I got here before lunch, so it was quite empty, and the food was delivered super fast. The food was pretty nice, and I enjoyed my time eating inside

Really poor service and food at Cambridge. The beef tacos have a tiny portion of beef filling less than a quarter of the taco. Ordered an apple tango which didn’t work. They refused to refund the drink. Manager refused then blanked me initially telling the cashier to deal with it herself right in front of me. Extremely poor service and substandard food

Awful. How they can even remotely call this Mexican food is beyond me. Cambridge shouldn’t be allowing ‘restaurants’ like this to occupy such prime retail spots. Please avoid at all costs

Disgusting, unclean, overpriced. When I come in with friends it’s like no one has seen cleaning supplies in their life: food trodden into the floor, tables filthy and don’t even get me started on the toilets enough to make you vomit. Don’t think i’ve ever went into the toilet without shit or piss just left there. Food is OK at best would rather just go to mcdonald’s or any other place.

You can get much better value for money here in Cambridge. Swerve and go to Wendy's if you need a fast food fix

Rang to explain payment taken twice and food missing. Was accused of lying and told the manager will check the cctv. Absolutely appalling customer service. I am disgusted by the poor attitude of the member of staff on the phone who told me I was wrong and the tacos were in the bag. Because clearly I have nothing better to do at 9pm on a Wednesday night than fraudulently aquire tacos 🙄

Adequate amount of food for option chosen however, portion sizes were disappointing. Chips were OK. The vegetarian burritos and tacos were not that great. The Toilets were disgusting. Needed regular cleaning and air freshener.

Terrible Customer Service from Taco Bell's Online OrderI recently placed an online order from Taco Bell with a friend, spending a total of £60. Sadly, the experience was far from satisfactory. When the food arrived, we noticed several items were missing from our order. Given the amount we spent, this was extremely disappointing. To resolve the issue, we called the restaurant, but what followed was even more frustrating. The person who answered the phone was shockingly rude and unhelpful. She initially claimed to be a regular worker but, after some back-and-forth, we realized she was actually the manager. When we asked to speak to the manager, she pretended to put us on hold, only to hang up on us without resolving the issue. This level of dishonesty and poor customer service is simply unacceptable. Spending £60 and not receiving all of our food was bad enough, but being treated this way over the phone made the experience even worse. I would advise anyone considering ordering online from this Taco Bell to think twice

Food is good but customer service is horrendous, was waiting at the counter for 35 minutes just to order, was trying to get the one of the workers attention and got ignored, saw me waiting and also ignored me. Ordered one taco and waited 25 minutes.

Why isn’t a cup of tap water free??

Me and my friends came into Taco Bell a few days ago, I wasn’t ordering anything as I have a gluten intolerance however a few of my friends were. When one of my friends ordered on the touch screens, it said a problem had occurred and to speak to a member of staff. When my friend did this, the person was extremely helpful. I’m not sure on her name, however I could tell she was stressed and she managed to resolve the problem straight away. I just wanted to leave a review to let her know that I SEE HER, working in hospitality especially in this heat is extremely hard and you did a good job!!

The food is cheap and good. There is not much room inside to eat or queue, and it has happened that the workers made a mistake in my order, but still I would give it 5 stars especially because it's open late at night

Supreme meal with beef fries. The cheese dip is like cinema. Pretty fast service. First time having it. Really delicious. Reminded me of the scene from Demolition Man. also value for money.

Waste of both time and money. I ordered a dine in option but they gave my order in takeaway bags. Regardless when I unwrapped my burrito right afterwards half of it broke apart immediately and fell on the floor, effectively making half the money spent completely redundant. Not to mention the establishment was extremely crowded, noisy, and unhygienic.

Very convenient location in the square and and dedicated vegetarian menu with plenty choices. We particularly liked burrito wraps and had good taste. Fries were the best. Service was good and we didn't had to wait long after ordering.

It is a Taco Bell. It’s cheap, it tastes good and you get what you pay for. This particular location is also fairly clean compared to other branches. Would recommend to anyone looking for Mexican fast food.

