The service we received from Daniel at front of house was EXCEPTIONAL. He went above and beyond to make our visit special. After a disastrous day, Daniel managed to accommodate us on one of Baths busiest days. He was kind, professional and charismatic. We were so impressed we've booked to come back for breakfast in the morning. We will also be recommending Coppa club to ALL our friends and family. Daniel is a credit to your company. Daniel and the rest of the team were absolute STARS!!!

I went there for lunch on Sunday, and even if I come from London and it’s a Coppa Club near by my job, I still never tried. Actually very good experience, tried 2 different pasta plates , now for sure I will have them in London branch. Staff very friendly, atmosphere very nice. Good job guys

Visited on a Friday evening - restaurant was relatively quiet. Staff were friendly and attentive, food was really good. We had the grilled chicken which I would recommend. Nice atmosphere - if a little bit quiet.

What a lovely restaurant! The food was on point, especially the garlic and mozzarella pizzetta; however, a touch more seasoning on the steak would have been perfect. The atmosphere was vibrant, and I loved how clean everything was. Service from the team was friendly, but a quick check-in would have made it even better. Overall, a fantastic spot that I’d happily recommend!

Dreadful place, do not eat here.

I love this restaurant. I was in Bath for 7 days and returned almost daily for the winter salad with beet dressing. I’ve been craving those roasted hazelnuts ever since. Loved the middle seating area as it’s colorful and cozy with a fireplace. The salads are so flavorful.

This looked good from the outside BUT when you have to pay £30 plus pounds for two below average drinks and a tiny miniature bowl of nuts you feel like you’ve been robbed and take my advice people this is a complete joke/ rip off

Decent bar, very cozy atmosphere. Bar staff are friendly and welcoming. Seat and decor is sophisticated. I had a whisky sour, which was nice enough.

Basicly a weatherspoons but more expensive for what you get.

Loved this place. In Bath for a weekend and popped in having been shopping all day, so in need of a drink! Great choice of cocktails and excellent service. Decided to have breakfast the next day, while it was more expensive than our hotel, the nearby Radisson, it was far better, with a better atmosphere. Well worth a visit.

I visited with my dad on Sunday 15th Dec for brunch. I wasn't overly impressed to be honest. It was far too busy and noisy, the staff seemed rushed and distracted and the food wasn't brilliant. I had measly slice of sourdough and a scraping of avocado wasn't ideal, but the eggs were nice. The food looked like it had been slapped on a plate that was too big for the portion size. Another annoying thing was that we had to wait until our food arrived to receive our drinks...sitting without a drink for 20 minutes just seemed odd to me. I should say that although it was busy, the staff were actually lovely and very friendly. Overall, it wasn't great experience and I won't be rushing to go back.

Again, another pleasing experience at The Bath Townhouse. I struggle to find places to eat out with an allergy to garlic. Restaurants find it hard to contemplate and are almost fearful telling me all food has garlic and thats usually where the journey ends. The Bath Townhouse however are outstanding with their approach and accommodating when I visit. They are always friendly and helpful. Its a great experience for a person who is so restricted by restaurants. Even though I am restricted by choices, what i can order is always delicious and tasty. Very Happy. Always makes my day.

After getting into bath just before 9 we really were finding it hard to get somewhere to eat that not only had gluten free options but that would allow children in so late, the coppa club was about the 5 places we walked in and was meet by such friendly staff and a yes to everything we were looking for. The food was amazing and all staff from beginning to end could not do enough for us would highly recommed. Millie our server was brilliant and made what was beginning to look like a bleak evening into an amazing night.

Popped in for quick drinks hoping with calming romantic vibes too and I got my perfect night in as I expected. We had margarita, old fashioned for the first round and we did smells before tasting - as a bartender, this is real good ingredient would definitely come back again in less busy night.

Had the Plancha sharer, which is only large enough if you're sharing with yourself, and even then you'd have to be one of The Borrowers to feel satisfied by the portion. The flatbread was the size of a baby's shoe, but slightly less tasty. Ordered fries too, but they forgot them, so they turned up halfway through the 'Feast of Tom Thumb'. Order on your phone, then get charged a 12.5% 'service fee'. Must be a very long walk walk from the kitchen to the table I guess. All style and no substance. Shame.

Extremely rude waitress - I visited Bath yesterday to meet some friends for lunch and I chose here as haven’t visited before. The waitress was very extremely rude and as she was the only server, I decided to leave. She was clearly very busy but still doesn’t excuse rudeness.

