Been twice now. The lamb was outstanding! Give this place a try. Update. Have continued to return as it's in my neighbourhood. Hate the green decor and booths, but the food remains outstanding. Rooftop is excellent for a drink if the weather cooperates.

Fabulous hidden gem. Superb food. Attentive staff. Opposite Premier inn. But cheaper and 5* service and food. Highly recommended.

I just wanted to say a huge thank you to Isabel and her amazing team for making my daughter's 14th birthday party so special. The food and service were absolutely outstanding, and everything was so well-organized. The rooftop venue was stunning—perfect for the girls to dance and have an unforgettable time. It was truly a magical evening, and we couldn’t have asked for more. I’ll definitely be recommending Tetto's to all my friends!

Went with my daughters and granddaughter, we went early evening as meeting friends after for a birthday drink for my youngest daughter, so very quiet. Food was nice but nothing special, service was good, but tbf the place was so quiet the waiters were not busy. Whilst we were eating we felt that the waiters were just watching us, and at one point talking about us, which made us feel uncomfortable. My first impression walking in was really good, decor etc, but the actual experience has put me off going back.

Friendly and professional staff, lovely restaurant overall. Food was great! We had lamb chops, lamb skewers, and halloumi as a starter. Beautifully cooked and seasoned, generous portions and yummy taste. We sat outside, on the rooftop, with a lovely sun as a plus! Highly recommend!

Food noting special, atmosphere 0 ( no people in the restaurant), costumer service -0. We were told “we had to much to drink??? and we are drunk? they would not serve us any more Preseco (3 of us had 1 bottle). Rude and insulting. I will not go there again or recommend to anyone. Better restaurants within walking distance.

Easy to find, good parking nearby. The decor is pretty, if a little gimmicky but the place was quiet for a Saturday night. The customer service was good as were the cocktails. The starters - shrimp and octopus was Ok. I had steak (it’s a steak house, so…) I asked for medium rare, but it was mostly overcooked and the peppercorn sauce was over powering. The cocktails were nice and the staff were nice too. But it’s unlikely I’d ever return.

Currently on the final leg of our tour around the UK and Europe, we stopped by this restaurant to try the steaks and soak in the atmosphere. I must say, it’s probably the best steak and portion I’ve had during this entire five-week trip. It’s definitely a perfect way to cap off our journey. The staff here are absolutely lovely, and the chef is fantastic, truly knowing how to cook a steak to perfection. The cocktails are also exceptional—10 out of 10. I highly recommend the Amaretto Sour; you can’t go wrong with it.

OJ is an absolute credit to Tetto’s! He organised our wedding reception with us and having worked in corporate events in the past, I can hands down say that he was the most helpful and professional person I have ever worked with! He was kind, showed initiative and really cared about our event. We hired the rooftop, which is beautiful and from start to finish we felt so well looked after and the food, service and drinks were amazing! Thank you to OJ and his team, you made our day so special. We had a rainbow that evening too, it was wonderful 🥰

Food is very average and overprized. Did not feel fresh or of particularly good quality. Service also very average, not rude but definitly not warm. The venue decor is alright, but it's all show and no substance.

Came here to celebrate engagement of my brother in law. We had the whole roof top to ourselves. It's a beautiful, very well presented bar. Wine was lovely, DJ good. Had a great time.

Worst experience with my family. The manager, Ali, was extremely rude. The steak came out dry and flavorless! Despite the restaurant not being busy, the service was incredibly slow. Ali and his management team showed no respect for families and lacked basic customer service skills. Instead of managing a steakhouse, Ali should work on his manners. We will not be coming here again!

This restaurant should be closed down. Here are the reasons: 1. Slow customer service. 2. Rude behavior from the manager, Ali. 3. Overpriced mocktails with more ice than liquid. 4. If you want rock-hard steaks and dry beef, you're most welcome to come here. Note to Owner: Ali, do you think it's funny? I got a stomach ache from your food. Are you selling dry-aged meat? Because it was definitely not juicy. And don't tell my family not to come here again.

