Had the breakfast.bacon was stiff like plastic

Took my family for a breakfast and it was a nice experience.. service was lovely from a member of staff called Mya and the food was good all round...we did get there at 8 AM so it was not busy... highly recommend

Great customer service from the Man serving drinks and the two ladies serving/cleaning the tables and the Chef.. considering they short staffed I thought they all did well

We wanted to leave becuse we wouldn't get a slice of bread so we went up asked for a refund and she said don't worry l will make sure you get a slide of butter

Websites says open till 6. Arrived at 5:40 to be told they are closed.

Not a particularly attractive restaurant and with an equally unattractive menu. I settled for the Burger and Hash Brown Bites which did the necessary i.e. filled my stomache. The hash brown bites were particularly nice and a different way of serving the normal Hash Brown. Burger was a bit dry and roll OK. My wife had the Katsu Baguette which she described as 'delicious' and having stolen a piece of the chicken - I must say I agree with her. Simply nothing to write home about although hopefully the feedback may help others who are more used to the Tesco/Costa relationship. Personally, I do prefer Tesco's own cafe as just eating a different item instead to the corporate Costa fare makes life a little more appealing.

Hi, had a big breakfast and it was absolutely disgusted. The bacon and sausage was still raw wasn’t cooked properly never eat here again.

Great place to have a coffee and time, the chorizo toast was great . Quality coffee needs to improve. Always good. Needs quality coffee improve.

Last year our favourite place … this year let’s not swear … Tesco HO should really look at this place as horrendous is not not even close.

Let's start with the positive - the staff are lovely and friendly. And now the negative - the quality of the food.... yeah, just no. Had a ham and cheese panini and honestly, if you flicked open a dictionary to the word "disappointing" there would be a picture of this panini under it. Such a sorry looking thing. Hardly any ham and I am pretty sure there was no cheese in it. Chips had a funny aftertaste too.

Called in for brekkie today on the busiest Saturday of the year. Service was great. Café breakfast was great. It's a supermarket café so the food is what it is. People need to manage expectations if they are expecting a chef to be in the back making food from scratch <rolls eyes>

Better when closed . Service none, Queue short but good lord they slow Food if comes cold or wrong or burnt Spoken to manager but he didn’t look bothered by it Last time we spent our hard earn money here

Aweful food, all frozen and microwave it. A really bad experience 😞

There was a mix up with our order as ever since new management took over they seem incapable of getting our order of an adult baked beans on toast through the till correctly, god knows why. The manager came over to our table and became defensive when we tried to explain the issue, he also displayed some attitude and came across intimidating in his approach, which I found completely unacceptable towards 2 women with a child. Ever since new management took over their customer service has gone down hill, staff have left and service is poor and inconsistent, such a shame as we looked forward to our weekly visit.

Just finding out that leaving an appalling review could get me banned was enough for me to say “screw it let’s test the waters” now everytime I go into this place it’s always “short staffed so the wait will be 45-60 minutes long” or any other excuse but once the food is served it’s served cold…. Are we short staffed or short on heat?

I had to wait over 45mins for our food that still came out wrong and the drinks were cold with dirty cup for out tea. staff were not helpful and just said they were busy as it was a wet day. The tables were dirty

Stopped for breakfast. Menu was not easy to follow. Only one member of staff working and slow. Food was OK but will not be returning as plenty of other places to try.

Stop off on way to a family funeral. Not the greatest selection but I enjoyed my order as did my wife.

I really can't fault this place. The cafe staff were all buzzing and such a pleasure to be served by them, and with a bit of humour and courtesy thrown in. Tesco should be very proud of this current team in there. The food was excellent, quickly came, and the jacket potato I had was hot and with loads of filling and served with a smile. Would recommend this place all day long.

Over 30 minute wait for a simple breakfast Asked the waitress if gonna be much longer - her reply was yours is next and we only have one chef on today No apology at all - just an excuse If this is the case then maybe when the order is taken the customer is informed of such a wait !!! Food was average but cold !!!!!!!!!

Had the 'Brunch' which is a variant of the full English but veggie... I added sausages though. Delicious.

Good service, lovely food and well priced. The café is a clean and modern environment to have a bite to eat. Probably one of the better if not the best supermarket cafés I've visited.

The cafe was clean, well organised and the food was hot, plentiful and delicious. Staff we're polite, very friendly and efficient. There's a lift for disabled clients and toilets down stairs. Covid measures were followed.

My friend had scampi and chips which was a good portion beautifully cooked for a very cheap price! The staff were very kind as my friend is blind and it is difficult to carry everything. Service excellent and will definitely will be going back!

