I had a fish and chips supper party for my husband's 60th birthday.Everything provided was fantastic. Large hot fish portions lots of chips too. All our friends and family loved it.The manager and his team went over and above expectations providing lots of little touches I wasn't expecting. Highly recommend.

We got their special offer of '2 large cod + 2 reg fries" at £24 and we could barely finish it between the three of us. Really tasty and the guys were super friendly - they even gave us extra sides and fish. Definitely coming back!

Have never been disappointed with the takeaways we have had. Just had a party so we placed a delivery order for 20 portions, the Team did a great job and everyone really enjoyed it. Highly Recommend Sutton Fish Bar

I bought fish and chips in there last night. I live five minutes from there Tom I got home. The fish was cold. The chips was cold and the curry sauce was lumpy. I won’t be using that shop again.

I had an order delivered today,it arrived 2 hrs late ,my food was cold.,the deliveroo driver was rude and laughed in my face.Absolutely disgusting service,very incompetent.Never order from them again

I wouldn't waste your time or money, worst experience I've had in a long time shop needs knocking down and turning into a vape shop as that would be more beneficial to the community then the detritus that these people serve. When they close down I shall celebrate with much glee.

Unfortunately, despite being the only person there, somehow my battered sausage was misplaced and so on getting home I discovered that all I had was a portion of chips. £6 for chips and battered sausage is a good deal. £6 for a portion of chips is not. This is after waiting for the chips to be cooked and despite the server confirming that I'd ordered a battered sausage. Mistakes happen but given it was the only order to make it shouldn't have.

Had a portion of chips, served straight away lashings of salt and vinegar reasonable price. Cannot fault will defo be my go to place now

Quizás imprudentemente, elegí hornearla por un tiempo extra y estuvo bien, pero el olor persistió en la casa durante días.

Terrible comida, el peor pescado y patatas fritas que he tenido, patatas fritas horribles, bastante seguro de que fueron recalentados, el fondo de mi pescado era negro! Ambas porciones de patatas fritas fueron puestas con el pescado, mi hija no puede comer pescado, por lo que no podía comer las patatas fritas, todo sobre nuestra primera y última experiencia con este establecimiento fue un desastre, por favor, por favor, hazte un favor y vete a otro lugar, nos sentimos totalmente estafados!

El pescado no tenía sabor, y era negro (no estoy seguro de si quemado o no. ) en el fondo, el pescado se puso en la misma caja que las patatas fritas y tengo una intorlancia al pescado por lo que no podía comer las patatas fritas. Las patatas fritas no tenían sabor y el pastel de pollo y setas que tenía estaba rancio y frío. Estoy convencido de que las patatas estaban recalentadas y no frescas. EL PEOR PESCADO CON PAPAS FRITAS QUE HE TENIDO. Si pudiera conseguir cero estrellas lo haría. Mi consejo es evitar este lugar e ir a otro lugar

Fish had no taste, and was black (not sure if burnt or not.) on the bottom, fish was put in the same box as the chips so be warned if you have a fish allergy. Chips had no taste and the chicken and mushroom pie I had was stale and cold. I am convinced the chips were reheated and not fresh. WORST FISH AND CHIPS I HAVE EVER HAD. If I could get zero stars I would.

If you need a quick bite at the same time craving for fish and chips ...then here you are grab a plate of fish and chips with a can of beer... Sutton fish bar and restaurant is one of the restaurants which serves you fresh food with good taste. Must try. The ambience is also nice. Easily accessible go what are you waiting for ....

Lovely fish and chips, fish is tasty and batter isn’t heavy. Mushy peas are super tasty, not heavy and taste of actual peas and not much else added. Chips are crispy and delicious. Food is worth the price. Quick and efficient delivery.

I live local and always use these guys, as their food is faultless. Rock / Huss is my favourite fish, and there's is probably the best in Sutton. Fresh fish all the time, light batter, freshly cooked chips always. they also offer all the fish as a grilled option, for the same price, which is great for those not to keen on batter. Well done Sutton Fish Bar! see you soon.

Nice little fish bar, not really a restaurant as only 2 small tables, food was fresh, hot and very good portions

Just Ordered off Just eat and usually like to eat at fish n chip restaurants as it gets so cold by the time I get it home, felt a bit unwell so thought id give delivery a go but obviously a motorbike delivery man got it to me very quickly and it was piping hot! Loved it. 😊

Went in the first time a few days ago. A wonderfully presented cod and chips. Excellently cooked and very enjoyable.

Gone downhill since change of ownership. Can't call it a restaurant anymore, if you sit in you get served up in the cardboard takeaway box with little wooden knife and fork. Shame.

Not great. Chips slightly hard, almost like they are not fully cooked. Oil tastes very old and leaves a nasty after taste. Gravy is OK but not for the price. Fish is nice but the batter is a bit greasy. Not the worst fish and chips but there are much better places within a 1 mile radius. Good service and nice people but you can definitely get better food for the same price, or cheaper.

Just eat, utter fraud. Took my money and failed to deliver. On the bright side, the cost of fuel crisis will put them out of business. 👍

Large portion seemed like a medium size despite the larger box. Chips were not fresh and not flavourful. Is this business under new management. The chips are completely different to before.

I hated the way you showed yourself up by shouting outside the pub , ( today ) having a go at Fryday Fish Bar managers. You have just given yourself a bad name , I certainly won’t be going to your place for fish and chips yours are Horrible. And you are horrible as well , you upset me for slagging another shop . We all have to eat and it doesn’t matter were we go . You are Horrible people.

Just this evening got my family fish and chips for tea and wow disgusting.... the chips are re cooked and full of oil squeeze the chip and it explodes like a spot being popped ... no hair nets for the staff no beard coverings overall nasty I will be taking this issue further.. plus they allow there staff to walk in off the streets and take their coat off behind the counter start work and not even wash their hands .... now how was your dinner hope you don't catch anything nasty or catch a hair in your food ... won't be going back again ..@ sutton fish bar I've had already had to ask you for fresh chips last week as you was just going to serve them how long old ..... and nothing about the hair and facial hair no ..... and best fish and chips that's really not true is it .. I will not eat from your fish bar again nor will my family and friends

Finally a place that I can call the best eating place in town, which I didn't know Sutton was missing such gem. Delicious meals; affordable prices; very friendly staff; very clean and neat place. Oh, and located in a very good area. Can't wait to be back and enjoy more of your delicious meals.

I visited this fish and chip shop yesterday! I ordered two cod and chips and two battered sausages. FYI if you are after beef sausages they do them here! I was impressed! Best Fish&Chips in Sutton, great quality and service. 🥰 I would definitely recommend this restaurant to every fish lover. Fish is cooked to perfection and fresh not sitting in the hot cabinet and the chips also fresh and chunky. Staff very friendly and kind, helpful with choices for food and they are doing a good job to keep the queue time at a minimum.

Omg , i just been at the shop to get Haddock &chips , and let me tell you that i love already this place . The fish was super nice cooked , in thin batter as i asked ...and the chips, crispy and tasty . I highly recommend it. Personnally see you very soon guys , you doing a great job .