Ordered the following via Delivery: - Prime Burger (£12.90) - Cacik + Bread (£5.90) - Tulum Cheese salad (£13.90) Review: Prime burger: The beef was extremely dry and really tough while the chips were soggy. Very disappointing burger overall. Cacick: This was the only decent thing, however the bread was dry and tough. Cheese salad: Felt like a mix of random things together however none of the flavours went together so wasn't great. Pricing: Highly priced for some very disappointing food. Wouldn't recommend this place for food. Can't comment on the drinks.

If you’re looking for top quality food, look no further. We went Saturday night where they have live salsa and me and my partner really enjoyed it. Lovely atmosphere, amazing food (I got the sirloin steak, medium with mash and mac and cheese), my partner had lamb chops and sea bass (yes she’s greedy :)) The decor is so nice. See you again soon.

The supposed ‘owner’ called Ali was very disrespectful or rude. I will never come here ever again. Absolutely disgusting service. Food was very cold and reheated.

My experience at Tetto's was outstanding. The Chicken Steak, marinated and char-grilled to perfection, was flavorful and juicy. The Pulled Beef Tacos, with their rich and savory filling, were a great start. The atmosphere was lively with the live salsa on saturday nights and the service impeccable despite how busy it was. I have been to all their branches now. Tetto's is definitely worth a visit.

I had an amazing dinner at Tetto's. The ambiance was sophisticated yet relaxed, and the service was top-notch. The strawberry daquiri was a little too sweet so they adjusted the next one i ordered to my liking. Amazing staff, amazing owner.

Steaks were cold and we ordered medium burgers but they were overcooked. When we complained, owner (Ali) was defensive and had an attitude. He then learned that we left a bad review and started being rude. On the way out he said 'dont come back again yeah'. We were a family with women and children.

Today, I had the worst experience with my family at this restaurant. 1. The food arrived cold. 2. The burger was dry, and the bun was burnt. 3. The owner, Ali, was rude. Instead of addressing our concerns, the owner argued with us over basic customer expectations. 1. The owner was rude because my family left a negative review. 2. The owner engaged in a back-and-forth argument. Please avoid this place. What was supposed to be a great meal out with my family turned into a very bitter and sour experience.

Worst experience in what is considered an upscale London restaurant. So our starter come to the table and they were honestly quite good (pulled beef tacos) then our steaks came however, they were all cold. Like they were put on the grill straight from the freezer. We order medium cooked burgers and they all came well done. I come here quite often so I go tell the manager Ali about this and he after apologizing, he asks if I want to have anything to drink. So I’m like great! I go back to my table and place our drinks order only for the waiteress to come back with 2 jugs of mojito and says “sorry he did not accept your order” At this point I’m honestly fuming. I’ve come to celebrate Eid with my family and neither the food or drinks were good. After seeing the bill, I ask for the waiteress to pass me the owner’s email (because obviously this manager Ali does not care enough to put any effort in) and here comes Ali who out of no where started talking like a roadman telling me how it is weird for me to write a review while still inside the restaurant and how he finds it weird that we finished our food after complaining about it. He also said that his father was the owner. Later, I asked the waitress if he was really the owner and she said no he’s just the manager. This whole thing was a disaster. Oh and just to put the cherry on top, before we left, he said “this is not a kabab joint and if you don’t like the food, you don’t need to come back” what a wonderful manager you have there. Really knows how to put the customer first.

Thought it would be as good as the Highbury park location, nowhere near horrible food.. Disappointed

Absolutely shocking service 3 members of staff chatting the whole time. Two ladies constantly talking to the bar Man, I had to wait a good 15 mins for them to see me asking for the bill. Had to ask for bread twice. Steak was ok but very chewy. Decor was lovely such big big shame

We went to the restaurant today and the food was not served good, basically the food was cold and not as nice. We ordered steak and it came cold. Also, ordered meat burgers that is medium cooked, however we got it cold and well done. After complaining, they offered we get free drinks, and when we ordered they just didn’t accept it and gave us two jugs of drinks for 8 people. Not satisfied at all and I would not recommend for the price you pay.