Nice & cosy place, in the centre of Bath. Been there several times, always had a good experience. It's a tad odd you cannot remove the service charge when ordering via your phone, although it's not a biggie.

What a place and what friendly and helpful staff - biggest smiles I’ve seen today. We were told Bath is a dog friendly place; well I guess that depends on whether you mind eating outside on a November morning; Coppa were different. Come in, take a seat, here’s a bowl for the boys. Stayed for a few drinks and a spot of lunch; we all had a great time / thank you.

Seems chaotic as though it’s a newly opened restaurant. My friend had to send her steak back as was not cooked to how she ordered it and was not worth the £34 price.

Look I know this is not the US but the food took forever to get to us. Other people were getting their food before us that came in later than us. The interior looks great but they need to step it up with the service. It should not take an hour to get my food!

One of the tastiest restaurants I've tried in England!!! Very nice environment, large spaces, very clean and the staff is very friendly and very helpful! It is located in the very center of the city!!! Highly recommend to anyone in Bath!!!

Staff completely inexperienced. Worst customer service during all our London trip. And this is saying a lot, we went to over 40 establishments and were never treated so poorly.

It was OK. Had the offer x2 drinks for £10. Margarita was two SIP and glass empty. Happy to pay a bit more and enjoy my drink. The service was good. Friendly staff. Setup is nice. No snacks with drinks.

Coppa never disappoints! I'm normally a customer at the one in London, but this one has nothing to envy with their famous igloos! Excellent food served in record time, very kind staff and they offered us a glass of prosecco knowing it was our anniversary! Thank you, you are a guarantee as always!!

Mi hija de 18 años y amigos comieron mal esta noche ya que el camarero no podía molestarse en escribir su pedido. Podría ser incómodo estar allí sin una almohadilla, pero cuando la mayor parte del pedido está mal como resultado, no es divertido. Las chicas pidieron un entrante de pollo compartido , una pizza, el pastel de pescado (y el camarero comprobó lo que iba con él) y un fish and chips. Salió la pizza , más el entrante , un plato de eglefino , y dejó completamente fuera el fish and chips , por lo que el Eglefino tuvo que volver y las chicas esperar el pastel de pescado , además de esperar el fish and chips como se le ordenó . ¿Cómo puedes perderte una comida entera? Mi amiga hija se sentó durante 20 minutos comiendo su pizza sola. Ridiculous. El camarero que tomó la orden no se molestó en disculparse así que no volveremos. Todo estilo sobre sustancia.

On a recent visit to Bath, we came across The Bath Townhouse. We tried them for brunch on our first morning in the city, the vibe was lovely, and the staff were very friendly and attentive. The brunch was most enjoyable. So we decided to try them again in the evening. Again, as in the morning, the evening staff were equally as friendly, and the service was excellent, and the food (we both tried their pizzas) was most enjoyable. If you are coming to Bath and want to enjoy a nice meal in a relaxed atmosphere with good service and friendly staff, then I can recommend the Bath Townhouse

Service was friendly. But food is substandard. Small portions - even if you order the full portion - and food was lukewarm. Even when I reported it, I received lukewarm pasta again on a new plate.

El filete de costilla no era costilla, tenía un hueso unido y por lo tanto no pesaba 10 onzas de carne, la camarera no sabía qué filete era el medio raro que pedí pero era medio y duro y la salsa bearnesa era líquida y no sabía a mantequilla o estragón. I loved my coopa club burger and it came very fast! There was also a private function upstairs and seemed very vibey.

Really enjoyed some light bites shared with my wife for dinner. Staff more than happy to accommodate a change to a cocktail for us. Loved the ambience and the music was quiet enough to hear each other.

food was really nice. waited 20 mins for food and waited 30 mins for our drinks which wasn’t great. service was lovely and inviting- but unfortunately slow drinkswise. would come again! food was really tasty- expect that our drinks order got lost behind the bar so don’t expect this will be most peoples experience!

Best resturant experience in UK and I have been traveling with the family to UK every year now for the last four heats for vacation. The service was excellent and they gave all my 3 kids crayons for drawing during the wait time for the food. All the dishes we ordered were perfect they have really delicious pizzas. The atmosphere was amazing and they had really nice facility including big seating areas and toilets were clean and spacey. I would recommend this for anyone visiting Bath that wants to have a nice meal and enjoy to come here. Will try their other branches if I can as they have in London and others from what I understand from the waiter.

