Tesco Cafe in Craigavon

Visited in December 2022, I witnessed the cafe supervisor refuse to serve an elderly man, telling him loudly that they were closed as it was “4 o’clock “, it was 5 to 4. 10 minutes after he had refused to serve this man, he served two other people. When the elderly objected I heard the supervisor threaten to have him removed from the store . Shocking behaviour and not the first time I’ve heard him behave this way although it’s usually towards the young female staff.

Visited today and got their chicken burger and seasoned fries. Burger was hopeless as well as tasteless. It was more of a paste than chicken meat. This cafe was never up to a good standard but since the pandemic it has gone from bad to worse. Obviously Tesco's high standards do not apply to there served food. So disappointing for one of the big super markets.