Walked into Tetto’s and was seated right away, Staff were very attentive and polite, after a few moments looking at the menu we made our choice (tomahawk steak)! WOW 🤩, cooked to perfection and bought over to us straight from the grill on chopping board, cut up and served. We had a lovely evening here and if I didn’t live over 80miles away I would be back more often than once a year! I will be back next year for sure! Thank you Tetto’s for a lovely pleasant evening.

I dined yesterday with my family for the first time here and I couldn't really enjoy my meal. The table that we we're sat at was wobbly, and the staff knew about it. The floor was shocking, with cracks in a few places and no signage, someone will get injured seriously, especially last night , when the room was filled with children. Toilets lacking paper, sink blocked, not cleaned properly within 45 minutes of opening times when we arrived. When the food came, I ordered a medium stake, and it came medium rare at best. The fat wasn't rendered, and it was raw on the edges. It is expensive for the quality of the food offered. The staff were as helpful as possible, but they couldn't do much to change my feel and the mood. I hope you read this review and don't overlook it. You seriously have to fix the floor before someone gets injured. Also, if you would be a customer, you'd probably wait a bit longer for the food to be spot on rather than quick and average.

Went here with a group of six. The staff were lovely enough but the food was just awful, from starter to mains and dessert. The meat was dry and flavourless (lamb, chicken and steak)the chips tasted old as if they were cooked earlier in the day. The dessert (cheesecake) tasted off with a cheap fructose syrup drizzled all over. Ultimately the food here is not worth the price! You would be better of going to an authentic family run restaurant who specialise in one type of cuisine. We won’t be going back and would not recommend to anyone.

Really lovely food service and atmosphere

Want to start off with how great the customer service was, she was very attentive & careful. Got tacos, octopus & calamari for starters. The squid was cooked to perfection! Got fillet steak for mains, that also was cooked perfectly.

Tacos 🌮 5/10 Lamb skewer 8/10 Calamari 10/10 Octopus 🐙 10/10 Partner got a fillet steak 🥩 & it was cooked perfectly! Only let down was when we checked the hygiene rating it was a 2/5 😢

Food very average for the price. I would come again for drinks, and the venue is nicely decorated. In my opinion, the food is overpriced for what it is. Also their last food hygiene inspection in 2023 was 2 star hygiene rating which is not good and I would be concerned to eat here again unless this improves.

I am reaching out to share our recent experience at Tetto's Hampstead on Valentine's Day, which regrettably fell short of our expectations. While we have been frequent customers of Tetto's, this particular visit left us dissatisfied. The fixed menu, limiting our choices, featured meat of questionable quality that was challenging to consume. This deviated from the high standards we have come to associate with Tetto's. Moreover, the extended wait times were notable, with starters arriving after 45 minutes and main courses taking an additional 60 minutes, received cold chips, adding to our disappointment.

Food was superb. Atmosphere was lovely and staff and service were top notch 👌 will definitely go back

Went there for a Christmas dinner. Food was nice and athmosphere was also good. However there was a water leak from the ceiling near our table, I think theyve should have moved tables to the downstairs salon or something since it was clearly visible and restricting movement to go to the toilet and move around. We had a Christmas menu which was nice, slightly slow service ( since they had few big tables )but worth the waiting . It would be nice if they could include some kind of drinks in the set christmas menu. Drinks are on the expensive side but they do 20% off NHS staff which we benefitted from.

My Wife and I hosted a cocktail party here on the Roof Top indoor terrace for approximately 60 people. The organisation with Isabel was seemless from start to finish. They are super flexible and amiable to your requests. On the night Masha and Serkan took care of us and our guests and everyone had a great time. If any one is looking for to host a birthday party, drinks party or reception I would highly recommend working with the Team at Tetto's. The cocktails are amazing and of great quality and value.

The reception is very kind. The service is fast and polite. The fruits of the kitchen workers' labor are fabulous.

We were attracted to the roof terrace. Very steep 3 sets of marble stairs, no spectacular view as such but tastefully done and would be lovely in the summer. Didn't eat but it looks very classy and comfortable. Cocktails looked good and fairly priced. Staff were so attentive and very professional. I will definitely go there again.