The food is good, really good! I love the volcano Burrito mea,l its really good. Serive can be a bit slow, but staff are polite. The restuarant itself is small, with usually very little to no seats remaining, but this could be because the food is good so its busy. Toilets are not the cleanest, people walk in and use them, then walk out again without buying anything. Ive also witness people walking in with macdonalds cups, fill them up at the drinks machine, then just walk back out! Overall i do go back for the food.

Absolutely awful experience. Spent nearly £10 on a meal and got told when I approached the counter that there was no cups for tap water. I then noticed one of the staff went up to the drinks machine with a cup so I asked how come there is cups for staff and not customers and the women behind the bar said that there was only cups for staff and not customers and that I had to pay £2.19 for a cup for tap water. The women as an older white women and unsure on the name but was not impressed at all. The security guard on the door was also very unfriendly. Not impressed at all.

The place was a bomb site, no effort was made to tidy up the tables. The toilet was disgusting. The food was okay, but if I'd have known the state of the toilet beforehand, I wouldn't have eaten there. No pride shown in looking after the place, which makes you question the hygiene in the food prep.

This is my go-to takeaway in the city centre. It's really reasonable, quick, and tasty. How many years have I waited for Taco Bell in the UK? The nearest prior was on the American bases.

My friend told me this was the worst food ever, but after many hours at various pubs my other more contagious companions and I arrived home to microwave his leftover Taco Bell fries and realised that they were the most delicious soggy chips we have ever had the pleasure of devouring. We are highly satisfied in a very unsatisfactory way. Beauty like this knows no bounds

i was here for the lerfbron james deal.... it was brilliant but they forgot my sauce and the fork i ordered. after eating there was a strong urge to use the bathroom so fast that i rushed and couldnt contain it. it went down my legs before even reaching the door, as i got inside i let it rip and the sound reached 42 decibels and reverberated across cambridge central. i missed the toilet and it went to the floor so i tried my best to clean it. after i was i am sorry for graphicness but the food needs further qaulity checks in my opinion as i really did have this badly

I was very surprised with freshness and the taste of the food we got. Despite the fact that I don't like fast foods a lot, I liked taco bell in Cambridge.

The food was immediately cooked, and it was reasonably priced, which is a big plus. I also appreciate that they offer halal options. My only minor gripe is that the portion sizes are smaller than they appear in the photos.

First time trying Taco Bell!! Incredible! Best tacos I’ve ever had. The meat was really soft and flavourful. I would recommend asking for all their sauces and buying the 4 dips. The cheese sauce, guacamole and jalapeño peppers were delicious! Would 100% recommend buying the crunch wrap and the taco crunch one too! Can’t wait to go back their again!

Very hyped to try Taco Bell as it’s quite the name in America unfortunately the food was tiny a 6 layer burrito was the size of a greggs sausage roll. It tasted very very good but for the price I would expect a much larger portion.

Don't buy food here, it's not healthy, there is Chinese salt, it harms people, who owns to attract people, my advice is to eat here, it's not healthy, you will have health problems in the future

Food is average, good prices, however the mince in tacos and burritos are quite salty. I do however recommend the churro and dipping sauce. Yum!

Yesterday we decided to stop at the Taco Bell in Cambridge for our lunch . 2 adults &2 kids . We’ve ordered the naked chicken taco meal , 2 of the Quesadilla with black beans and a large burrito plus 4 portions of chips , churros and cinnamon twists . The food arrived quickly but omg what a disappointment. The burrito was tiny and had hardly any meat in it , the Quesadillas were nothing more than 2 tortilla wraps with cheese and tinned black beans put together, the salad in the chicken taco didn’t look very fresh , the chips were extremely salty , almost inedible. The place also had a very strong smell of urine and the toilets were dirty. 3 out of 4 of us felt very ill and had an upset stomach this morning. Such a disappointment, I wish I read the reviews before we went to eat there. Taco Bell is an insult to all the Mexican restaurants!! Avoid avoid avoid

horrible horrible horrible stuff, it was very expensive, food wasn't even made well, the fries where too salty, and there was too much cheese in the tacos, very small portions and could not finish because of how sick i felt. overall just bad. my family and me felt very ill after, almost felt like i had a stone in my stomach. do not recommend 🤢🤢🤢. 1/10

Refused tap water. Reason being the little plastic cups "cost money". I asked if I could buy a cup for water. Also refused. Seems illegal to me but OK....
