The Alexander Hay in Southwark

Paramos en su casa solo para tomar una cerveza, después de caminar por las orillas del Támesis. Bellamente arreglado, en una bodega - como sótano. No muy concurrido, un jueves, alrededor de las 17: 30 . El personal está bien, un lugar al que nos gustaría volver.

Vinimos por algo de comida y bebidas como un cuarteto de amigos. Era una noche más tranquila debido a que el fútbol se jugaba en otros lugares. Sin embargo, el personal era atento y la calidad de los alimentos y bebidas alta.

El restaurante se encuentra dentro de la galería Hays cerca de la estación de London Bridge. Tuvimos un delicioso almuerzo antes de visitar Tower Bridge. El pastel de pescado de eglefino y ensalada era sabroso. Excelente servicio a pesar de que estaba por su cuenta cuando estuvimos allí. Aún tenía tiempo para sus clientes. Iría allí de nuevo.

Tuve una visita encantadora aquí. El equipo era muy servicial y amable. La comida y las bebidas eran preciosas. El lugar está bien cuidado y muy limpio.

5-Jul-23: Visited for drinks & dinner on a Wednesday evening. Great service. Decent pub food. V well stocked bar and good choice of wines on offer. No mobile signal but free WiFi.

I was at this venue for a Christmas party. The food from the hot buffet was tasty and plentiful, the bar staff were helpful and it was a nice environment. The only downside was that the music was just too loud to be able to have a conversation from the start of the evening, lots of people gravitated to the rear and of the venue to get round this. It must be a good place for food and / or drinks and is in a prime location.

We had a friends Christmas party here and the food and staff were perfection. They went out of their way to provide us with the best service, table location and gorgeous food. The surrounding pubs had issues so all the overflow went to the Alexander Hays making them extremely busy but the staff handled it with professionalism and positive attitudes. The whole table (12 of us) already want to book in again for next year.

Worse service I have ever countered over an hour to be seated and even longer to get main. People ended leaving before the main arrived even after explaining the need of urgency to the staff.

Lovely Restaurant In The Galleria near Tower bridge . Booked for a Christmas lunch with friends, Ambience was great, service superb and the food was so good, we had 3 courses all we’re plated lovely and the main course of which we had different types were well presented hot and tasty. We had a cracker and a Santa hat which was a nice touch, table booked for 2.5 hrs we stayed for 3.5 hrs, the staff very efficient and pleasant would recommend this restaurant to anyone

This was gem in Hays Galleria, we had a great time, we had gone there for a drink, but decided to stay for dinner as the atmosphere is very warm and inviting. It was busy as people were having their Christmas parties, however the staff are amazing especially Ester who waited our table. Please do try the slow cooked Lamb shank with minted gravy, cooked to perfection the meat just fell off the bone, the food is definitely on point here and the Chef should be commended on the quality of food and the presentation of it too, for pub grub it was excellent and I will definitely be visiting again and telling all my friends too!

I organised work drinks for a large group at the Alexander Hay in Nov. From start to finish the staff (Dave and Matt) were so helpful when it came to picking a space to reserve and working out how much food and drink to order. We reserved the private space towards the back and the drinks were ready and waiting when we arrived so there was no awkward waiting around. The staff were very attentive throughout the night and the food platters were hot and brought out in good time. We had so many compliments on the night about the choice of venue and the delicious food and everyone really enjoyed themselves. Thanks again Dave, Matt and the Alexander Hay team!