Great breakfast here and the waiting staff were very friendly and chatty with our two year old, which always makes such a difference. Kefir pancakes were really good as was my husband’s skillet breakfast.

Only had a pot of tea and some water but this place was great. The service was great the atmosphere ( we sat outside) was awesome and it was really great value. The cuts are sooooo comfy. Is definitely recommend stopping and having a drink.

Coppa club are a bit hit or miss - The Bath Townhouse was unfortunately a miss for us. Can’t fault the staff they were polite , friendly and helpful although there didn’t seem to be enough working as they were all quite rushed. We sat in the back half of the restaurant which curiously has a server station right in the middle of it obscuring the view of the restaurant , not clear why this need to be here as there is another just to the side of it against the wall. We were sat at the table just behind the server station and it wasn’t the nicest view. Food as always with Coppa Club was hit and miss , some dishes have good portions and are reasonable value for money and other just disappoint and make you feel like some on just did an number on you. Burgers and pizza were good but the fish and chips was a measly portion of fish and way smaller than i have seen served in other restaurants.

Since our last visit to Coppa Club in Bath they have introduced a "Bar Service only" in the lovely light and open front part of the lounge. This meant a 5-person lunch order was split into "Small dishes" arriving as starters and "main dishes" coming out later. Waiter service would have identified this and we would all have dined together, but not this time. Josh was very helpful and explained this new setup and how much trouble it had caused. Why change a great formula? There appears to be no internal communication system of customer feedback and we were told to review publicly so that someone "higher up" might pick up on this. I'm giving more stars than this experience deserved because of previous wonderful experiences at Coppa Club ..... but they need to keep waiter service as it has always been one of their great strengths and a reinforcement of goodwill.

I recently visited The Bath Townhouse with some friends for drinks. It has a nice buzzy atmosphere, and was a lovely spot for some Saturday night drinks. The cocktails and drinks list is extensive, and offers a wide selection. I had a Negroni and a Margarita and both were superbly made. My only grievance is that service can be very slow. We visited earlier in the evening and waited over 10 minutes to be acknowledged and given menus, then a further 15 minutes for drinks. The service was very friendly however. Overall - it's a nice spot for some pre or post-dinner drinks, and although not the cheapest spot for a drink in Bath, it's certainly worth the price tag.

Staff was friendly, however we ordered tea and instead received a glass of water with a lemon. And was told that it was actual tea… when we asked about it the waiter argued and said it was real tea and that he watched them make it, but it was just water with a lemon. It’s not a bad spot just make sure to clarify exactly what you want before you order.

Came to the restaurant, approached the bar, and there he was: a slim dude in a white shirt, guarding the entrance like the bouncer of an exclusive club from behind the bar. He told us to sit in the front, apparently unaware that the cafe bar area has chairs so low they're practically on the floor. I asked if we could sit in the restaurant area, seeing as it was clearly empty. With a face that looked like I just asked him to solve a math problem, he replied, "Do you have a reservation?" Knowing the fact that only 3 tables occupied sitting in the restaurant area. Anyways, we sat down because, well, we were hungry. Ordered a non-alcoholic Guinness but got a full-strength one instead. After realizing I was getting tipsy off my 'sober' drink, I shrugged it off—no worries, right? Hearing the another customer making comment about her look saying she will be 40 soon when I had a look she was more likely 60 start to thinking to myself are they spiking peoples drinks or she's going in to midlife crisis already anyways . Then came the starters: pizzetta, aka garlic bread doing the backstroke in oil. I'm pretty sure climate change took a hit from all that oil. Mains arrived, and my partner's fish cakes were so bad that even Marks and Spencer's frozen section would be ashamed. My fish and chips? The batter was in an abusive relationship with the fish—it had beaten all the meat out of it. I think the mushy peas were victims of a drought; clearly, climate change struck again. As for the mayo, it was so salty I suspect they're in league with the salt company. And those fries? They were covered in enough sea salt flakes to trigger another drought in my mouth. If you're looking for a dining experience that doubles as a lesson in extreme seasoning and environmental issues, this is your place!

It started off ok, people were friendly on arrival, waited ages to get a drink or nibbles but maybe they assumed I wanted to wait for other guests. I grabbed someone's attention eventually who was a little abrupt and said I'll get someone to come over. Starters/nibbles were great Ordered the carbonara, it was awful, pasta was so hard and the bacon was thin and so overcooked it was crunchy. And the whole dish was so salty. I left half of it and only ate that much because I had not eaten all day. My friends sweet potato were missed so she had eaten most of her main before they arrived. No apology or acknowledgement of error. I ordered an Irish coffee and it was vile, no sugar and could barely taste alcohol. I literally only had two sips and left it. Throughout the evening and even when handed the bill, no one asked how the meal was or asked why I left the Irish coffee. If I had been given the chance to feed back, I would not have felt the need to write here. Shame as we have a lot of work events in Bath, will not be back or recommend this place.

