TGI Fridays - Wembley in Brent

It's a lovely restaurant, the ultimate ribs were fantastic and hot and the service was very warm and welcoming. Will come again for sure.

Went on a Saturday lunchtime. Wasn't very busy. Waited a long time for drinks. Waited a long time for food. Lots of food sat under the heat lamps for a long time. Food and drinks came out in dribs and drabs rather than all together. Chips were nearly cold. Food was average. It was expensive.

Lashana and Shimoya Absolutely the best waitress and manager, Patient with the costumers and has such great skills, made me and my son feel special to be in the restaurant.

Overpriced food, and the taste is definitely not worth it. The service is okay. Place just feels a bit dirty. This is not what it used to be.

As someone who's working on my agoraphobia I struggle with new places... I've now travelled by train to Wembley and been to tgi's twice now!!! And I absolutely love it, the customer service is amazing all the employees are beautifully mannered and so welcoming, and I absolutely love it! Also the bbq are bloody delicious 😋

Visited this restaurant as we were shopping in LDO. Upon arrival at the reception, it was a mission to get the attention of a staff member. It was not even busy. Imagine what it would be like on busy days. Anyway, we ordered full sharing chicken wings, mozarella cheese dips, kids' chicken, chips, and garlic bread. The chicken wings were way too sour. No any check from the staff members asking if food was okay. Only saw them when asked for the bill. I thought I read 'kids eat free' outside the restaurant, but it was not the case. There is no way it would cost over £47 for chciken wings, mozarella cheese sticks, and 3 soft drinks. Overall, it was an unsatisfactory experience and wouldn't visit this place again.

came in on Sat for a nice January dinner away from the cold and my Fridays Wings was absolutely delicious! My servers Julian and Holly kept the dinner vibes hilarious with some witty football banter and quick cleaning after I left. 10/10 experience.

Was gonna attend this evening for food and drinks . After reading the reviews. Will wait until the staff have finished their chit chats and cleaned the place from ants. As it’s too cold to be having cold and expensive meals.

The food was great, starters were good & the beef burger was immense , cocktails 2 for 1 and had a good Pina collada. The service was good . The seating could do with updating/ repairing as a couple of the booths as our back rests weren’t solid so when people moved in and out we all moved either side of it , also a couple of booths by us had the same problem and you could see the gap between the seated part & back part . But as I say food and drinks were good !

Attended TGI Wembley with some visiting family, after a morning of shopping , over the festive season. We enjoyed some sharing platters , nibbles and drinks and were attended to by a lovely staff member, Luis. We found the food to be delicious, service good & friendly and there was even some live singing ! Great time had by all 👍

I went in the evening for dinner and I can honestly say I was thoroughly impressed by the food, cocktails and the service. The bartender on shift, Anisa, was very welcoming and kind. She made sure to check on me throughout the entirety of my stay and made me feel extremely welcome. The food was tasty and flavourful I really enjoyed my stay and I recommend everyone to come down and try it

We came yesterday for lunch and had a fantastic meal. Tahillah served us and was great- she treated us really well and we all left full and happy!

Emma and the team were fantastic, food came promptly and was good, service was brilliant, polite, courteous, accommodating and made our 5 year olds day with some cake and got the whole restaurant to clap and sing along to their upbeat, special birthday song! Would recommend!

*Update - Credit to TGI management, they promptly dealt with this matter when I contacted them! Quite impressed... I'm leaving this up as a positive point/to add context - to show that when an issue (such as I had) does occur, a large restaurant chain can still care these days and show good customer service in their response* Rarely do I bother with negative reviews, but today's experience was exceptionally shocking. *Prefix: this was a normal enough day, not a stadium event day* We entered just after 6pm, not super busy and we're quickly seated and orders taken promptly - all good so far. We made a point to say we needed to be out before 7pm, this was accepted by the server. It got to quarter to 7 and by that point the restaurant had gotten busier - but that's not our problem as we had long since had our order in. Starters arrived and we made a point to say can we have mains straight away, but we're told they'd not been started yet 'because it was busy' 🤦‍♂️ We reminded her of the earlier conversation but the zero caring continued.. NO apology, just shrugging shoulders. Whilst it wasnt her fault the kitchen was now busy, the lack of attention and attitude towards us customers was a really poor representation of the restaurant and brand. We asked to just cancel the rest of the order and pay but that got a grating response. Begrudgingly upon we paid due to being in a rush, but in hindsight should have asked to speak to the manager - or just walked as the server showed no Interest in even giving us the bill! But we're decent folks so waited.. Would have given zero for service if Google would let you. I'd have expected this rubbish on a stadium event day but if this was going to be a problem, mention at point of seating maybe??!! Advice to management - get some staff who give a toss and instill a culture of respect for good service.

