El servicio era terrible y los precios bajos realmente reflejan la mala calidad de la comida. Lo del pollo y langostino fue horrible 🤢 nos quejamos y cancelamos nuestra red debido a la respuesta grosera del gerente afirmando que solo queríamos entrantes gratis, ¡qué insultante! ! ! ! Como si eso no fuera suficiente, el gerente luego sugirió que normalmente tiene personas de clase mucho más alta que asisten a su restaurante, como wft, tan insultante que estuve con mis dos hijos y mi esposo. Las estrellas cero se mantienen alejadas a toda costa.

Comimos en Thai Spice el sábado 12 de octubre. Era una reserva de grupo grande y fue una sorpresa para el cumpleaños de mi pareja. El personal, en particular el gerente, era muy servicial y servicial. Nos permitieron tener toda la zona de abajo para nuestro grupo, nos dejaron traer un altavoz para tocar nuestra propia música, y nos dejaron traer globos y un pastel. El gerente incluso se involucró completamente con la sorpresa y apagó las luces abajo cuando mi compañero llegó. Realmente fueron más allá para hacer de la noche un gran éxito y tanta diversión. Sin duda volveríamos. La comida era deliciosa también, y BYOB funcionó muy bien para nosotros. Un par de cosas que sugerimos es proporcionar jarras de refrescos en lugar de botellas individuales, y tener un gasto mínimo por persona en lugar de decirle a todos que tienen que pedir una comida principal (algunos del grupo querían entrantes en su lugar). Un lugar tan encantador, la comida es genial. Panang currie y Tom yam son muy sabrosos. El servicio es amable y acogedor cada vez.

I was staying in Shoreditch with my family for the evening and we were spoilt for choice for places to eat and landed here, we were so glad we did! The staff were very friendly, the recommendations were great and the food delicious. Perfect portion sizes and reasonably priced. We'd definitely return if we were back in the area.

Visited with my family on a Saturday evening and we all thoroughly enjoyed our food. The chicken burger was great, cooked nicely in a lovely soft sweet bun with tasty sauce too. Accompanied by fantastic coleslaw and perfectly cooked sweet potato fries. A nice place to eat and good value. The staff were also delightful too.

If you are going first time, ask for recommendation from mgmt. I found the items i ordered to be very rich in spice and there was a depth of flavours to them. Enjoyed it throughly. I recommend it to myself to go there again.

We ordered number 28 & 30 with a side. Food is very salty oily and does not taste like authentic Thai food. The chicken was over cooked. Service was poor. They don’t accept card, just cash and bank transfer, looks like some tax avoidance is going on here. Not cool.

The absolute best experience every single time!! I've come here 3-4 times with family and friends and each time it has been a phenomenal experience! Food always tastes amazing, and the mock tails are incredible! customer service is wonderful, they treat you as if you're family, so polite, kind and friendly!! They really do go out of their way to ensure you have a great experience! One of the best places about!

The food is very sweet, got too much sugar. It is not authentic Thai food that I was expected. We ordered spicy Yum Tom, chicken curry and special Thai fried rice. We didn’t finish the food.

Excellent experience from staff and welcoming 🙏. Before Thai Spice, I always to go to a Chinese restaurant 'Red Dragon' for soup 🍲 however, they closed permanently during lockdown. In 2020, I had seen them opening up this store 'Thai Spice ' but never came to this restaurant. In late 2021 I had came with my folks first time to dine. Eventually from there I came and found similar soup and to this day I always order the usual and changes being made. They also have an outdoor shisha lounge if you are interested in vibing at the restaurant. 10/10 taste and welcoming atmosphere.

We have been here for dinner, very enjoyable experience, good quality food with generous portions. Very good customer service, definitely much better than the average! I will definitely come back.

You are in the city of Londen and do only take cash. This is the first mistake with this company. The service is horribly slow and without any smile. Last but not least they serve the wrong dish from the order. The restaurant interior is also without much taste. Not recommended for a nice evening out!

Visited restaurant tonight and can only say that this is one of the best Thai meals I have had in a long time. Very authentic and staff were brilliant. Definitely worth a visit . Also it’s BYOB, which is also a bonus.
