Bit short on potatoes in the sag aloo

Not very happy on this occasion, The same sauce was used for my prawn curry and the chicken dish which I ordered? Also, I was given poppadams but no sauce or salad.

Must be a different chef this time as the vegetarian dishes had alot mote salt and fat.Tje Makhi roti was also heavily salted.The dahi bale were tiny this time.The chicken puri was salty with extra oil too..Onky received almost half kadi pakora box this time.Never had any of these issues before.Plesse do compensate for next time by adding an extra Makki roti without salt.Thank you.

We used to order regularly but today they seems to have sent reheated stale food. For ex. Garlic Chilli Fish starter seems to have been microwaved directly from frozen. Same was the case for most food items. Probably will never order again.

Chicken/Lamb were too oily and uncooked pieces. Paneer was too oily and hardly any Paneer and bulked out with peppers and onions. Naan was stale, more like shop bought definitely not freshly cooked. Daal was watery. Basically could NOT eat any of the food and was very embarrassing as we had guests over. Had to order food from elsewhere.

The food was not great, the chaat was soggy and the mixed grill arrived cold and tasteless

Not sure about this place anymore. The lamb curry container wasn’t full as it used to be. Onions aren’t cooked down in the curry. Everything is heavily spiced and tasted very similar.

Lovely sarson da saag but the onions, ginger/garlic is still undercooked & not roasted enough.Don't think instructions get read! Over time the fat & salt content has increased.Not good for health which spoils the flavoyr & apperance of the curries too.The koftas in the curry were too soft & salty & then the gravy had excess salt too. The paneer in the pea curry was lovely but again too salty.All curries were beautifully piping hot.The tandoori naan was missing but received tandoori roti instead.

Preorder delivered on the dot.Request was to roast onions & garlic well in saag.They were roasted better but could be roasted further.The khadi pakora was tasty but the excess coriander seeds let it down.The pakoras lacked spinach with too many onions.Less salt in the pakoras & curry would be so much better.Would still order from our favourite place.

Mouth watering sarson saag but a little too many undercooked onions in there each time. All this fat in saag really does ruin it.We keep stating lower salt & fat is needed.It must change.Otherwise it is lovely homestyle Punjabi cooking.

Best garlic nan I ever ate! Butter chicken was great too and shahi paneer was yummy! I orders many dips to eat with poppadom too! The chicken on the butter chicken doesn’t seem to be chicken breast I think it’s boneless chicken or thigh. Also too much gravy and too less paneer lately. They followed order noted and their food is nice I order through different apps and at my old address a lot.

lovely homestyle cooking but less salt needed.The freshness, temperature & taste is lovely but less onions in the saag needed that need a full roast and browned off.The khadi pakora is beautiful.The tandoori roti too but the maki roti far too small for the price.Otherwise a lovely tasty meal.

Food was delicious, nicely packed very flavouring. Only issue was the lamb chops. The were overcooked totally burnt. You could smell the burnt smell as we opened the container. They were not eatable as the were burnt and hard. Had to dispose of them.

This review doesn’t do justice, ordered a lamb keema and nan and both were very exceptionally well cooked, the lamb keema was not drenched in oil and was superb, the nan was nicely cooked and flavoured and they even topped off the dish with a nice pot of onions and papadoms, absolutely fantastic food and service! Well Done.

Ordered a meal via Deliveroo, was quoted 60 minutes to get delivery, chased after 75 minutes and was told that driver on his way and it will be another 30 mintes ( address max 15 mins drive away). CAlled again 40 minutes later only to be told that driver n his way and should be another 15 minutes. Asked to cancel the order as by this point everyone was too hungry to wait for food and too upset at been lied to. Told that i can't cancel the order as food alredy cooked. Waited another 20 minutes only for a message to come through that my order has been cancelled!!!! WOULD NEVER TRY AND ORDER FROM THIS PLACE AGAIN!!!!

“I wouldn’t suggest ordering British Indian curries reading some bad reviews below” however I called them prior to ordering and the manager or owner answered. He made sure the food is exactly how I wanted it to be as my children were supposed to be eating. I had also ordered papadoms and they gave me extra. I did however have a small issue with their chaats in the past, but butter chicken and shahi paneer is always a winner. Bear in mind if you want to order British Indian curry’s it’s best to order from local takeaways who are Bengali owners as this is usually made food served in Britain for over 70 years. Indians, Pakistani and Bangladeshi themselves don’t eat that.

I called prior to ordering, was a while ago. They made order as how I wanted it to be, as the kids were supposed to be eating. Thank, you the manager/owner was very nice and delivery driver was very friendly I have ordered from them in the past but there was once I didn’t like the order. I have ordered via Uber eats too in the past. Can’t go wrong with them and remember. There is a difference in Asians when you order food and Punjabis are always better and honest in that sense.

Huge portions! I seriously over ordered. 4 sheek kebabs as a starter for example.

Ordered a chicken dhansak got a stupid, tasteless, simple chicken curry. When I called up I was told that is how they make it. TO MAKE IT WORSE THERE WAS NO LENTILS EVEN INSIDE THE CURRY, THEY DID NOT EVEN TRY TO ATLEAST ADD THAT!!! The lamb Bhuna was freestyled like HOW HARD IS IT TO FOLLOW SIMPLE RECIPES. That chef does not know how to cook they definitely spoiled our night.

Always a great vibe with the locals, this is definitely my go to place for a good punjabi meal. Their punjabi lamb and chicken manchurians paired with a garlic naan are to die for! Also drinks and very reasonably priced, they always show all the matches and everyone is super friendly

Favourite Indian food in the area, would 100% recommend. Good quality/ portions sizes are great, we always have leftovers.

Food was delicious as per usual but i have left 3 stars on the quality as the portion sizes were so tiny. both curries were just swimming in curry sauce not many pieces with both curries which is not normal for this restaurant at all. hope this will not be the case next time.

Ordered first for our mini party out of 4 places, the last to arrive by over 40mins. When it did arrive probably the worst mix grill I have seen in my life, all cold and lamb dried as possible. The only tasty element was the tandoori chicken so not going to order again unfortunately.

Overall great food especially the biryani. I'd avoid spinach based dishes, it's out of the can and not fresh.

Didn’t really taste like takeaway whilst the food was not greasy any plentiful it felt like a curry made at home. The saga-loo had about one piece of potato then was mostly spinach and very strong in flavour. The Curries were way too hot/spicy sadly the only one in 4 people that could manage it was my hubby. Bread was very nice thou.

First i thought maybe you put 2 portions in to one bag, but its only 5 pcs in a bag so can’t be two portions and cost £14.20 in a bag. Please can you be careful next time. It was the kids dinner 😫

ORDERED QUITE LATE AT NIGHT FOOD WAS HOT AND TASTED FRESH. WOULD ORDER AGAIN

Just ordered a super large mix grill to be delivered to Romford. Almost 1:5 hours later the food turned up and was cold. Opened the main mix grill box and there were no masala chips, the meats were not cooked properly. I cut one of the lamb chops and it was all pink inside. Hardly ate any of the food and I had to throw most of the food away. I have called the restaurant and left several messages but they haven't bothered to call me back. Never again!!!

Worst place ever, thieves and dishonest management

Food was very tasty and the portions generous. The restaurant is a little further than what we would usually order, however, food was so good that we'll be ordering again.