Great place to meet with friends in town, the food is good and reasonably priced. Service was a little slow, but we were told that our server was on her first shift, still being trained, so we didn’t mind too much. Will definitely return!

Not a huge menu but everything we ordered was excellent.....best Sticky Toffee Pudding I've ever had (and I've had a few!).

A charming well appointed bar offering breakfast, brunch, coffee and the usual wine bar drinks. We found the service very good and the online table payment worked a treat. Very enjoyable.

The food was really good, but I did feel like the serving was smaller than what I've seen so far. If I'd have known that I might have ordered something else. After walking all day I needed the extra calories.

Went in sat down. Not many people in at that time. Service was good. Food what I had was good specially the steak rib eye. But could had more on the plate for how much it cost.

First time here just meeting family for morning coffee so can't review the food. However we looked at the menu and decided we would come back another day for lunch. Staff very friendly and service was good. Mum had a complimentary glass of bubbly as it was her 90th birthday! 🥂

Went on Bank Holiday Monday Lovely and stylish place, and busy. Have ordered tuna steak with some veg. Tuna was tasteless and so were the veg. I ate anyway as I was hungry and paid £25 for this haha. After that I've asked for the dessert menu. Waited for about 20 min, no dessert menu, so I asked for bill and left Good rose though 👍

Nice layout and ambiance unfortunately spoiled by lackluster if not dangerous food. My main course chicken was undercooked and raw. Drew it to the attention of our server who responded with ‘oh sorry about that’ and that was the end of it. No follow up nothing. Not impressed as this is potentially a food safety issue. Thank you for the response. I know how to use a prob the center body of the meat was cooked but as can be seen from the picture the end section was not. Raw and sinuous.

Terrible , costly food. By the time I took all the ice out of the tumbler, there was hardly any liquid in my £12 Negroni! Shocking experience.

Coppa Club is an attractive looking restaurant and has very welcoming staff. However, the food is just okay. I ordered the asparagus and courgette ravioli which is cooked in butter. The pasta itself was still quite crunchy and the dish was not warm so the butter cooled and tasted overly oily. The price, as a vegetarian dish, does not feel justified as the portion was small and cost more than the beef ragu pasta my partner had. The small plates were better than the mains.

Popped in this morning for a midweek breakfast we both ordered different dishes - both outstandingly well done. Lovely staff not too pushy or gushy …got to choose where we’d like to sit and it has a great atmosphere Good coffee also and all really reasonably priced - I’d definitely go back when in bath Good find 😄

Booked a table in the upstairs area, but on arrival I was given a table downstairs (as there was a party upstairs). Very good food with a selection of some slightly more unusual dishes.

Really disappointing experience. Attended a networking event and had been given the private room. Unfortunately the whole building is not accessible but we weren't made aware of this during the booking. I attended with a disabled friend who also had a baby in a buggy and after asking whether there was a lift to the room we were told that there wasn't and that we'd had to climb the large set of stairs. We asked if there was somewhere to leave the buggy downstairs - apparently there wasn't, so when we asked if someone could help us move the buggy up the stairs (my friend had to hold the banister to get upstairs and I had the baby in my arms) we were told that there wasn't. The manager had a bad back and none of his staff would be able to help us. To say that we instantly felt unwelcome was an understatement and because of this we would not return and would also be very wary when booking any events with them as it is not accessible or welcoming to those who have mobility issues or have children!

Hard to wish for anything better on any chill night.

Yummy food, clean and pleasing-on-the-eye venue with brilliant service, very attentive! I think a broader menu with some different dishes for brunch rather than the standard, would make it even more exciting

Bit disappointed with our visit here. The atmosphere is good and the staff are attentive. The food however was disappointing in terms of quantity. A slither of sourdough to have your eggs on, and when it comes to the extras you can add, so disappointed with the quantity! Picture this. You get a side of mushrooms with your breakfast for £2 extra and you get a single small brown mushroom! Ridiculous! Also, if you love your coffee, I'd say this is not the place to have a quality cup. I hear this place is good for cocktails though.