It is not happening often, but today my family went to the restaurant for dinner,we get seated and we went out.... It was nearly empty restaurant when we arrived, but we still were waiting to be seated, because waiters were chatting and they didn't find it necessary to serve us. When finally waiter arrived, she didn't talk with us, counted how many of us are and took as to table, left menus on the table and off she went.... I didn't feel welcomed at all and we decided to leave... Is that something related for going into closing, I don't know....

I went out for dinner with my partner last night, we waited at the door for quite some time yet there were only 3 tables. the service was a bit disappointing which was unfortunate but the food was absolutely amazing! we were served by Stuart who did his best although was busy but he treated us okay, their were other members of staff roughly 2 ladies but couldn’t really be bothered to do much or be as attentive towards customers. but so far the food was good!

I came in on Sunday and the sweet young women serving me was an absolute star-Brianna. She was friendly, attentive, and made sure we felt welcome from the moment we sat down. She anticipated our needs, kept our drinks topped up, and checked in regularly without being intrusive.

Went last week with my niece and nephew and was welcomed by very friendly waitress grace and she made she were looked after and happy. Food was good and great experience would recommend.

The Potato skins were bland, Ribs were delicious but cold when it arrived, cocktails were OVERPRICED.

Having ordered drinks and given our order we waited 30 minutes with not even the drinks arriving. We were seated close to the pass and spent the time watching plates of food sitting under the lights uncollected. Some plates remained there the whole time we waited. We eventually just walked out when our requested to chase the drinks were ignored.

After several requests for drinks, they arrived with the main courses after the appetizers. They didn't pay attention to us. We had to ask for everything several times, and they also served them incorrectly. It was a huge disappointment.

Very slow service with an almost empty restaurant. The table was not cleared before dessert. The food was of average quality. We had to ask for the drinks again several times before they brought them out! I don't recommend it to anyone :(

Very friendly and welcoming as you walk in, I'm talking about the main guy, bald with a little bit of a limp. What a lovely man he was but I failed to get his name. The food was amazing, he adjusted our meeting making us comfortable, refilled our drinks, checked in every now and then to see if we were okay. Always smiling. Would deffo recommend. I do wish they had more seafood options tho or

Just visited here. The menu choices were rubbish and overpriced. The dessert choice was okay if you like chocolate. And we felt the service was very rushed. We had three courses and were in and out in 45 minutes. Next time we will be going back to Frankie and Benny's.

A manager called Sam who work at the wembley branch is always so welcoming and friendly, the difference with Sam is his great customer service is authentic! He easily makes you feel like you have done something special, making you feel like you are being rewarded when in fact it is Sam who needs this special treatment because he makes TGI Friday a very special place to visit!

Me and friends had a great time at Tgi’s with greatness service from Reneta and Emma!

We were seated near where they were washing up (next to the bar) and felt forgotten about. After finishing our mains nobody came to the table for another 30 minutes. They also forgot to bring me my side dish. Every time we tried to get a staff member’s attention we were ignored. We were given an ‘events menu’ instead of the normal menu - we only realised there was a ‘normal’ menu when we were given one for desserts later (was this correct??). The food was good but we feel like we missed out on a great menu as we were given a different one!

I went to the Wembley branch, I always go there my last visit was on the 23rd of November for my daughter birthday 🎂 they look after us very well .the customer service was on point..one of the Managers name was Sam the server was on point great service thank you 😊 we will definitely coming back.

Disappointing, been to many tgi fridays, and my children love them. This visit was meant to be a treat, but staff could not be bothered to actually serve us, had to track them down to order things, kids hots dogs were like rubber, sent back twice, still just as bad and no apology, I love the food there, but everyone else's was mediocre or not good at all. The kids have been put of tgi fridays for life sadly

Friendly staff, and quick service. But terrible menu variety and the food was bad quality, dry and boring and very over priced. Also with things lacking on our plate that were written on the menu.
