Taisan City in Pendle

Beyond disappointing, ordered chicken chow mein requested no veg and chicken balls requested to swap sweet and sour for curry sauce, order arrives i have veg in my chow mein and Sweet and sour sauce, why even bother if your not gonna read the notes section on the app, submitted a complaint and refund request via just eat, i don't even wanna eat it, won't be ordering from you again.

First time ordering, big portions and hot when arrived , however, bland tasting, doesn't taste like Chinese I'm used to ordering, I normally go to good fortune or dobos, I think I may have to bin it

Ordered for collection and it was ready within 10 minutes which was really fast, The food was piping hot and really fresh! The prawn toast is amazing I ordered Beef with cashew nuts in spicy garlic sauce and i would 10/10 recommend, The lady was really sweet i’ll be returning thankyou

Chow mein was ok, lacked flavour and the chips..... Covered in that much curry sauce that it went everywhere in the bag, the chips were soaked in curry so much they were stuck together couldn't eat it without it falling to pieces it or being stuck...

Ordered the food extra hot and it came just right. Loved it

Well what can I say fuming got a salt n pepper mix box baring in mind been here a few times b4 don’t tend to eat out as much now but salt n pepper box just order salt n pepper chips coz that’s all it had barleley Any Chicken n if they Was it was smaller than ur finger nail about 4 peices well disappointing

Best Chinese in Nelson, lovely staff and the curry sauce is so tasty!

First time ordering, very impressed, food was delicious and arrived very hot even though I am 4 miles away, large portions, got loads in the salt and pepper mixed box, crispy beef was amazing and special fried rice perfect, delivered in less than an hour, will definitely order again thank you.

Can assure you will not getting food again from here was cold phoned to explain, women answered then the delivery driver rang me saying the food was not cold, after looking at the reviews, I’m not happy either,.. seeing a comment that the delivery driver kicked a dog, I may order again just to see the driver :)

It was my first time ordering from Taisan City and I was really happy I did. Very good and nice service. There was a lot of food and it was all really tasty. Thanks Taisan City👍🏻

Your delivery driver is a joke!! Don’t go around kicking dogs that come out from the top of the drive to the bottom of the drive!!! My mums dog has been left hurting and shaking!!! She is a 6 month old puppy and they won’t be eating from you again. When I rang up to confront you, you had the cheek to say that the dog is not being looked after!!! DISGUSTING!!!! Your not worth the 1 star at all!!!!

We ordered food for the first time from this restaurant today. Absolutely horrifying. The prawns tasted funny and broke like powder while the rice tasted salty and drenched in soya sauce.T he prawns balls were actually battered prawns in sweet and sour sauce. Lastly the chowmein tasted of rotten vegetables . I didn't ring the restaurant cos I thought a review is best. Binned £26 worth of food. Never again

First time I've ordered from this place and will be ordering again. Food was delicious and on time. Using just eat in the past I've had my paid delivery's taken to another address without checking. This driver was not only lovely and polite but he asked for my address before giving me the food, all drivers should do this. Thank you for a fantastic service.

Absolutely horrible food. Salt n pepper chicken was dry and bland ..the rice was horrible 😫..n the curry sauce was not curry god knows what it was ..not even gona comment on the salt n pepper chips my advice ..get a chef who can cook Chinese food ..simple

Do not get food delivered, after an hour and a half we called to find out what had happened and why we had not received our food, the man on the phone said 5 to 10 minutes when it didn't arrive 40 minutes I telephoned again this time he put the phone down on me very rude.

Been to Taisan City for the 1st time and i can say it was delicious, couldn't fault it. Definitley be going back.

TERRIBLE, NEVER AGAIN. Zero stars would of been a better option, food was not nice at all, both me and my Mrs didn't eat much or enjoy any of it, absolute waste of money, will not be returning and I'm writing this review at 6am the following morning after waking up really early with a sick / poorly feeling...... Not good, not good at all I'm afraid.

TERRIBLE. NEVER AGAIN. As portion size was large and food terrible it meant we basically threw £30 in the bin. In my experience this is not an authentic chinese. Delivery was quick. Portion size was large. The veg spring rolls were ok. The OK sauce was edible. The chicken nuggets were fine. Sadly this is where my positive comments end. With limited options in lockdown we thought we'd give this place a try despite mixed reports. The egg fried rice was wet and literally just egg and rice, no spring onions or anything else. The chips were soggy. The salt and pepper box was soggy and not very salty, peppery or hot/spicy. We ordered through just eat with no noodles and no boiled rice options.

Just had our first Chinese meal from this take-away. It was probably the best meal I have ever tasted and my wife totally agreed for hers also. Will definitely be there again. 😃😃😃😃

This place is garbage. Take your money quick enough, but don't actually deliver the food.