Tesco for a restaurant/cafe which is always busy manage to serve up the food quickly and the place is clean and the staff are friendly. They cater for vegans. I tried their vegan breakfast and it was filling and nutritous. I dont know what the staff are on but they are always so cheerful and helpful.Their speediness in clea\ning tables after use is also commendable

Not going to lie, probably go here way too often. They do a good breakfast selection at a good price. The quality is better than sainsburys. It's pretty quick too, only a 5-10 minute wait for food after ordering even at peak times.

Ordered breakfast, partner had full breakfast, I had a breakfast bap, and we both had coffee, coffee piping hot, breakfast came immediately, breakfast could have been hotter, but plate was cold. The staff were very polite and professional, a young girl, and the manager Robbie, who gave great customer service, I dropped an item from my bap on the floor, he saw what had happened, and came over straight away with a replacement, What great customer service, HE IS A CREDIT TO THE COMPANY

Terrible experience. Turned up at 3pm to order some food with the family to be told they're only selling sandwiches and paninis because the kitchen wanted to close early. Not good for a celiac! But there was nothing else they could offer. My daughter ordered a goats cheese panini which was heated up and almost thrown at us when brought to the table. The panini barely had any goats cheese in it. Not impressed at all. Also the aircon was at full blast making the environment uncomfortably cold.

Breakfast was really lukewarm. Sausages were looking like they went nowhere near a fryer. Waitress carried plates over 1 at a time 4 of us at table. And 35 quid for 3 breaks and a bacon sandwich and 4 coffees is a bit steep in my book anyway.

Really good breakfast. Can’t go wrong. Portion sizes are decent. £6 for large breakfast and £4.60 for small one. Service is also excellent and canteen is also clean too. As we are here in Bicester for a few days, we will be coming here for breakfast.

First time back after a long spell away..left because of the decline in standards....good to see its improving...right road forwards....they need to keep it up....

The food was nice but the place was freezing and the service was not good. Trainee on the til and trainee on the hot drinks. Very stressed manager running between the 2 not a good idea!

Breakfast was ok, bacon needed to be crispy and sausages were a bit on the pale side. Id had better from them in the past. One member of staff was quite rude, no please or thank you, slammed our number for our table on the counter, obviously having a bad day, not my fault or my problem so dont take it out on your customers, have a word with your manager and sort it out. On the flip side, the person serving the drinks was lovely, really polite and friendly, almost apologetic looking because of her grumpy colleague. Coffee was good too

Everyone is rushing to help customers. Emily the server,the least motivated retail staff member i have ever seen, when questioned about meal deal eligible drinks. Proceeded to add a coffee that was not eligible. Luckilly the other server sortrd the issue. The food was underwhelming but that is to be expected in a budget cafe. The time we sat there we saw at least half a dozen people that had their orders taken wrong. An interesting experience that left me feeling that i would have been better of going to the mcdonalds over the road.

Not the best cafe in the area, but for a quick snack and drink, its not to bad, service is slow and staff dont seem to bothered.

Food: Really bad everything seem frozen and reheated specially scramble eggs and omelette, everything was disgusting,Service: bad, there was just two people to serve customers, make coffee and bring food to the table in a massive queue, food was ready and waiting for so long for someone to take it to the table, cold food, disgusting againManager: That was the worst to see...a kind of "manager" shouting and swearing to the staffreally bad experience, my advice? please do not go to Tesco Cafe Bicester, you are lucky if you are not poisonedI would never go again to this place for any reason and I don't recommend this restaurant, not even to my worst enemy.In a few words...you should better try McDonalds...just opposite Tesco. The worst Tesco cafe l have ever been in , no provision at all for people with Coaliac who are unable to eat gluten. Sheer ignorance and laziness. So if you have special dietary requirements avoid.😡

Went to this tesco’s whilst having the car servicedwaited a while for the assistant to come to till to take order as they were serving other customers. We ordered 2 breakfast and 2 teas, surprisingly the assistant heated the cups with hot water before giving us our tray and tea pots great service.The cooked breakfast did not take long to arrive , looked ok my only complaint was bacon and beans were cold but the fresh hash brown was hot i suppose the downfall of batch cooking other than that it was clean and tidy and for two cooked breakfast and two pots of tea which gave four cups a good call for £11:00 and actually great service

Great place to relax & enjoy a coffee

Once again at Tesco Cafe and they have now run out of burger buns. Am I wrong in saying there is a large supermarket downstairs? Cold hard peas, ask for mash and get swead? Last time I'm coming here, suggest you think twice before eating here

Opens too late people looking for breakfast before 8 if they have a job to go to.

Opens too late. 8am ideas for trades men too late. 7am would be good 6am better. Facilities look great but could not get served died to silly opening times
