Ordered a BEST, very greasey and soggy , poor quality sausage, really fatty bacon and very poor quality bread.

Waste of money. They swapped broccoli for brown hard Brussels sprouts. Carrots were whole. No cabbage even though it stated it came with it. Carrots and swede was brown and pretty sure out of a bag. Mash potato was ok. Chicken was nice but but minimal. 1 roast potato that was too hard to eat. Gravy was questionable. Stuffing was ok but crispy. It was over an hour late however it was still hot. Went in the bin, wasn't edible.

We’d planned a walk up to Scholes to go to the pub for a Sunday dinner time drink, but as we were 5 minutes early and hadn’t had breakfast 🙄we decided to take advantage of the nice weather and sit outside the baker and the sandwichmaker . Two excellent sausage sandwiches and two coffees later and we were set for the day! Lovely friendly staff, good food and quick service. With the bill coming to £6.80 this could be our new Sunday place! We will definitely return.

After walking past this many times, we decided to stop when out on a Sunday. Very friendly service, excellent wide choice of options. Food freshly cooked, very tasty and filling. Had a bacon and sausage sarnie, not skimpy on portions. Coffee was excellent

Visited this local cafe for brunch. Has recently changed hands and the welcome was far warmer than from the previous owner. The staff were friendly and attentive and the food and drinks arrived in a short space of time. The kedgeree was absolutely amazing and comes highly recommended… as does the carrot cake. Will definitely be visiting again soon

Lovely little cafe in the middle of this department store/outlet comfortable warm seating in an open setting. Good selection of cakes and sandwiches for a lite lunch. Staff were polite and friendly and very industrious in their roles, seeing to customers, clearing and cleaning tables quickly and efficiently and generally being very busy. I had a chicken, bacon and barbecue sauce panini which was nicely presented with a basic salad with a balsamic glaze and coleslaw which was very tasty and a very tick portion of apple pie and pouring cream. A very pleasant experience and would recommend.

Having visited previously for a works Christmas lunch and had a dreadful meal, we knew it was under new ownership and having seen the menu decided to try it again. We were delighted that we had risked it as the change in food was a total about turn. Fabulous starters, all mains were very good with fresh vegetables and delicious desserts. Fantastic, just how it should be done. No comparison to the previous visit.
