The staff need to tie back their hair. Been in this new store couple times now and each time there are staff serving with long hair not tied back. YUCK!

I went in there yesterday middle of the afternoon. Very quiet with people playing pool and watching the sport on TV. There is no real ale here, but the bar staff were terrific. A top dollar bar maid.

89-91 High StreetThis is third in a row bad coffee experience for me in town centre Ashford Starbucks. I am regular customer of Starbucks but regular use other places in London. Ashford ‘cappuccino’ tests like milk and smells bad. I took a coffee this morning around 9:20 am, a lady served with cold customer service.

The GroveWe had a birthday celebration and it was perfect The menu choice was lovely and the food outstanding. Very cosy and romantic ambience with very good service. Thanks Jim.
