Tasty African Food in Gravesham

My favorite sauce is the red oil Ofada stew, but the portion is getting smaller and not as tasty as before…kindly do better and bring the delicious old taste with a bowl filled to the brim and not the half-filled that you serve for a very costly price.

The service is always very slow! Put me off going there now, the staff takes too long to service one person not acknowledging people have places to go to. Have complained a few times to the staff but they don’t seem bothered about it. If management can look into it

Got rice & beans meal. There was no sauce to eat it. At first I thought it spilled but come on! Why would you send this for a meal?! This is not the first time either. I've gone in store and complained and yet they repeated same thing in my Uber eats Order.

Ordered 3 portions of Jollof rice to take away ad I bought grilled chicken else where. The rice was really disgusting and burned. It looked delicious but it smelled burned and tasted burned too. Glad I have not tried anything else. Poor customer service

"Tasty African Food"... Well, that's a joke. I don't know much about African cuisine but thankfully I had it before, in another restaurant, and it was delicious so I know the problem wasn't with the food itself but rather who was making it. Beef stew was just seeping with grease. The stew itself was mostly just oil and chili flakes without any actual taste to it. And the meat wasn't any better, not only was it bland and greasy, but also very rubbery making it hard to even get a proper bite, and unfortunately that's how it looked across all the dishes I've ordered, not only the stew. The one thing that didn't actively repulse me after tasting it was the Yams, but that's mostly because it's just a huge ball of dough, so it didn't have any taste to begin with. So, long story short, I've bought £50 worth of food here, and now I'm going to order something at KFC because I couldn't even force myself to eat it.

Food was gross. Way too spicy, so called "stew" was nothing else than oily-meaty mess, "yams" was just pile of undercooked pastry, "4 turkey bits" happened to be just two. Only tasty thing there was a meat and chicken "dumplings", I forgot what the name of this thing was, but one of them was overdone compared to the rest. I dined in all variety of African restaurants and this one is 100% worst one. I do not recommend if you want to still have your taste buds

Cleaned environment but not relaxing to eat. Honestly, food isn't of good taste all the time. Be careful, please check your order because I was over charged (£27 for this 2 × £2 moi moi + 2 × £5.50 suya + 3 × £1.50 meat pie) - which I pointed out; oh, she said I worked it out of my head...hmm. Very bad customer service all the time. Very disrespectful, very impatient with customers - both on the phone and face-to-face. When I called them, they got distracted by other things this afternoon, talking to each other who isn't coming to work and not phoning in while I was holding on for 4 minutes - and she put the phone down. And after that, I phoned back, no apology, nothing. When I told them that this was terrible customer service, they offered no apology and was very abrupt with me, telling she was talking to head office. This breach is always short of staff and the lady here can be rude and abrupt when you as questions regarding your order.