I can’t begin to emphasise how good this restaurant is! Food was good, but the staff…… The staff literally made my birthday. 😭 They were so sweet, kind, polite & helpful. I changed my booking a million times, was late and yet still they were so accommodating. They did not add and only eased the stress of my birthday meal. For this I’m truly grateful!!! Deli food and fantastic service

We visited for my cousins birthday and I couldn't recommend this place enough. We started off on the rooftop for drinks. It was such a beautiful atmosphere. When we came down for dinner, JUST WOW! From the service to the food. No faults at all. If you want incredible food and service that makes you happy to tip, come here. You will not be disappointed.

Let me start off by saying the service here is phenomenal. All the staff, including the manager, are attentive, personable and reliable - each genuinely going above and beyond to make our meal a fantastic experience. We were a party of 8 (plus a baby) and chose to dine on the rooftop in the nook where there are options to open all the ceiling to floor windows or close them and turn the heating on. Highly recommend visiting, particularly the rooftop, though the restaurant is beautifully decorated indoors too. Food was 8.5/10 based on some menu items being out of stock, bread basket was ready made rolls and butter was unsalted but all proteins were tasty and cooked really well. Would suggest ordering the cheese garlic mushrooms starter and having it alongside any of the steaks. Will definitely be back quite a few times. Thanks for everything, it really was the best dining experience we’ve all had in a long time.

Well that was a shame, what a disappointing experience. Walking by and saw this venue, looked nice and also empty, which is a blessing on a sunny day like today. Arrived, ordered our drinks, sat for 15 minutes (bearing in mind this place is empty), so I decided to ask where they are? The guy told me they are on the way. He then comes back up and tells us he doesn't have what we ordered. So not only have we now wasted our time but the man serving us was totally dismissive. Super disappointing service. Suffice to say we walked out.

Absolutely the best! The best Old fashioned in area! Chicken skewers were soo fresh and outstanding! Hosts and waiters very polite, friends and efficient. Loved it and definitely will be coming back! Thank you for a great evening :)

It was our first time in Tettos,Just to say it was even better than we expected. The food tastes like real one, the place is beautiful apart of elegant also is romantic, and the service is remarkable! Plus a NHS discount!! 100% recommended!

From initial contact to paying our bill the experience was just brilliant. We needed to alter our booking and as we had paid a deposit it wasn’t something we could do online. I called and spoke to somebody who asked if I could call back in 15 mins when the manager would be in. I didn’t need to call back as, 15 minutes later, I got a call from the manager, Hasan, telling me it was all done… Great!! We arrived for our booking and every single aspect of the experience was just excellent. The service from Hasan and Cansel was absolutely flawless. The food though… wow!! Having just arrived back from NYC the steaks here were better than anything we had there (and, of course, far better value!!). The children shared the “Delight” steak and it was very kind of the kitchen to split it on to two plates with fries etc for each of them. I had the Dallas steak and my wife had the Fillet (huge, by the way!). All of the food was just amazing… perfectly cooked and flavoursome. The seasonal veg are not to be missed, either! The children finished with the Oreo Cookie Donuts. I didn’t get a look-in, but apparently they were amazing! I would recommend Tetto’s Hampstead to anybody. It is an amazing place with excellent food and great staff! 10/10

It was closed, at 10:30 pm on Sunday, though on the Overview they claimed they are open until midnight.

There Steak is one of the best I had.

The place is situated in a very Londonish area. Its beautifully decorated and the service is very good. Love the dinning area and the comfortable seats. I ordered the rose lemonade mocktail and bruschetta. It was lovely.

Really good food, the sides were impressively flavorful and a lot of them were a lovely veggie addition to the meaty mains. Cocktails were great and affordable and staff were attentive and you could tell they’re trying to make your experience better.

A wonderful place to eat food is 10/10 The atmosphere is extremely welcoming. Decor is new, roof top available during the summer. Birthday parties etc are hosted here to perfection. Sutible for a family meal as well as a date night seating upstairs and downstairs. Saltman can be requested on special occasions.
