We had a joint 90th birthday party for my mum & dad. Being the host it was hard to tell everyone that they needed to put their regesteration numbers into a machine in the atrium. We told a lot of people but a lot were charged 100 pound fine by parking eye. We contacted Lucinda etc and was told that it was nothing to do with them but my daughter in law is a neonatal nurse at the childrens hospital sheffield and their car park is operated by parking eye and if they have a problem with parents etc visiting they can get it wavered. MY son also visited Miller & Carter in Grantham and got a ticket from parking eye which they were able to resind .So please be aware that the atrium absolutly refuse to help .They had no signs up in their venue and although they said a member of staff would tell people not everyone was told. Why they carn't put a laminated notice on the tables just to say don't 4get to put your reg in the machine is beyond me or better still get a member of staff to anounce it on a p.a system.

Would not recommend this place to anyone! Attended a family members 90th birthday celebration. Buffet was put out over 30 minutes later than requested. Food was cold. Some of the buffet ordered was missing. Minimal servings. Only item that was plentiful was chips. Staff unfriendly, particularly the host. Icing on the cake was that staff were meant to inform guests to register their cars. Which they did not. Resulting in several guests getting parking fines. Staff unhelpful and uninterested in regards to this matter. I myself work in a place where we often get customers parking fines waivered. Overall, very poor customer service.

Very good full English breakfast and the wife had a lovely bagel with sausage, bacon and egg. Latte was very good and service was excellent.

10th February, a Latino event fundraising for Weston Park Cancer charity. What a fabulous evening, it was faultless. Huge thanks to Lucinda and staff, the band, and dancers, who taught us a little how to Salsa. The chef, the food was amazing, and plentiful. The feedback from guests has inspired us to do this again. On the night we raised £823, a wonderful total. Xxx

After many lovely visits to the Atrium, last weekend was really not a good experience. I promised my daughter a lunch after hours of dancing. We arrived just before 2.30pm and queued. My daughter already knew what she wanted. When we got to the till I had the underwhelming feeling of MCDONALD'S!!!! "We have stopped serving food at 2.30"!!! No apology, nothing! I did say my daughter only wanted a wrap but that was not possible!!!! So, for lunch my daughter ended up having a piece of UNhealthy, UNnutrition CAKE!!! I ordered her an iced caramel latte to cheer her up, however, I have to say, it was the most discusting one we have had and she left it all. Mcdonald's ones are far better! Customer service really needs improving! Very disappointed!!!!

My husband and I attended a dear friend’s 50th birthday celebration. The evening was perfect. Beautiful buffet and the friendliness of the owners and staff was unsurpassed. We weren’t aware of the Atrium’s existence before the party but we are now delighted to have found this little gem of a place. We will definitely visit again when we’re in the area 😊

Sat here for 30 mins now at a dirty table, completely ignored by staff who are sat having dinner. It says table service on a big board which is a joke! Someone just came in and has been served first. Try to support local but at least I get served elsewhere. It's not busy either.

I’ve been visiting here for over ten years. Today we waited 20 minutes to be served and forty minutes before a scrambled egg bagel arrived by which time my coffee was cold. Scrambled egg tasted ok but looked like chopped fried egg. The people on the next table told us they paid only 50% of their bill due to the quality of the food. Such a shame !!

Went last weekend to try the new Sunday lunch menu. I had homemade soup for starter and sea bass (fish of the day) and my partner had meatballs for starter and lamb shank main. It was absolutely delicious and food came out in no time! Also pleased to see the staff and cafe abiding by covid rules with one way system, social distancing of tables and staff wearing masks. Will be returning soon :)

My mum has been a lucky recipient of a beautiful meal delivered weekly by the wonderful people at Atrium during this pandemic. She and I are both in the extremely clinically vulnerable group and shielding and therefore unable to go out. I do not live locally and knowing that she has been enjoying the meal has been a comfort. She tells me that the lady delivering the meal is lovely - she even brought a foldup table to place the meal on, to prevent mum having to bend down to pick it up as she struggles to do so. I cannot thank the atrium enough - what an amazing, kind gesture. As soon as we are able, I will bring mum to the Atrium and I look forward to thanking you in person. Wishing you lots of luck with re opening and hope to see you soon. Many thanks again.

Did you know, although closed atm due to Covid, these wonderful people have been freshly preparing and delivering freshly cooked delicious meals for free to local vulnerable people from their kitchens, every single week! They are nutritious and tasty! Thank you, thank you, thank you to the Atrium owners and staff.

We had a family Christmas meal for 10 people… fantastic food… The Venison Stew was lovely, as was the starters.. service impeccable… staff very friendly… my 7 year son, who’s particular about his sausages - ate them all… the menu has a good choice of dishes , while being different from the normal pub grub that’s around… can’t fault the food… we’ll be back…

Food was prepared quickly, collected, and served at home. When opening the container, I was hit with a bad-smelling sweet and sour odor. The served food was very disappointing. The chicken, which was supposed to be crispy/fried, it was wet and slimy. It tasted like cooking oil/fat. The vegetables were uncut and massive compared to the chicken. The meal was comparable to a microwave meal. If I had to choose between buying food from jade garden or having a microwave meal, I know which I would choose—simply because I know I could finish a microwave meal.
