague we spoke with earlier and ask to speak with the manger to be told that it was the manager who we had been speak with earlier. The manager is put on the telephone and no word of apology or recognition that we have been messed around and kept waiting for 1 hour 45 mins for our food. In summary Sushi Shop Hampstead gave us an appalling level of service with rude and unhelpful management. We will not be ordering from here again nor would we recommend this establishment to anyone.

Some imaginative sushi dishes and great location near Hampstead station - fab place to have a snack - you can sit in but its better as a take out
